It was a quite and relaxing and very nice workers

Great location. Nathan on the Reception is a great guy with extremely positive attitude, very helpful and proactive and can almost read your mind. I was happy with the house keeping staff too.

They changed my room. I stayed 9 nights but had to shift me from level 1 to level 3 on 3rd day for shampooing carpet. At least that was the reason given to me.

will like to have the copy of the bill that was paid for my staying in the hotel6/12 and 6 13/2013

the people putting clothing in the handrail.you shout not allowed.this give a horrible aspect of the hotel

The room stinks and it has a terrible structure for when is raining.

Location, nice pool area. This was our third stay at the Metro, the hotel is under major renovations so the rooms are limited. Basic rooms no frills, fairly clean. Not loud. Family environment.

Beds were uncomfortable and the furniture was reallly showing wear, no tv channels, and area behind beds and furniture very dusty. Elevator area dimmly lit and not maintained well. This all may be resolved with the renovations. The towels were thin, but we used our beach towels so not an issue.

The bed was really comfortable. the air condition unit was good

Neither 3rd floor ice machinces worked. Upon check in there was no toilet paper-I picked up a roll at the front desk. The laundry service area was out of commission, I had a mini refridge in my room the the door did not seal right and the drinks i put in there never got cold. brought iice in from 7-11.

Fuimos decepcionados con el hotel. Eramos 4 personas en el cuarto y solo tenían 3 toalla, en ocasiones tuvo que ir a buscar toalla porque no las cambiaban. En las 7 noches nunca limpiaron la habitación. La reservación hecha eran camas queen y nos dieron full. Eran no fumadores y cuando uno entraba daba el olor a cigarillos.

I should have a refund. the room was full of bird bug. I have to as hem to change the room. It already to late to go to different hotel. The wise part, no apology, no one say anything. rent the place to rest.If I can t rest I should have my money back.

The location

My room smelled of smoke! There were 2 big 32 inch tv in the room! No desk room! The bathroom door looked like it had been eaten up at the bottom! The desk and sofa was stained! The room was terrible! Not to mention the roaches! If others hotels weren't already full! We would have happily left! I took picture just so management could see! No money was refunded!

I liked the location.

I did not like the fact that I asked 11 times to receive towels and got none. The housekeepers were rude and laughed and smiled and said no to having towels. The hot tub / spa has feces in it and was closed down. As well as the pool has so many chemicals in it that it burned you. As well the was not tissues and soaps of any kind in this room. It was the worst hotel experience I have ever had. Then when you ask for a partial to full refund you get told to call back in which you cant get a hold of the owner / manager

I liked the location.

Room smelled, tv only had a few channels, no remote, breakfast was complimentary but in an actual hotel room. Overall I don't think I will be staying at this hotel again. I guess you get what you pay for.

Ice machine's on every floor but only 1 of 5 actually working. No fridge in room and no iron but an ironing bored was supplied?!?!

The facilities were very inexpensive. They also had a free continental breakfast every day with toast, pastries, cereal w/milk, apples, orange juice, and coffee

Television only had eleven channels, three of which were in Spanish. The picture was fuzzy and kept going out. We never had maid service at all, the hotel's laundry service didn't work, and the entire place felt very run down.

It was close to everything we wanted to do and we walked instead of driving.

No good tv stations, room had no paper and pin, no Ice bucket and had an ironing board with no iron. First night had no hot water and the button on tv was broken. Handle missing on dresser. Will not return

I went in this hotel 2 years ago and the hotel was very good.. and I save the information to come back, this time I been very surprise.. the room is lack of dusting and my wife had alergies problems because of the dust.. the room have rools in the wall and the floor for the restroom they have some glu on the floor, and we run out the hot water on the shower.. the carpet was very duty and old.. the breakfast was horrible, the elevators disgusting..and dont even have maintenence dates, finger prints all over.. and the floor tire very duty.. thats my second experience with you guys.. very bad Im not recomend with nobody.. and if you guys want I have some pictures in my phone I can send over to you guys..to make sure you guys fix all this problems..

clean , very comfortable , calm and no noise at all times , convenient location ... affordable

the only thing i didnt like was that the A/C in the room wasnt working consistently, i had to call the maintence guy more than once for that .... also the WiFi is not free in the room, only free in the lobby

First we got inside to check in and the guy did not found one of my two reservations after a hour he found it..then went to one room and wasn't clean the bed was unmade the tv on and a lot of garbage on the floor, everything was dirty.went back to the front desk and showed them the pictures of the room the boy and gave us another key cuarto.then the key did not open the door and over again I had to go down to see the lobby.up and down to the lobby not fun we waited so much time instead of resting.that was awful bad experiences ever.
