Free interent access and printing available in lounge.Room was a good size and very comfortable. Rustic Kitchen restaurant is highly recommended. The pool is very nice. Felt very safe as you need room keys to access the elevators. No complaints, hotel was best part of boston.

We loved its' location in Boston's theatre land - within a few hundred yards of Boston Common and easy walking distance of all of the main tourist attractions, and shopping centre. Our King Room's balcony (on the 23rd floor) gave us spectacular views across the city and river. The room was large, clean, and well-decorated and equipped. The restaurant offered an exciting and interesting menu, which we sampled several times! We found all of the hotel and restaurant staff to be extremely professional and helpful. We would definitely recommend it to anyone. The residents lounge was very small, and contained the check-in desks, and adjoined the lobby via a short set of open stairs. It was not a place to pass time reading the newspaper, more of a temporary place to sit whilst awaiting taxis etc.

Well located for Boston attractions. Free ethernet or wireless connections worked well. Nice size of room. Room was not fully refreshed on Sunday morning, (ice bucket not emptied, tea and coffee not replaced. One of the "air adjustable beds" produced mountains and valleys on one side of mattress. No separate changing rooms for pool/gym area.

Nothing at all. it was a disaster. The hotel was under renovation. There was no reception. Elevators were shared with builders. A lot of noise in the room during the day. The hotel was tired, dirty and the service about the same - tired and dirty. In booking , the hotel MUST advise that there is renovation work.

Shared the queen room with two queen beds with a colleague. It is nice that the bed stiffnes can be adjusted. The room was clean and spacious. If you are in Boston for a conferance taking place at Hynes, Radisson fits very well, is near to the green line stops Boylston and Arlington. And if you are motivated for shopping on the way back from Hynes, you can have a quick look at Marshall's and Basement (I guess this won't be there soon though) or you stroll up the Newburry street. City Place, where you can always find a quick bite is around the corner, as well as a 7/11 for urgencies. A colleague of mine stayed at the other end of the corridor near to the pretty loud ice mashine. I can say it is not a very desirable situation, try avoiding it.

Swimming pool was excellent, as were the views from higher floors, and the location near to Boston Common. Breakfast in the "Rustic Kitchen" was overpriced with slow service and lukewarm coffee.

The front desk manager, doormen and bellmen were very nice and inviting, the hotel should reward them specifically for their excellence in costumer service. The location was great! Lots of things to do and most of within walking distance. Room service was overly expensive, lots of construction around the area made for loud noises in the early mornings. There were no sanitary items to clean your exercise machines after use in the gym.

Central location for all city attractions and sight seeing, most things are within reasonable walking distance. Construction work was in progress from early morning (week days). The hotel gave a discount on check out because of this. We were given a queen bed not a king.

Air conditioning is _extremely_ noisy, after 2 hot days in October I can't imagine staying here during hot summer. And - there was no fridge in the room - for thet price there should be one.
