The staff went out of their way to be helpful and friendly. I travel a fair amount and have never had better customer service. Room was clean and bed very comfortable. Highly recommend this hotel if you travel to Philly.
The hotel was really nice and was right near everything we wanted to be around.
I wish I had been told I would be paying $40 per night for parking. I love it when I get nailed with hidden charges. I was also charged $34 for parking and I have no idea what for which means now I have to call and sort it out.
The overall atmosphere, the cleanliness, the fact that location was around a lot of shops and restaurants and most of all I loved the look of the lobby and availability of services offered.
The fact that upon leaving new TVs were installed and I didn't get to play with the new setup
Great lobby, staff & gym
I have stayed here a dozen+ times and it was so expensive on the website this time, I went through booking.com- which was $180 cheaper for the 3 nights I was staying. They gave me the worst room I've ever had in the loudest area of the hotel. For me it was my worst stay.
Second time I have been evacuated from the hotel by a small fire somewhere
Anson the front desk clerk
Location was good
Staff not very friendly or attentive
Courteous and knowledgeable staff, and close proximity to all venues.
No bad experiences.
The hotel is in a great location; you can walk to anything and the luxury is evident from the moment that you enter the lobby.

Nothing. Great stay.
The staff, 1000% awesome. From the second I pulled up to the second I left, the valet guys are on point, polite, helpful. The doorman definitely made me feel welcome and made sure of where I was going. The front desk, super accomodating and gave us a late check-out with any problems!
The walls are super thin and you hear pretty much everything. That being said, it's not on the hotel's fault that other guests are screaming at each other at 3 am.
The location is great and the hotel looks amazing. Definitely recommenD!
Location, very unique style and high level of facilities and comfort
nothing really negative to flag up
Great hotel, awesome cool hip decor, excellent at any price.
From the valet to the fitness center, this hotel is great. We were treated with respect, paid attention to, and staff was very friendly and accommodating. I'll be back!
Very stylish near downtown
-Room smelled like cigars -didnt advise me parking wasnt included -car damaged from parking staff -Charged me for two nights of parking but I only stayed one night -yet to respond to three messages about my problems there -had to cancel charge via credit card because they apparently don't care
how the employee treated us and how clean and nicely modeled the hotel was
Location was great
Shower was cold
First time at this hotel and very impressed with the location and renovation style. Historic and modern at the same time. Room was fully renovated and very nice. Staff was universally friendly and helpful, from the doorman to check in to housekeeping.
Ceilings are a little low, but that is the result of the building being historic.
One night trip to Philly to celebrate my boyfriends 32nd birthday and this hotel was just what we needed.
Great sheets and pillows. Nice coffee maker
The water did not get hot !! There should be a microwave
The staff was accommodating and friendly.
The hotel sacrificed comfort for style and sacrificed simplicity for a modern look. You can't read the room numbers, the floor looks like a children's museum. The chair they provide in the bedroom looks cool but is impractical and the sink is 2" deep so you can't really use it properly. It looks cool but is not functional
I didn't like them putting my bill under the door or maid service disturbing visit
I thought the rest of the hotel a bit dated
Liked the location.
We did not like that we had to go up to our room first and found that the beds were unmade and then come back to the front desk and then return to another room. We also did not like that the staff did not inform us that there would be an additional holding charge for the room. Although that charge would be taken off when we returned home and saw that there was an additional fee on a credit card we needed to call to find out with that fee was In general we felt that the staff had very little training. We will say however that they were very courteous. also when we found out about the charge on a credit card we made a call to the Radisson Hotel and left a message for the manager. We never received a return phone call.
