Easy to find, close enough to theatres, food and shopping. Just a few minutes away from the beach. Clean rooms, comfortable beds, polite staff, and beautiful environment. Very stylish, beautiful colors, great amenities. I didn't like that there was only valet parking. Sometimes you just like to do your own thing with out the involvement of others. Although the attendants were very polite and timely.

I liked the location close to the airport,& in particular as I had a midnight flight. The staff at Primeria's & the front bar were cordial & helpful. Possibly a little over servicing at Primeria's ie: several waiters asking on a continiuous basis if all was ok at the table. This can be annoying. Over servicing in the dining room,too many visits & not all from the dedicated waiter to your table, especially at breakfast. The buffet in the fronr bar was of poor quality & charged by the # a method I have never encountered anywhere in the world.It would be a far better idea if the quality of the buffet was upgraded & cost more on a fixed cost basis in lieu of the present system which I found embarassing & akin to purchasing horse feed etc. Also as with many buffet type servings the food was not sufficiently hot. If its meant to be served hot then it should be hot.I would recommend the hotel for location but with a proviso to steer clear of the buffet.

Every single member of the staff that I encountered was extremely helpful and very friendly. They made an accidental stay for a missed flight enjoyable and should be commended on their efficiency and superior attitude. That is exactly what is needed for a hotel and I will look forward to that in future stays at Radisson Hotels. Power went out 4 times during a 24 hour period. No outage was over an hour, but it was a bit strange.

The staff was very helpful and friendly. The room windows were dirty and the room needed the carpets to be cleaned or replaced (stains) and painted (vent location changed although had old vent print on wall).

Absolutely nothing. Please use my full name and phone number when sending in this survey. I'd love to speak with the manager of this hotel. Richard McLaughlin Hudson NH 603-321-9929 This was the 2nd worse experience I've had a hotel in 25 years. I stay in hotels an average of 13 nights a week. My room was a sauna and nobody came up to fix the AC. The Iron has no buttons and leaked. I ruined a brand new $80 shirt trying to use it. I requested a new iron and it was never brought up to my room. Checking out took 20 minutes and there was only 3 people in front of me. Having to Valet my car for $20 when the parking lot is 20 yards away is a joke. I'll simply stop here AND never stay at this place again regardless of the proximity to the airport.

We stayed because we had an early flight ... We liked the hotel and will return . We fly into Loreto Mexico and the trip is much to long as it starts at 7 am in the morning and usually has a long lay over, it's nice to already be there ... Thank You The Harker's

Waited an hour for shuttle at airport. Finally took a cab. Radisson reimbursed for fare which was nice but still a hassle. Air Port security said Radisson shuttles were banned from the shuttle pick up area under the red sign. Three phone calls to the hotel instructed us to wait under the green sign and still no van showed up. Location, price, cleanliness were all great.

location, and good restaurant we arrived straight from the cruise,at noon and was told in very unfriendly way that the room was not available and we had to wait. Nobody bothered to tell us when the room was available, only by chance I went to ask more than ann hour later and was informed that room is available. This remind me reception given to customers in Moscow in the Communist era. But at least there when you gave hoses or nail polish, you got better service.

staff was kind and it was close to the airport. I was repulsed by the smoking on the fifth floor even though it was only limited to a few rooms. The smell in the hallway was awful from it and it produced a stale odor in the room. In addition, I felt that the bathroom had seen it's day...chipped tub and outdated. I travel frequently to CA and will definately not be paying another visit to this hotel. At the least, I should have been told that there was smoking permitted on the floor that our assigned room was on. Very disappointing...epecially in this day and age.

Location and rates not sure id recommend hotel to a friend? My stay started with a major negative. When I booked the room I specifically asked if there was free parking I was told yes when I arrived I had to pay 22.00 to park that was dishonest on your part. I felt I was lied to. So my stay started out very negative not sure ill stay there again.

We have used the Radisson lax twice now as an over night stop before driving on to our holiday destination of Las Vegas. We arrive tired and jet lagged. All of the staff a very patient, pleasant and helpful to us, which is much appreciated as our brains are still halfway over the Atlantic. Good reasonably priced food is quickly and easily available for stomachs still on uk time and the beds are wonderful. I love the remote that controls the hardness of the mattress! We are awake very early the next morning.Radisson have an excellant breakfast available from 5.30 A.m and there are plenty of staff to sort out bags and taxi to our car rental pickup. We have no complaints about the hotel itself only the transfer from the airport. Please make the signage much clearer as to where the Radisson airport shuttle bus stops. Coming out of the airport the first sign you see is a red sign for hotel shuttle buses. After 18hrs of travelling it made sense to wait there. After watching the buses for every other hotel except ours for 30 minutes, we took a taxi. Apparently it stops off to the left under a green sign.

The staff at the front desk were friendly I liked that it was close to the hotel but for the money I spent I could have had a room that actually had working hdtv as well as a bathroom sink that did not leak at the tap. The airconditioning was inadequate. I won't be staying there again on any layovers from lax.

We had to stay overnight in la for a connecting flight home to Australia. Positive attributes of Radisson were:- Proximity to airport (walking distance for day trip). Free shuttle. Price. Sixe of Room. Free wifi. Only thing that would have made it better was a shower facility to use before flight home after LA day trip after checkinh out. Would be happy to pay in the order of say $10 to $20 per person for this facility. Breakfast was very good. Would recommend to any traveller.

Convenient location for arrival and departure from lax -- plus for business in South central la / Santa Monica. Waited in vain for a shuttle bus on arrival at lax.

Location was good, as was the transportation to and from the airport. The room was extremely hot. No matter how long the air conditioner ran, the room did not cool down. In the morning the shower was a dribble, very difficult to shower in. I told the front desk when I checked out and he said - Oh was it the water pressure? Obviously they were aware of the problem. Glad I was only staying 1 night as my flight was canceled.
