Everyone from the front desk to housekeeping was super. Especially superior was Alyce in housekeeping. She went far out of her way to make our stay even more enjoyable.

It was close to restaurants and shopping. Myself and my business partner ate at Moonstone grill, (recommended by the front desk after plugging your not so upscale bar/restaurant). Moonstone I will give an excellent review for!
Sleep number bed was extremely difficult to operate. It only worked sometimes. Very uncomfortable even when I got it to work. Desk staff were not overly friendly in welcoming guests. Not rude, just bland. We went with Radisson even though it was more expensive than the hotels that the company we were in town to visit recommended. Next time we will use their recommendation as they have more knowledge of the area hotels. Not a bad hotel, just not what the name Radisson had come to mean to me.

With ONE call to the Desk, Management of the hotel and the cleaning staff. They cleaned the room, top to bottom. Gave us complimentary single drink cards for the evening, but the best of all and made our stay. Was the two cards for FREE breakfasts. There was a wonderful woman who looked after us and the other guests, like we were family - her name tag said "BEN". She served the food with flair, she made suggestions for us to eat, made us feel like "Family". This is what I would call Great Customer Service" The lady that tended bar in the hotel lounge - came down with a bag of microwave popcorn, our room didn't have one - she immediately went to the kitchen microwave and popped it for me - is that considerate and good customer service - YES! The night clerk who came up to clean our room - after hearing about it brought plastic bags and rubber gloves, moved the couch and every other piece of furniture and cleaned under it - never been done since this hotel was opened I think.
Finding bobby pins with hair still in them, bottle caps and a package or something with at least one religious picture all inside a transparent plastic bag. Along the edge of the bed, dusk & something that was growing the corner. The clerk when we arrived and could not even let us check in (paperwork wise only) until her cleaning staff had finished. Well, that failed I would say, especially with all the rooms in two separate building and she assigned us to the 4th floor of the one that was being remodeled. Wallpaper partially torn off the hallway walls, outlet covers on the floor below the live outlet and plaster dust everywhere.
Friendly, helpful and gave an awesome breakfast place recommendation too.
The menu in the restaurant was very limited. That's ok we found a grill next plaza over that was good.
Room was clean and bed was comfortable.
Pool area was not that nice and no comp breakfast.

The bed was lumpy and very uncomfortable. The pillows likewise with 2 lumpy and one hard as a rock. THe sheets smelled so strong of laundry detergent that it was unpleasant and difficult to sleep. The air conditioning was very loud and kept going on and off and didn't appear to have a continuous cycle. WE eventually decided to shut it off as the noise of on/off was keeping us awake. Then we could hear the neighbor's air conditioning doing the same thing. The walls were paper thin. And finally, after waiting quite a while to check in because of a big group in front of us(obviously no one's fault) they gave us keys that did not activate and we had to return to the front desk. We travel quite a bit and I have never had such an uncomfortable night in a hotel. I will never stay at the Radisson again.
Some of the front desk staff had fair customer service skills. When I asked one staff member about mass transit to Boston; he didn't bother to look up anything. As it turns out, there is a bus Called Boston Express that leaves from Tyngsboro and goes direct to South Station.
Nothing in that hotel that I like.
The hotel staffs don't seem to care about customer experience. I was calling to order my breakfast and was told to hurry up even when I had given the order. Also, requested for a small fridge but no one got back to me at all even after I checked out.
The beds were excellent/very comfortable, perhaps the most important feature of a hotel.
The breakfast menu left something to be desired.
