clean , very comfortable , calm and no noise at all times , convenient location ... affordable

the only thing i didnt like was that the A/C in the room wasnt working consistently, i had to call the maintence guy more than once for that .... also the WiFi is not free in the room, only free in the lobby

First we got inside to check in and the guy did not found one of my two reservations after a hour he found it..then went to one room and wasn't clean the bed was unmade the tv on and a lot of garbage on the floor, everything was dirty.went back to the front desk and showed them the pictures of the room the boy and gave us another key cuarto.then the key did not open the door and over again I had to go down to see the lobby.up and down to the lobby not fun we waited so much time instead of resting.that was awful bad experiences ever.

The door was missing a top flip lock. Had to call for hot water to take a shower and a remote for the television.

We needed a taxi to get us to the airport. Instead of telling us that it would be cheaper to call for a taxi ourselves, they went through the taxi service they use which ended up being $15 more. Housekeeping came when we were sleeping and when I asked the lady to come back, she offered me towels and didn't come back.

It was awful. No microwave in any rooms, no water pressure or hot water, not even a tv remote. I got phone calls every night at 2 A.M. informing they had breakfast downstairs. I had to leave the room at 10 A.M. one morning so they could clean the carpet. It was the worst hotel I have ever stayed in.

Room was dirty upon check in - old food in the mini fridge, dog hair all over the carpet, dog kibble on the floor, desk/table surfaces were not wiped clean, no flat sheet on the bed. We checked in late at night and noted the above issues with the front desk staff the next morning and asked that it be cleaned before we came back to the hotel at the end of the day. When we returned, nothing had changed - the bed was not even made. We requested another room and moved our stuff over for our last night. We were told the manager would be in the following morning from 7am-3pm, he did not arrive until 11am. We told him we did not feel comfortable paying for our first night as the room was unacceptable. He said that a credit would be issued by the night auditor and that we could expect to see it on our credit card statement within 3-5 business days. We still have not received any kind of credit.

The king size bed was comfy.

I didnt like the fact that there wasnt any internet in the rooms unless you paid 6.95 for it & no cellphone service in the room unless you propped it up against the window seal. The amenties listed on booking.com are incorrect for room description. We had no microwave, refrigerator til i called the front desk, and a nice gentleman brought us one and no coffee maker in room. The specific room we got, seemed to have not been used nor cleaned in awhile. When I brought it to the attention of the Mngr of us feeling so misled for the amenties, not only did she state i could cancel the next day but not the day of with refund she advised me that they had only just bought the property 2 wks and hadnt had time to repost the amenties on booking.com. For the money it is worth it if you are wanting to be away as if you are camping in the woods, no cell coverage and or internet etc..The cable didn't work properly, the only thing I could watch was CNN and too it was like back in the day where you had to go outside and turn the antenna so that it could or would be a clear picture. I also would like to comment on the towels, they were so small it would fit around a 5 year old.

Filthy room. Towels were like paper. Clientele of the hotel was very shady. Room above us keep us up until 5:00am Poor commuication from the staff at the front desk. Didn't even bother to check out. Was supposed to stay for two nights and I left the next morning and found another hotel. Wasn't even worth the time to complain.

They doulble charged me, the roomswere filthy, management was rude, my 82 yr old mother was denied a handicapped room even though I have confirmation of having one. A male manager put his hands on my 24 yr old daughter. We had to call the pollice. Denied handicapped shuttle to Universal Studios even though ordered 2 days earlier.

Horrible in every sense. I had to wait 45 min in a line at the lobby to check in at 1:00 am and when I finally got to the room there was a HUGE cockroach on the bed. When I called to complain they said I had to stay in that room. Worst hotel ever

The pool and hot tub are great . Price is good. Breakfast fine.

The communal areas are a bit tatty and the stairways disgraceful and smell of urine

The rooms were not clean, we actually had to change rooms due to cleaniness. They had over booked and we did not get the room that we booked. The service was not good the rooms did not look like the website. We would never stay at a Metropolitan Resort or a Metropolitan Express or anything like it again.

I've stayed here many times, I love the price of accommodations, amazing pool area, new room decor and very close to many restaurants and night life.

I could not say one thing bad about Metropolition Resort.

The staff was friendly and did everything we needed them to do. The fact that we were able to use the amenities of another resort also helped; including their pool, tennis court, and store. The location was great along with free transportation to the theme parks.

We arrived late to the resort and the front desk was understaffed for the rush. Many mistakes were made for the rooms of many different guests. Our room looked like it was torn apart and everything was unplugged.

The location

This was the worst hotel experience I have ever had. We received a great price for a two night stay. When we checked in to our first room the pull out couch was not made and the bathroom clearly had not been cleaned. There was still soap from the previous uses, hair on the drain and nothing was restocked. We asked to be moved to a new room which they did right away. This room appeared to be slightly better until I went to get into bed. The bed was missing the fitted sheet. Also the sheet that was on the bed had a large booger smeared on it! I called the front desk to have new sheets brought up. They did this but just handed me the sheets so I had to remove the dirty sheets and remake the bed. We decided not to stay there for the second night we had booked.
