It had rooms available. This is an old tired hotel that although was good for its time it is about 25 years fro being a modern comfort. However the prices did not reflect the quality of the condition. For me it was the last room in town. That's why I stayed there..

It was the only affordable place I could find for the weekend I was going. I understand that this is a lower price hotel in Key West, but I was disappointed with the quality of this hotel. I am typically very fond of Comfort Inn hotels so I trusted the name. I expected that the price was lower because the location was not so great, but it turns out that the hotel was a bit of a dive too. I didn't expect that. Breakfast was awful!

No positive comment at all! Mold on ceiling in room, this is unacceptable for any person to sleep in such rooms. Pool very dirty, filters not working, soap and hair blocking the filters, very dirty and dangerous floors around pool area. Breakfast not foreseen for the amount of people that is staying in the hotel, no place to sit, not enough food!!!!

Leaving was the vest part of staying at this overpriced dump. The reservations got messed up and the management did nothing to fix the problem except screw me out of one night and up charge me on the night stayed wow $236.21 for a nights stay pool side with all the screaming kids. Never again!

We were able to book the trolley from the hotel. The carpet in our room was so dirty that walking bare foot from bed to bathroom left our feet so dirty that in stepping into the shower left dirty foot prints. Our room was not cleaned until late in the afternoon.

The room was 1970 Holiday Inn - that has ever been updated. If it had not been so late, I would not nhave stayed the one night. This was my worst hotel EVER. and I have had thousands, literally!

It had a beautiful lobby and pool. The beds were horribly uncomfortable. The elevator made me feel like I was in jail. It was the ugliest thing I've ever seen and the floor tiles were cracked and dirty. It was too far from downtown. It was not very clean. The coffee was atrocious. We booked for 3 nights and ended up canceling the third.

As our room was facing the street, we asked for a room change which was no problem. The parking and internet is for free. The hotel provides a laundry. The rooms are very old and not clean. The aircon was broken and dirty, a very strange smell comes out of it... The fridge was broken as well and to old...

The pool area was awesome - very convenient and relaxing. Breakfast was nice. Staff was helpful and kind. Beds were comfortable The room was ok. It felt damp and humid the whole time we were there, even with the air conditioner running. Besides the bed, the rooms felt dirty - they just need some updating and a good scrub. We got a good price on the hotel and that's why we stayed here.

The location,the wi-fi, the free parking and the concierge man(great),breakfast good and there is a denny'S. I think in terms of price, the roons need a renovation, they are very old and some equipments don't work. But nothing that can not make the stay soo bady.

The best was the pool and bar, the gays there were great when we ask them for some special drinks and foods. My family and I had a very funy time with them there. The pool water temperature was he most important factor in this visit because of without it the pool would never exist for us.Thanks again to the bar's gays.

Pool was nice. Breakfast was nice. Doors didn't close tight so noise from road was horrible all night. Elevator didn't work right - we were on 3rd floor but elevator went to 4 or 5 and then we had to come back down to 3. Reported problem several times but not fixed. Desk staff was rude. We were told since we booked thru 3rd party we had no say on type of room we got.

After reading the reviews from other guests, we did not have high expectations. But we were really surprised :) Friendly staff, nice cleaning during our 2 nights stay, ok breakfast. We did not have time to use the other facilities. Ok location few minutes by taxi from city-center. - Old carpet may look like, and smell like: old carpet...
