This is a very nice hotel indeed. We cannot find any fault with it. It was excellent value, at least when we stayed there. Excellent location just off Boston Common in the city centre. Lovely room: big, comfortable, impeccably clean, pleasant balcony with great view of the city. Lovely big & impeccably clean. bathroom. Excellent buffet breakfast, included in our room-price. Staff very pleasant & friendly. Plus a big plus for us, (as my wife has a back problem), fantastically comfortable beds, which can be adjusted for preferred hardness or softness. Overall top marks. Really look forward to staying there again. There was nothing we didn't like about this hotel. |

We did not like that when we used our ATM to pay for the hotel that $116.00 more was added to our bill then later credited many days later. Because of this, we do not think that we will return to this hotel. |

Very convenient to theatre district, Copley plaza, Boston Commons, etc. The hotel was very clean, comfortable and quiet (despite being right in the city). The staff was very friendly and helpful. |

The staff was tremendously helpful and accommodating. Everyone we met was as helpful as they could be. so clearly service is their trademark. The hotel is superbly located to everything - transit, theatres, restaurants, historic sites, shopping. Rooms and beds are comfortable and quiet. In room safe is digital and easy to use. No one responded to our mails regarding late check-in. Some of the towels were threadbare. We had to call nearly every day for a full complement of towels -each day something would be missing - bathmat, face cloths etc. The bathrooms are terribly designed, not enough light, no towel rack, the sink splashes all over. So dark in the hallway, and no light, you can't see into the closet. TV was a little wonky. |

Wide room, good scenery from room. Almost all service was good, and I was satisfied. Internet connection was frequently cut. And there was a lot of hair in bathtub after room making, although it was only one day during staying. |
