chambre bien distribuée avec salle de bain en renfoncement et éloignée du lit,appréciable quand on a un grand décalage horaire.Concierges très aimables et efficaces.Service de nettoyage très propre et méticuleux en chambre.Aperçu de la baie depuis la chambre.Situation très agréable.Calme.Bonne fréquentation Un petit café dans le patio pour prendre le petit dejeuner serait sympa; |

La situation geographique, l'acces direct au wharf, la piscine, l'acces internet gratuit Compte tenu du climat a san francisco il serait appreciable que la piscine soit couverte, le parking payant et surtout le fait que l'hotel fasse un prepaiement et je n'ai pas pu payer en cash et etre recreditee sur ma amex. |

confort général de l'hôtel, personnel dévoué et efficace Rien de spécifique sur l'hotel. Hotel choisi pour sa piscine mais critère non pertinent car la météo de juillet sur SFO ne permet pas véritablement d'en profiter. Situation géographique un peu décentrée dans un quartier trop touristique. |

Le lit réglable, la cafetière dans la chambre, le feu de bois autour de la piscine, l'emplacement de l'hôtel Les draps de lit pas repassés, la cafetière sale à notre arrivée, le patin du fer à repasser pas nettoyé, le wi fi payant, la vétusté du mobilier (porte de la penderie pas manoeuvrable) Nous avons préféré le Radisson lax beaucoup mieux entretenu |

Hotel en bord de la baie de San Francisco , ideal pour faire du jogging au bord de la plage jusqu'au golden gate . a coter de plein de restaurant , magasins , boutiques de souvenirs et moyen de transport pour aller en ville ou sur alcatraz . Un concierge est la en permanence pour telephoner , prendre des renseignement , vous guider sur des plans et sur les loisirs sur la region . Un bon hotel . |

Great location. Everything was "good", but not "excellent". It is quite old. Somewhat drab. Threadbare carpets. Needs a renovation. No breakfast with stay, but many choices within several blocks. |

the hotel was within walking distance of many things to do. The cable car was very easy to get to and take a ride anywhere you wanted to go as were catching a boat for the bay sites. |

The location of the hotel is amazing and the pool is very pleasant . The fireplace and palmtrees in atrium create a nice relaxing spot. I need an invoice from the hotel and they could not issue sayig that Booking .com is responsible for it. it should be available while check out the pool is much smaller than on the webside. |

I loved the location in relation to Fisherman's Wharf and pier 39. We felt it was conveniently located near shopping areas. . I have never stayed at a hotel with such paper thin walls. You could hear everyone's conversations from adjacenet rooms. The bathroom door didn't even close all the way. Very dissapointed. |

Helpful reception staff and concierge The facilties were poor. The parking is a rip-off. The lack of breakfast is very poor. Expecting guests to make tea in a pot used for coffe is abysmal. We travelled from San Francisco, via Yosemite, through Jamestown, Lake Tahoe, back via San Francisco down Highway One and back home via LA. This was the highest ticket and the worst value of any stay we had on our vacation. |

The staff were courteous and helpful No food facilities in the hotel: diner and breakfast cafe outside hotel serve as the hotel's "restaurant" facilities. The rooms aren't wonderful and the pool area is not inviting. It's just not amazing; it serves a purpose. |
