The hotel is centrally situated and is a good base for business travel, my room suffered from having a really bad view (the air con units) but if like most business travellers you spend little time looking out of the window, its fine. |

The hotel had good restaurants, and that there was other good restaurants nearby. Among other things, a cheap breakfast restaurant across the street. Close to attractions in the city. Short distance to Central Station and Rockefeller Center, and shopping area in the Fifth Avenue. Very friendly staff, except "the man at the bar". It would have been desirable with the ability to freshen up a bit after the city tour, for us who had little time for sightseeing before we were to travel to the airport. Maybe a small wardrobe / extended restroom facilities. |

The Hotel location was excellent for central New York, the available facilities in the proximity of the hotel are an added bonus, the room was excellent. No, I intend returning in the future. |

Hotel location I arrived hotel at 10 pm and there was no booking record. Hotel reception asked me to call booking.com but it wasn't office hour (didn't take any responsibility). Finally, he offered me a standard room although I booked a junior suite for 3 people. After I viewed the room I complained as it was too small for 3 people. |

Good central location. Close to Metro stations. Good selection of restaurant facilities. Nice room. Comfortable bed. Traffic noise! Room seemed small for the amount it cost per night. |

The hotel was very central to all the sites. The Chinese restaurant attached to the hotel served good food with reasonable prices although felt we were rushed by the waiter (and at times a bit rude). Due to building work across the street the hotel guests had to listen to a lot of noise. I booked a junior suite but the pull out bed was very uncomfortable and once out meant we couldn't use the living area or get access to the fridge. It would have been nice to have coffee/tea making facilities. The reception staff were polite but not friendly. |

There is a function on TV "Japanese TV program". But actually it didn't work and I couldn't watch it, though I paied for it. (I claimed it and finally it became no charge.) One day in four days when I returned hotel night, there was no drinks in mini bar in the room. They just forgot to restock a refregerator. I claimed but the attitude if the reception staff was very bad. They helped nothing, just saying me to buy outside by myself. I really want to request to improve. |

I liked the newness of the room and the amenities (Flat screen LCD TV, refrigerator, microwave oven). I was placed into a suite and it was great. |

The hotel's location was very central making it easy to travel around the well known landmarks. Rooms were very small, requested a twin room but did not get one. Next door building works kept us awake, people should be informed about the noise before booking!!! |

Location was excellent, the elevatior was super-fast Room (for 2 people) was very very small, bed was not comfortable (also very small), sound isolation was very poor (could hear everything from the next room and from the aisle), cleaning of the room was not satisfactory (could see the dirt of the previous customers), very over-priced breakfast-restaurant downstairs (would recommend the other one accross the street -> only one third of price and... |

The hotel is under renovation, moreover, there is a big construction work in front (the corner of Lexington avenue & 48-th.). Better to inform tourists about it. The windows are outdated & the construction works are very noisy. I could sleep only with the earplugs. the staff were unfriendly, there is a $2 charge per bag to store them after you check out. Our room was only ready at 6pm, on the website it said check in at 3pm and the staff didn't appear to care that our room wasn't ready. This hotel isn't owned by radisson it is operated under license. It was a dissapointment but as you only sleep in the hotel as it's NYC it was a bargin at the price! |
