Great location and excellent price

No wireless or WI-FI services in the room. Not enough parking

The hotel was very dirty. The floors were sticky and there was dirt on the corners.

I enjoyed the location of the OMR. Having access to International Drive was nice.

The only complaint for my money was that the maintenance man visited every night past decent hours. Each night when we were trying to relax from a busy day, we would sit and watch him work. When I asked the front desk if that was normal they said that his shift was from 3 p.m. to midnight and if I did not want him to visit I should use a Do Not Disturb sign.

I hated it the room was disgusting there were no blanket and trying to get one was impossible .The out side of the room was dirty ,the ice machine did not work had to go across to the radisson to get ice.Basically I am sorry I chose this hotel ,

I hated staying there the whole experience is a minus1 nasty rooms which I had gone somewhere else.

The traffic is very convenience to the convention center. The other one is that it is just at the center of international Dr. It makes people feel comfortable when shopping at south and north premium outlets. There are enough restaurants to choose.

They have no hot water for asian people. As there are not so many asian tourists in there, they just need to prepare some pots with the function of boiling water. Then it is perfect!

Booked through Booking.com a month in advance. Arrived at hotel and they did not have our reservation. Our room was given to someone else and we were forced to accept a downgrade. Shower faucet was broken and maintenance never came. The pull out couch had no sheets and room service never delivered any, we had to go to the lobby ourselves to get sheets. Carpet was nasty and one of the bed frames were broken so the bed leaned to the side every time I moved. Pool is shared with the Radisson, pool area is nice with a hot tub. I kept wishing I had booked our stay at the Radisson. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Location is great, price is ritght, room very clean and confortable Staff friendly and helpfull, Hotel outside could look better inside room new outside look cheap but is very nice place

Only one elevator for too many floors, the ice machine out of service and the air condition is very very very poor!!!!!

There are no working safes in the rooms. The pictures on the site are outdated and completely misrepresent the condition of the hotel. The volleyball court is overgrown. There was paint peeling from the bathroom ceiling. Out of 3 days the cleaning crew never fully cleaned the room once. When concerns were raised to the staff, they responded rudely. Their responses centered around, "You can always leave if you don't like it here". No ice machines worked. The elevators failed repeatedly. The phones failed often as well. On the first night we called for bedding for the pull out couch. We left 3 days later with it never being provided. The hot water was turned of one morning for repairs from 8:45 am to 10:00 am. We finally left for the park at 12:30 pm with the hot water still off. This is, by a very wide margin, the worst hotel I have ever stayed at but you would never know that by reading this site.

The hotel was clean, and simple. Staff was very friendly and helpful. we got a great deal on the price of the room and it was very good value for the money. Shuttle service was free and friendly. location was excellent. I would recommend the hotel to anyone who wants clean and comfortable after a long day at the parks or sightseeing. I would definitely stay here again!

There were no working ice machines--but in the end, we didn't actually use/need one. We had a small in-room fridge and a bar fridge in our room which kept cold what we wanted cold.

Location.

Stay away! Outdated. Volleyball court overgrown, horseshoe pit overgrown, bocce court rotted, playground covered with tarp and taped off with caution/police tape. Room was overbooked, staff didn't know, had wrong type of room booked. Not willing to make adjustments to bill. Amenities did not match what was advertised. Marginal housekeeping.

Not a complaining individual however, would suggest that it would be more accommodating to have some rooms that having smoking allowed so that you dont have quest standing outside their rooms.
