There was a wonderful woman who looked after us and the other guests, like we were family - her name tag said "BEN". She served the food with flair, she made suggestions for us to eat, made us feel like "Family". This is what I would call Great Customer Service" The lady that tended bar in the hotel lounge - came down with a bag of microwave popcorn, our room didn't have one - she immediately went to the kitchen microwave and popped it for me - is that considerate and good customer service - YES! The night clerk who came up to clean our room - after hearing about it brought plastic bags and rubber gloves, moved the couch and every other piece of furniture and cleaned under it - never been done since this hotel was opened I think.
