The hotel exceeded my expectations. While there is work being done to improve the exterior, this is only a minor inconvenience. The staff, contrary to some of the reviews, were extremely pleasant and helpful and the quality of the finishings of the hotel very pleasing. I had requested a small single room but was given a standard room on the 19th floor which very tastefully furnished. |

Staff was extremely polite and understanding. Most requests were attended to in an adequate amount of time. Pillows after the second cleaning of my room were dirty. Mini bar area was never dusted when I came in. Batteries to the webTv were missing. |

Staff were very pleasant, Sushi Bar was great. Air conditioning was very noisy and I was woken at 5 every morning by the people in the next room using the bathroom. |

I enjoyed my stay at the Radisson, and I would go back anytime. The only thing I did not like about the hotel was the fact that it needs a some renovation - sometimes a little bit of paint can do a lot of good... |

We liked the comfort of our superior room, the location of the hotel, the lovely breakfasts in Raffles and the whole ambience of the hotel and friendliness of the staff from the bellboy through to the cleaning staff for room 404. A great stay. |

Bed was excellent. Also tv. Was not happy that even though we arrived at 7pm at night we had to wait over 2hrs before the room was cleaned and made ready for us. Also I would have expected that a coffe mechine would have been made available which we did have provided in other hotels of a comprable value and rating. The website that we booked at also stated that the hotel had a resturant overlooking the views on top of hotel, |

Good location; comfortable beds and room; pleasant, helpful and efficient staff, (the bell captain managed to spot that my friend had left her camera in the taxi before it took off and our chambermaid was a sweetheart); decent sized TV; all in all a pleasant base during our trip. The prices of the snacks in the mini bar were pretty steep but, actually, that's the sum total of what I have to gripe about. Many of the reviews I read prior to my stay were quite off-putting, moaning that the rooms were cramped; the traffic was noisy, and all sorts. In retrospect and based on my own experience I actually wonder if they were even staying in the same hotel! |
