The location. The hotel is undergoing renovation so there was dust and stuff but when it's finished, wow.

I liked the fact that we faced out to the Warf and that the location was so close to the Warf you could walk anywhere
We requested a King size bed when we booked the room also stated that we just got married and were on our honey moon. when we arrived the desk person said that we were up graded to a better room .....with 2 double beds really how is this an up grade!!! when my husband said he wanted to see the room first the desk person ignored him and went right on booking us into that room. during our stay there were students staying in the hotel they were continuously pushing all the buttons on the elevator so when you got on it you would stop on every floor this was annoying. I was not impressed with this hotel at all
They are renovating and it is noisy! It states they offer free complimentary coffee in the lobby, and it is barely a lobby. I would pick another hotel if I were to return.
Close to wharf
Front desk person very short when asked questions. Borderline disrespectful. She was until I began to speak and showed my ID with COL in front of my name.
Construction going on early in am. 4am! unable to find room due to elevators being closed off. Hotel dirty in numerous locations. Staples, old materials and dust all over!. Expensive and not friendly. Won't stay with Radison again.
Excellent location for lots of the sights at Fisherman's Wharf. CVS located around the corner very convenient for items such as snacks, beer, and forgotten travel items. Hotel offers sleep number beds which I'd never seen in a hotel. Great restaurant down the street called Beach Grill that you have to try for breakfast. Yummy crab omelets. :)

Construction...and not having a head's up about it.
We went during the remodeling of the 4th floor and they made it very accommodating. Even the construction workers outside were curtious.
The location was great, close to Pier 39 and Fisherman's wharf and Little Italy for lots of places to eat and ferries to catch. The bed was comfy and the shower was forceful. It was on the streetcar route and all the hop on hop off buses stop a block away.
The room was small. We had a king size bed which meant a desk and desk chair, and one other chair, so no comfy spot to have a coffee and read the papers together unless you sat on the bed. Limited closet space. Really inadequate lighting.
The desk staff was polite and nice
NOTHING in this hotel works !!! The entire hotel is under construction..I'm disputing my credit card charges. Neither Booking.com or Radisson notified us in time to re-book our rooms...they're both at fault.
Location, staff was friendly and helpful. Room was clean and quiet. Loved the price we got for our room.
The air beds didn't work and the bed was creaky.
Very tired, fifties, look and feel. Dowdy. Absence of in- house dining/room service a downer. Two days to fix Internet outage.

Best location at Fisherman's Wharf. Staff were excellent and it was a pleasure not to have a porter forced upon one to carry bags. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again.
Lighting in bedrooms rather dark - no overhead lighting - only bedside lamps.
At least in 2015 it IS NOT worth to stay in Radisson!! It is not a bad hotel, but you can do much better 5 steps away in Sheraton Hotel! Radisson is under construction right now.. So you don't have any facilities available unless you go to Sheraton where they have a deal! Staff are very lazy as well, seems like they never willing to help excluding only few. No one helped us with bags and I had a broken arm!! It had flies all over the front desk!! Parking was extremely overpriced.. I could go all day here.. Stay in Sheraton IS THE SAME PRICE!
I didn't like the fact that I was told parking was $15.00 upon check in and charged $50.00 when checking out. Language was definitely a barrier with check in clerk, and fifteen and fifty sounded the same to her, but obviously not the same to my pocket book. Not impressed.
-very convenient place to stay at even without a car -stops for bus, street car and cable car are just a few blocks away -napa wine tour stops at the wharf -big bus hop on hop off starts and ends at the wharf -bicycles for rent are also available around the wharf -there are a number of restaurants near the hotel -the people at the hotel are friendly and ready to assist you for directions if you ask -wifi connection is very good -hotel is clean

I love the backdrop behind the bed. The atmosphere was completely outstanding. I felt at home for those 2 nights.

Located on the fourth floor with several elevators closed it would have been nice to be told that there was only one elevator acceleration at check in. Then when this elevator kept getting stuck it made things challenging, particularly with luggage, no concierge help at that time and a winter storm outside. Paying for expensive parking when the room is already costly wasn't great.
