Score from 121 reviews Very good
the room, the bed
The location was prefect, it was in walking distance to pretty mush everything . The room was very clean and comfy.
Just some of the employees. We're not very helpful. They seem short with me like it was a problem or. Inconvenient to them
It was all good.
Location was excellent. Walking distance from lots of entertainment.
Great location for a Cavs game.
The food at the breakfast buffet was all cold. Very disappointing.
People were helpful and very kind I would tell everyone to stay here. The breakfast was good and service was awesome.
Need better variety for breakfast buffet.
We were very impressed with the friendliness of the staff, the ease of parking, and the cleanliness of the room and facilities. Breakfast was great. We were very happy with our stay.
The bed was a little hard for my liking but my husband liked it. There was some noise late at night from other guests but that is to be expected at times during hotel stays.
The hotel was clean and friendly. The breakfast was good.
The room on the street side was noisy
Convenient location close to the Q.
Noisy! Loud banging outside all night long, and we could hear yelling inside as well. Housekeeping went up the hall knocking on doors, including ours, at 8:30. Apparently they aren't notified of check-outs. It's also almost impossible to park on a game day!
Wifi is poor connection issues during evening and morning hours
Great customer service. Employees friendly and helpful. Valet service a big bonus!
Enjoyed the breakfast
Had to pay for parking
VALET PARKING RESTAURANT IN THE HOTEL CLEAN FRIENDLY STAFF
COULDN'T CONNECT TO WIFI
The comfort of the bed, the location, very good housekeeping and very clean.
The constant machinery noise that comes from outside on the inner court. AND, the heating system. It's horribly noisy, it's one of those big units that shoots out very hot and very dry air and then shuts off. I had to cut it every night, it was making me sick.
Everyone friendly and accommodating. Clerk at desk especially helpful. Appreciate her resolving on line booking problem.
Staff was friendly, location was close to downtown and everything we wanted to see & do. The room was clean. The bathroom was stocked and clean. We got extra towels when we asked. Everyone at the hotel was polite and friendly. Very informative about the local area.
The price of the valet parking was a little steep per night. We had the car parked and left it there without any in/out valet service needed. Parking in downtown Cleveland is at a premium and what was charged wasn't way out of line but for hotel guests already spending $ on a room I think they could have offered a price break.
Excellent stay, Will look to stay at a Radisson in my future trips.
Didn't like wi-fi very slow, had trouble connecting
Service poor, food poor. Had eggs sausage. Was asked how I wanted eggs prepared, they came scrambled and runny. Toast was cold and rock hard. When paying hostess didn't have change and act exasperated that she had to walk to desk to get change.
The breakfast was awful especially for $50
Only our breakfast
The Q arena was just across the street and close to many restaurants.
Bathroom was small and cramped. The tub was sloped on the sides and there were no hand rails in the shower, making it dangerous to stand. Our key cards were easily de-magnetized. We had to have them re-keyed every time we went out.
At check in on November 5, 2014 I explained that I was in town for the evening to attend the Usher concert at the Q. I stated that I had an extra ticket available for sale. Long story short, Areanna, a front desk agent, expressed interest in going to the concert and offered me a room upgrade to a suite on the 5th floor. Needless to say I gave her the extra ticket for her kindness. She went above and beyond my expectations. I enjoyed staying in the Gateway. It felt safe to walk around at night. There are so many places to grab a bite to eat & the casino is a 5 minute walk. Best part was the Quicken is a walk across the street.
great location cause we went to quicken loan arena for a basketball game. nice area to walk around downtown
