Loved the decor Loved the great coffee shop - good selection of food & with long hours- very convenient. Very nice bar Staff very friendly & helpful in all areas.m
Location. Comfortable room, plenty of space & able to open windows & have fresh air. Nice furnishings.
Location was great.
Noisy side alley beside my bedroom from niteclub, people coming and going until the early hours.
Top Location , clean and right place to stay .
Cleanliness,close to eatery and sighseeing.
Good pheasant stuff Spacious rooms Comfy beds Good breakfast Nice location
Security deposit is way too big, $75/day, and no warning about this on the booking site.
Efficiency and helpfulness in checking in and parking the car. Beautiful lobby. Kind and helpful staff.
A light in our bedroom was broken (one of the bed lights needed for reading). Though the staff in the bar and restaurant was very good, the food was so so. I bought a 3.00 scone in the cafe that only looked like a scone. It was truly horrible, especially when you are expecting to bite into a Starbucks like scone.
LOVE the bed, extremely comfortable, best sleep ever....among other things. I wish I could find out what kind of bed it was so that I could buy one!
Although the rooms were super clean and modern, I felt they could have had more of a connection to the opulence of the lobby.
Central location. Attractive reception area.
Restaurant was very dark and too chilly for us.
The staff were very accommodating and tentative. The room was super clean, quite spacious with a really comfortable bed. I loved my stay at Radisson Blu. The lobby is gorgeous and inviting. I enjoyed the coffee bar. I would stay there again and again. Cabs were plentiful there and hotel staff always assisted me in and out. Thank you Radisson Blu
I prefer if complimentary breakfast is offered with the room. Even if it's continental.
We didn't get to check in until 5:30 pm.... They were still cleaning rooms
The excellent room - most comfortable
We stayed two nights. After the first, some of our towels were removed, and not replaced
The hotel was very clean and modern with a large foyer. The room was comfortable and also very clean. We were impressed with this downtown Philadelphia hotel.
Centrally located it is one of the best choices when in Philadelphia. The building is historic and the decoration of the reception and entrance is amazing
Quite small rooms and small issues in cleaning
Good sized room.
When I first checked into my room it had not been cleaned. There was a towel on the floor and the bed had not been made.
Great location, free wifi, very comfortable and clean
Minor issue bar closed early one evening
Lost reservation and charged me for parking but i didnt drive! A simple talk with the staff and it was all cleared up.
On check out I asked the reception to ask the Conceirge or Butler to help me with the bags, they seem not interest and having their own chat and 20 mins after my luggage was still in the room and I ended up picking it up myself.
Contemporary, edgy design in the lobby, spacious, clean rooms, and relatively quiet for busy, noisy city.
The location was pretty central for all the things to do in Phili. Parking was convenient with valet parking only $4 more than self parking!!
Eat across the road as it is cheaper!
I had a wonderful experience at the Radisson Blu Warwick in Philadelphia! I was surprised when the reservation staff reached out to me via e-mail to ask if there was anything that I needed. This day in age not many people go the extra mile and follow-up during the stay to find if everything is going well, kudos to Ms. Kelly! Not only am I convert of Radisson Philadelphia, I am going to give other Radisson properties. This property was in the perfect location for all the Fourth of July festivities happening in the city. We were able to park our car and walk just about anywhere. When I am in the city, this is where I am staying without a question!
The cleanliness of the room could have been a bit nicer. Don’t get me wrong it was clean, but I have a standard and it fell a bit short. Nothing as bad as trash under the bed or stains on the sheets, but could have been a bit more polished.
Incredibly friendly staff. One of the best I've ever encountered.
Parking is incredibly steep at $40 a day and you sort of have to use valet considering how difficult it is to get in and out of the parking garage. Would have been nice to have pool access.
Cleanliness, friendly staff, spacious room
Wish we would have been told there was a coffee bar and restaurant in the hotel. No signs anywhere and staff didn't inform us so we missed out on a great restaurant.
Fantastic Rittenhouse Square location (IMO, for a hotel to truly be in the Rittenhouse Square neighbourhood, it needs to be on the other side of Walnut Street -- 17th and Sansom/Chestnut is NOT Rittenhouse Square area). Very comfortable bed, nice bathroom, good storage. Attractive lobby. Wonderful French pastry shop/café next door (Miel) Laundry facilities for guests
Hotel security is poor. No key card access required to use elevators to guest floors. Key card access is supposed to be needed to get into the fitness room BUT you don't need a key card to access the laundry room and that has a door that opens directly into the fitness room -- a MAJOR security oversight. So I strongly recommend that solo women travellers avoid using the fitness center alone at night. Housekeeping staff were talking loudly in the halls during the morning -- I could hear them in my room while I was trying to get some sleep. Please keep your voices down!
