Very convenient to theatre district, Copley plaza, Boston Commons, etc. The hotel was very clean, comfortable and quiet (despite being right in the city). The staff was very friendly and helpful. |

The staff was tremendously helpful and accommodating. Everyone we met was as helpful as they could be. so clearly service is their trademark. The hotel is superbly located to everything - transit, theatres, restaurants, historic sites, shopping. Rooms and beds are comfortable and quiet. In room safe is digital and easy to use. No one responded to our mails regarding late check-in. Some of the towels were threadbare. We had to call nearly every day for a full complement of towels -each day something would be missing - bathmat, face cloths etc. The bathrooms are terribly designed, not enough light, no towel rack, the sink splashes all over. So dark in the hallway, and no light, you can't see into the closet. TV was a little wonky. |

The staff was very courteous. Nice location. Parking was expensive. It could have been included in the room rate. |

Wide room, good scenery from room. Almost all service was good, and I was satisfied. Internet connection was frequently cut. And there was a lot of hair in bathtub after room making, although it was only one day during staying. |

The room was spacious, the bed incredibly comfortable for a hotel. It was very clean. Please put a separate kettle in the room for British customers who like tea during their stay! |

We had a very spacious room with magnificent views. The breakfast was good. The staff were helpful and friendly. The location was great - easy to walk to the main sites and attractions. It was quite noisy at night - air conditioning units were loud! |

Beds were very comfortable. Big, clean bathroom with plenty of surface space by the sink. The hallway on our floor didn't smell good, but fortunately it wasn't noticeable in the room. |

That it was near Chinatown, so if you are into Asian Food, the area has a lot to offer. Also near the theatre district so if you are into plays and shows, then its very convenient. The location of the hotel. Too far to walk to major shopping district downtown or tourist attractions and even to the nearest T station. Especially in the rain and bring your own umbrellas as the hotel don't have enough umbrellas for guests. |

I love this Hotel!!! The staff is very nice, they always provide you the information you need and they're very professional. The rooms are large and very clean and you have a nice view over the city from the balcony. I love the sleep number bed (mine is 40 :-)) I've never slept so well, every Hotel should have them!!! The room service is excellent, very good meals for reasonable price. The Ice and candy machine was just next to the room ;-) |

The staff were very friendly and did everything for us to make our stay more enjoyable. On the last morning of our staff the lady that was cleaning the rooms on our floor was knocking at our door at 10am even though checkout was 12pm. Extremely annoying as we were packing the last of our purchases and she kept knocking on the door. In the end we just pushed everything in our bags to get out as she annoyed us so much. Enough to say that we didn't leave a tip for this lady. |

The room was reasonable and had a decent view of the City. The waitress at the breakfast was helpful. The hotel reception staff seemed complacent. The whole place felt a bit dingy. The breakfast room was overcrowded and the food a bit disappointing. The room rate and parking cost was high. |
