location, but couldn't stand the hotel. i left the second day. the room is horrible, so small that your luggage can not fit in it. They must paint the walls cause all the paint is falling apart. if you want luxury or peace of mind, never stay at this hotel, it feels like anyone would enter your room anytime, no security what so ever. they didn't even ask for my id when i was checking in. bad experience, i left the second day. |

A fabulous location right in the centre of manhattan. We had a suite which was lovely as had a microwave (on request) and fridge. Our flight (American Airlines) was delayed (as a result on runway works in Madrid) so we missed a connection by one day and the hotel enforced (as they are entitled to) a charge for the first night when we did not stay. |

The hotel is located in the heart of Manhatten. The hotel stuff was friendly and helpful. Starbucks, Sushi-bar, and restaurant in the hotel. Booked the petite room, but it was bigger than I expected. A bit expensive, but you are very close to many tourist attractions. I wouldn't recommend for families with small children as the hotel was a bit noisy and crowded (many business travellers). In the bath there were few hairpieces, but the rest of the room was clean. Deposit (50$/day) at check-in. |

Friendly, helpful and professional staff. Very clean I booked the hotel because on the websiteis stated that there was a schuttle bus from the airport. When arriving at JFK, nobody seemed to know about the shuttle bus. We ended up getting a taxi. We had a deluxe room, which we thought wouuld have been larger. |

Room - comfortable. Bed - good. TV - good. Staff - great. Location - great. I think the pillows could be better. Or have a pillow menu - Contoure, Soft, Hard, Euopian, Fether ect. Pillows are very importent when you are travelling. |

Comfortable bed. Close to subway, Grand Central Station, shopping. Despite booking a twin room and specifically requesting 2 beds ( I was travelling with my sister!) we were given a double bed. Upon complaining, we were promised the following day there would be a twin available, so we returned to the hotel early to swap rooms- still none was available. It was only on the 3rd day, after 1 hour of complaining and waiting for the manager that the situation was rectified (at least they had the courtesy to upgrade us to a suite for the remaining week at no extra charge). |

Good location in Manhattan and good price (I've paid 99$ plus tax). There is also free wireless internet, which is not advertised on web pages. Although that address is Lexington av., main entry is from 48th st. so we thought for a while that the hotel is closed for remodelling. |

The Location in Manhattan is great, the room was perfect for my trip, it was the 1st 90+ day of the year and the room temp was very comfortable and relaxing. The staff is extremely helpful and with the location it really made for a great NYC trip. I highly recommend it for any trip. |

Good location close to subway and grand central station, easy walk to lots of attractions. Nicely decorated rooms for the most part and free wireless whch was a bonus. Nice big HDTV as well The bed wasn't particularly comfy and was small. The restaurant reccomendations by the concierege which we used twice weren't great (in fact the suggestion to go to the pizza place opposite was the worst dining experience of our whole holiday) |

Its location. Incredibly small rooms. Much less scope of comfort and number of services in comparison with other Radisson hotels. |

Even the petite room was very nice, large bathroom, always cleaned, the elevator is really fast and the staff is excelent, providing all information and attending us when necessary It could have free internet in the rooms, not only in the hall. But I don't have any complaints. |

Efficient check-in. Kind. Very central for shopping and tourism. Thank you for breakfast. But Raffles is not at same level as Radisson itself. A pity. |
