This Tewksbury hotel is off of Interstate 495, 5.5 miles from the University of Massachusetts-Lowell. Every suite includes a full kitchen and the hotel provides an outdoor heated pool.

Friendly, helpful and gave an awesome breakfast place recommendation too.
The menu in the restaurant was very limited. That's ok we found a grill next plaza over that was good.
Room was clean and bed was comfortable.
Pool area was not that nice and no comp breakfast.

The bed was lumpy and very uncomfortable. The pillows likewise with 2 lumpy and one hard as a rock. THe sheets smelled so strong of laundry detergent that it was unpleasant and difficult to sleep. The air conditioning was very loud and kept going on and off and didn't appear to have a continuous cycle. WE eventually decided to shut it off as the noise of on/off was keeping us awake. Then we could hear the neighbor's air conditioning doing the same thing. The walls were paper thin. And finally, after waiting quite a while to check in because of a big group in front of us(obviously no one's fault) they gave us keys that did not activate and we had to return to the front desk. We travel quite a bit and I have never had such an uncomfortable night in a hotel. I will never stay at the Radisson again.
Some of the front desk staff had fair customer service skills. When I asked one staff member about mass transit to Boston; he didn't bother to look up anything. As it turns out, there is a bus Called Boston Express that leaves from Tyngsboro and goes direct to South Station.
Nothing in that hotel that I like.
The hotel staffs don't seem to care about customer experience. I was calling to order my breakfast and was told to hurry up even when I had given the order. Also, requested for a small fridge but no one got back to me at all even after I checked out.
The beds were excellent/very comfortable, perhaps the most important feature of a hotel.
The breakfast menu left something to be desired.

The location was good.
The room had a bad smell. We tried to change rooms but were told there were no other rooms available. Also, I was told that a receipt would be put under my door on the morning of our checking out. That didn't happen.
The rooms are big and comfortable gas station close by and also alot of restaurants
No fridge or safe as described like 45 min drive to Boston when I booked the pictures had setting area but actually it was only a single room

Need signs at secondary entrance of rt 110 by mobil station to direct people to lobby. Had difficulty finding it as it was raining and visibility poor.
Dining area far from Rooms/ reception. Link corrididor and dining area in seriosu need of refurbishment. Overall it was not the standard that I would expect from a Radisson
The Select Comfort beds were very comfortable. The air conditioning was perfect.
The parking lots were not great. Also, we did not receive a receipt under the hotel door as promised so we had to make an extra stop at the reception desk.

The bizarre layout; the unhelpful staff; the very long walk (with luggage) from reception to room; the spookily empty vast corridors and ballrooms and weird Stepford Wives design.
Staff were friendly enough shower and bathroom facilities were good.
Sheets were not completely clean. Lights did not work in the room. I booked a double bed and received a twin room, which they could not change.
Very accommodating when there was a glitch in our reservation
I liked the way the room was set up.I felt like I was in my own studio apt. It was peaceful,very comfortable and relaxin.
I asked the front desk for some regular tea and sugar,and a man said he would have it sent up but it never came,and I waited up for it for a while.I had to go to dunks in the am for it.Also their was a group of people outside my window late at night making alot of noise,then early in the am.

Breakfast in restaurant was good and service was efficient.
Carpet was dirty and appeared un-vacuumed for some time in our room and was even worse in the hallways. Tears in carpet. Chipped paint on the carpet around the elevators had obviously been there for some time. Had to wipe sticky residue off of desk. Obviously not cleaned between guests. Complained at check-out and was given 25% credit. I suggested that the manager visit the area for him/herself.
