The hotel was clean, the location was fantastic, and the staff was amazing (especially John!).
The WiFi was shoddy and we actually didn't like the sleep number bed.
Close to Pier39 and Fisherman's Wharf. All within walking distance.
Parking fee, no breakfast
Comfortable clean rooms with adequate facilities. Excellent support staff in maintenance and helpful concierge. Location very good for buses and cable car and of course close to the a tetra actions of Fisherman,s Wharf.
No bar or food /breakfast facilities, but Johnny Rocket is on site the US equivalent of Sweaty Betty,s greasy spoon. Even here the service was good so was the coffee.
the only good thing was the location.
The bathroom was outdated and dirty. The room was so humid the bathroom door kept jamming. Horrible accommodations.
No staff available after 10:00 Pm
Close to everything. Wsled to do many great and interesting places from here. Nice hotel option. Basics are here - a room, friendly reception. No frills. Going back to finish our holiday for another two nights.
Excellent location for Fisherman's Wharf; couldn't be better for getting around. Only a few minutes from everywhere.
Cant think of anything I didn't like
Hotel was looking a bit tired but was being renovated. Great location close to all main sights, and good transport connetions.
My son left his necklace in the room and despite emailing straighta way we had no reply and no necklace returned.
The location of the Hotel was excellent, right on the Wharf - couldn't have been better.
The corridor carpets needed a good cleaning, the have bits all over them as if the rooms had been cleaned but they never went down the corridor. It made it look shabby
I liked nothing about my stay at the Raddison at Fishermans Warf in San Francisco.
First let me start by saying that checking in, they want you to pay $50 dollars a night for parking, or you can be a normal person and park on the street and feed the meter .25 cents per hour. It was convenient that the non-smoking room (2019) they placed us in, that had an out door balcony (which makes no sense) to threaten us at the front desk when we declined their ridiculous parking costs. They decide to threaten us with a fee for smoking. This was laughable because one; the smoke detector was being held in place by two soiled band-aids (i have witnesses). The room's GLA or (square footage) was over exaggerated. They claimed a modest 500+, more like 300 at best. The room upon entry smelled like light mildew, then we noticed it was the linens that smelled old and stagnant. Nothing my $200 bottle of versace cologne couldn't fix, but it was still annoying. This place is claimed to be a "four star" hotel, it deserves negative stars in my opinion. I have stayed in the presidential suite at the Raddison in El Paso that had exceptional service, and were 100% a five star accommodation. I feel I have experienced the best and worst this company offers. This place is not four star quality in any way. The rooms are not four star or as large as they claim, nor clean. Even the bathroom lamps had mold on them. Not worth the money they almost demand, in any way shape or form. Buyer beware. It is highly probable the motel 6 has better accommodations than this Raddison.
The sleep number bed was awesome
The hotel needs updating. Very outdated. Least favorite hotel of my trip to California.
All was fine. Good price for location. Awesome customer service agent at check in
Smelly hallways. Old facility. EXPENSIVE Open-air parking garage
Location and staff
7hr power outage
Location and wifi
Room small. Noisy airconditioner. Wanna move us to another room construction reason and no room service that day either. Flankly refused them.
Location and staff were excellent.
A bit dated feeling.
Room was clean, bed was good
Far from the area, price too high not worth the price
Lisa at the front desk exceeded our expectations! She was extremely friendly and seemed to love her job! Prince worked hard for us and even brought us a fridge to our room only hearing us mention it once. Giam brought the fridge to our room before we even got there. They were speedy, and very very accomadating.
No beverages in lobby
No booking in until 4pm. $25 charge if you wish to check in earlier. They don't explain this and then become rude when quirieng charge when checking out. Driver from their shuttle bus was the rudest man we met in the states
Good location, friendly staff, comfortable, good value.
