Lighting not sufficient in the room.
Elevator not working
Quite noisy. Very heavy metal doors and got woken up by lots of slamming. Right next to the Fire department and their sirens are VERY loud.
Excellent hotel, nice rooms and a really central location.
Everything was ok
We stayed first in the Hyatt Regency hotel and it was a very bad experience in terms of quality and service. Since we arrived to Radison we feel warm and we enjoy a lot the hotel. Excellent services, big and pretty new rooms, conford and nice building
key card issues that were fixed very quick
Location and decor
Price was outrageous for the level of service. Other pet friendly hotels are actually friendly rather than tolerant. No water bowls, pet beds or anything- and having to wait around for security to check the room before we could check out? I didn't appreciate. Sofitel is a much better pet friendly hotel
I travel frequently and work within the hotel industry and have never seen such poor taste in hotel design! The hotel seems to have been designed by a few different designers some obviously specialize in cheap motels... The bathroom door in one of our rooms was broken (and we needed to move to another room late at night) and the sliding shower doors that block access to the rest of the bathroom facilities were very uncomfortable. After recently enjoying the Radisson Blu in Stockholm and in Prague, i don't think the Chicago Radisson Blu is worthy of the brand.
The Aqua building is beautiful and elegant.
Room was very small, no bath tub, balcony needs a scrub down, and the room was stuffy and smelled.
Location location location!
The wifi was not bad but was not super fast, not really a complaint but it could have been faster :-)
It felt really fresh, clean and modern
our first room was very dark and small even though we'd chosen to stay in one of their higher priced rooms. The interior design was horrible. "Park View" is questionable as a very large bldg is in front of it obliterating the majority of the view. We changed rooms to one on a lower level, but it was a corner room, hardwood floors, full of light, bigger and a pleasure to stay in.
terrific workout facility, great location, friendly staff. We added the executive level ($40 a day) & received access to the 17th floor exec lounge - breakfast and afternoon snacks/cocktails. a great place to relax.
There was nothing we didn't like.
We have stayed in a number of hotels in Chicago that have been nice but this was definitely the best so far! The room was spacious with a balcony and view of Navy Pier. The room also didn't have carpeting which I loved. Hotel room carpeting kind of grosses me out. The staff was very nice and helpful. The pool was nice. My kids and I had breakfast in the restaurant and a couple of my kids commented on how it was the best they have had and the service was fabulous. You really can't beat the location. And it was very quiet. Some Chicago hotels you can really hear the outside noise at night but not this one.
media room was locked. had to call for robes and ice bucket which I expected to be in then room
Great fitnessroom! All the comfort you might expect Good restaurant
When we arrived we up-graded to a balcony and a view...so glad we did!!
I liked the hotel no dislikes
Its visual warmth
Everyone in the staff we dealt with was very friendly. Our room was awesome and the bed wasn't what you would expect from a hotel (it was very comfy). The facilities were outstanding.
The 24 hour food option is very limited to say the lest but the delivery options make up for it. Bar staff could have been friendlier as well as provided more efficient service.
Balcony was great. Very unique rooms with great ambiance.
The location & the service are excellent
The mirrors, the balcony, the jazzy shower/toilet door was great.
Lot of people at the bar seem to have a staring problem. To the point my date felt uncomfortable... i mean i didn't think she looked weird.... hmm maybe it was just her.
Awesome bar/restaurant and hand out places in the entire hotel, was truly amazed by the tranquil vibe this place gives off.
They charged my card 4 days after my stay just in case they had to charge something, but this was 4 days after well i was in the process of closing my bank account well they charged $347 dollars and now I owe money to my bank because of overdraft fees. I wish they would of let me know of this before I cleared all my money from my account. I will never be staying here again.
The structure of the building
rain shower, room a little too barren, bathroom door kind of weird
On the 6Ty floor
