Proximity to LAX terminals and the free hotel shuttle, plus prompt service and friendly staff. No refrigerators in rooms. |

Close to airport, allowed early check in Nothing to do, pool was disgusting, located at the back near a parking lot. Walked past rat traps to get to the pool |

The staff were very nice. The food was awful. The hotel was certainly a 3 or 4 star hotel, perhaps 1 1/2. It is a tired hotel long overdue for a facelift. One of the reasons I went was that it had a cafe on the upper floor with a pleasant view and as I am writing a book I saw it as an alternate place to sit have a coffee and work. The whole upper floor was a mess and the lounge was closed ecxcept for a noisy party on my first night which caused me to move rooms |

Asked for a wake-up call at 4:00 am and was called at 4:25 am. Same happened to a Korean custoner next to me. I almost missed my trans-continental flight. A hotel that works exclusively with airline passengers and flight crews can't slip on wake-up calls. |

The atmosphere in the hotel is friendly and makes you really feel that you are in California. The personal is well trained and the service deck is fantastic. -No free internet in the lobby, ridiculous and old fashioned thinking. I have to go to my room to have my computer working / - the temperature in the lobby and restaurant was far too low. Had wear a coat all the time. |

Nearness to airport. Beds are always comortable. Complimentary internet The lifts still don't work properly. They have not for the past 5 years that I have been staying there. The hotel decor is looking very tired. Dishes left outside people's rooms for in excess of 10 hours. Carpet in the hallways held in place with staples. They have been saying the bar upstairs in under renovation for over a year. Fianlly someone told me that they are never going to reopen it. It's the main reason I have ever stayed there. |

Closeness to airport false advertisement! There is only one restaurant in the hotel and it is very pricey. This is not a four star hotel! |

The room had a sleep number bed which was very comfortable Info on the room regarding the hotel services was dated and one of the gentelmen at the front desk was not corteous. No parking lot for self parking. |

It was near LAX and one could go to a beach area for dinner/shopping. It was under repair--various facilities closed. Elevators being repaired on both of my stays there. Also, had to get 3rd room on second visit in order to avoid smoke smell in room. Not much dining nearby--only excessively expensive restaurant in hotel. |

Very comfortable room and pleasant staff on reception. Very frequent free shuttle bus service to/from the nearby airport. Only one minor complaint - the bathroom was a little bit cramped. |

very close to the airport, helpful staff, free airport shuttle service, breakfast buffet (but not included in hotel rate, costs 16$ per person), clean room with a big bed, safe box available at the reception only valet parking possible (20$/day) if with a car, very dirty windows (so no clear look outside possible) |
