convenient for my business and to LAX,. Shuttle service was good. A bit unclean. Spots on the lounge chair I wouldn't sit in. There was hair in the shower and on a pillow. |

The front desk gal (I believe her name was Siobhan) suggested an alternative route to a meeting I would be attending only 8 miles away during rush hour that saved me about an hour on the road!!!! That was MUCH appreciated! Also noteworthy, she was extremely BUSY because of some airline issues, but she asked me to please return so that she could send me another way that I was instructed. |

The facilty was very clean and the staff was excellent. I ate dinner in the hotel resteraunt and was shocked at how good the food was for th money. This was a nice suprise. The bed was difficult to adjust. I felt like I was rolling off the mattress. I am just not use to the inflation technology. |

ok for cost Check in clerk had no record of reservation thur booking.com. If I had not had a printed our confirmation from booking.com I would have not been able to stay there--need to communicate better with hotel. |

clean, confort and convenience Difficulty to call hotel as the tel number given by booking.com & also from htl recetion is the personal line and direct to answering machine only. My friend also have the same experience. |

Clean, modern, nice hotel close to freeway. Sleep Number mattresses feel like an air mattress. |

Ubicacion, cerca de las playas, como Santa Monica y del Aeropuerto. no me gusto que por la noche no tenga una posibilidad de tomarte una cerveza, la barra y la cocina cerrada. Estaba con unos amigos esperando el vuelo de madrugada y nos tuvimos que consolar con una lata de gaseosa. |

C'est un excellent hotel de passage, comfortable, chambres impeccables, notre chambre avait une belle vue sur tout Los Angeles Hotel situé juste à la côté de la highway mais c'est un problème généralisé aux usa |

la posizione comoda, la vicinanza all'aeroporto e all'autostrada. la presenza di centro commerciale nelle vicinanze la colazione dovrebbe essere inclusa,così come il costo del parcheggio. |
