Restaurant did not open at 6am as it did on last visit.
large spacious room convenient vending machines Nice appointments luxurious bed coffee in room
The location at Walnut and 17th is great Center City location - can't ask for better in Philadelphia. The spacious lobby area is now hip and modern within old architecture.
Not really a complaint - but. . . Although the rooms are comfortable, modern and remodeled, they have a very corporate middle-of-the-road feel about them which does not fit the edgy and hip lobby décor.
Great location; multiple options for dining and shopping within walking distance; large bedroom.
In-room heating system was noisy; old bathtub; staff could be more friendly
Location, location, location! Lobby was slick and modern with nice fireplace as the weather was cool when we were there.
Pricey for the overall value. Staff was not knowledgeable about local restaurants, coffee shops, directions.
We enjoyed every minute of our stay. The staff was always helpful and courteous. Upon arriving at home we realized that we had left some items in the hotel room. In most cases these items would have been lost, but we called the hotel and Security Officer Earlene found the items, cleaned and shipped them to us via FedEx. Amazing. We can't wait to stay with them again!
Location location location Perfect lobby to hang out
When i arrived and saw how beautiful the lobby was,the decor was so chic. Front desk attendant was so nice and pleasant. I loved my room,so cozy and relaxing. I'm really looking foward to stay there again very soon.
The bathroom window was cracked when i arrived which made it cold. The heat didn't seem to work in the bathroom and the floor was cold. I had to turn the room temperature up high so when i took shower i would be warm when i got out.
room was too small
The reception is too modern and blue The Personal is good The location is great, near of Benajim Franklin Institute
Only that the parking lot was a litlle tricky to find
The room was tiny with two double beds. Moving and sleeping were difficult. for the price we should have had more
I was having car problems when I pulled up to the hotel. The gentlemen valet swooped in and helped me out. There were 3-4 valet helping me. I'm so thankful they were there and my night would have been a total disaster without them.
Great location, lovely neighborhood, friendly staff and really good customer service. The 'Prime Rib' restaurant in the same hotel offers terrific options for serious meat-lovers.
Very contemporary, hip surroundings - a great remodel of a 1928 hotel. Very large rooms and bathrooms. Excellent location near Rittenhouse Square.
They had not recorded by booking.com reservation, and when I checked in they had me forward the confirming email. Then the next day they initially charged me double the booking.com rate - still waiting for a credit to hit my VISA card.
The bathroom was not clean when we arrived.but they gave us free breakfast to apologise . They don't replace everyday the toiletries in the bathroom .
Nothing all fine.
Nicely maintained, friendly staff. Great location.
A little small-especially the bathroom
Rooms were quiet and dark when sleeping. Maid service was excellent.
Doormen and front desk were not friendly or customer service oriented.
Very nice hotel
Loved the decor Loved the great coffee shop - good selection of food & with long hours- very convenient. Very nice bar Staff very friendly & helpful in all areas.m
Location. Comfortable room, plenty of space & able to open windows & have fresh air. Nice furnishings.
Location was great.
Noisy side alley beside my bedroom from niteclub, people coming and going until the early hours.
The location was the best part of this hotel. Surrounded by plenty of shopping and good food.
Bathrooms seemed outdated and the caulking around the tub looked rather old. Toilets didn't flush very well either. Parking was 40 per night, ridiculous to me if you're staying at their hotel.
Top Location , clean and right place to stay .
Cleanliness,close to eatery and sighseeing.
