Nice room and good location

The toilet overflowed the next morning.the room was supposed to be redone.the parking fees were misreprented.i assumed incorrectly that parking would be free as a guest of the hotel.

Love this hotel extemely clean, the bed was very comfort, the executive busniess room had more space than I expected. breakfast just prefect!

THis is the only hotel I have seen: there are no trash can in bathroom, the toilet kept flush day & night I couldn't rest at all, even I complained to the front desk, but no one came to fix.

The room and amenities are well appointed. The Staff was superb, friendly and knowledgeable. Location is great. Almost changed our opinion of Philadelphia-still wouldn't want to be out past midnight.

The top to the cistern is not the right fit-RM 609 (not a big deal). The adjustable bed just didn't work for us. Didn't know at what point the bed was properly adjusted. Our backs were killing us in the morning

we loved the location regarding nite life and shopping

the bed was not comfortable at all. also i just checked my checking account and was very angry to find an additional charge was put on our account for valet parking. when booking the room i paid a fee for parking under the impression this included valet parking. when we checked in i specifically asked your employee at the desk if i would be chaged a fee for valet parking and was told no. i am very dissappointed and i will be pursuing a refund for this additional charge.if you would like to settle this matter now i would greatly appriciate it , thankyou. a positive recommendation depends on the outcome of this situation.

The services upon arrival was great.

Location was perfect for this trip. We attended the Philadelphia Car Show during the day and the Kimmel Center that evening.

Bed as great, I was only in the hotel long enough to take an exam in one of your conference rooms and sleep one night.

In the bathroom, the corners of the tile were a little dirty. I also needed a little sundry store, but had to walk 3 blocks to a drug store.

The staff is very professional!

I booked 2 rooms and the were located on either side of the ice/Coke machine local. A noisy location that should not be used unless the hotel if full. That did not seem to be the case. The bathroom was not heated!

The heating/ac was a bit noisy in room 1205.

The front desk people were very good, and I recognize that they did the best they could under the circumstances. The bellman was very kind. (He is short and very efficient,) Housekeeping was great. The location of the hotel is wonderful. We ordered room service twice, and the food was excellent.

We were plagued by a little dog who was left in his/her room for hours, yipping and barking the whole time. Our room was right next to ours. We called the front desk and was told that the owner was being located. Well, the yapping went on regardless of whether or not the owner was there. It was really inexcusable. The water faucet in the bathroom was leaking (cold) so there was constantly water all over the sink area. I made the reservations through booking.com and feel like we ended up with the worst room you had. There were other dogs, not as noisy, and people slamming doors at all hours days and nights. So I really do feel like we were not welcome, just tucked away with the most "undesirables". It doesn't feel good.

The location is perfect. We walked to everything. Lots of dining in the area. Staff were wonderful.....very helpful. Lobby is really nice and valet guys were a hoot. Loved it.

The tired carpet in our room screamed "outdated". Also, I think there was supposed to be a chair or something and it was missing.

Friendly staff, good food, very clean room. The select comfort bed was a big plus. The location is perfect as well.

Staff was amazing. We live on the West Coast and visit the East Coast at least once a month The professionalism and quality of the Staff was wonderful From calling and receiving directions to the Hotel and valet parking great staff

The bed - absolutely horrendous adjustable bed - couldn't sleep properly at all

Classic American Hotel.

Very old, cracks in the wall and watertaps that hang loose.

prices for such rooms seemed very high. not value for money deal.
