Radisson Los Angeles Airport Hotel  

Easy to find, close enough to theatres, food and shopping. Just a few minutes away from the beach. Clean rooms, comfortable beds, polite staff, and beautiful environment. Very stylish, beautiful colors, great amenities.

I didn't like that there was only valet parking. Sometimes you just like to do your own thing with out the involvement of others. Although the attendants were very polite and timely.

I liked the location close to the airport,& in particular as I had a midnight flight. The staff at Primeria's & the front bar were cordial & helpful. Possibly a little over servicing at Primeria's ie: several waiters asking on a continiuous basis if all was ok at the table. This can be annoying.

Over servicing in the dining room,too many visits & not all from the dedicated waiter to your table, especially at breakfast. The buffet in the fronr bar was of poor quality & charged by the # a method I have never encountered anywhere in the world.It would be a far better idea if the quality of the buffet was upgraded & cost more on a fixed cost basis in lieu of the present system which I found embarassing & akin to purchasing horse feed etc. Also as with many buffet type servings the food was not sufficiently hot. If its meant to be served hot then it should be hot.I would recommend the hotel for location but with a proviso to steer clear of the buffet.

Could use upgrade, very old tv bathtub old, dirty smelled smoke long lines for check in

Compact yet roomy. Accessibility to airport & availability of airport shuttle every 15 minutes. Beds are comfortable.

Staff are courteous & congenial but too distracted & less focused on what should be a brief interaction with their guests.- like answering questions or clarifying quick answers given by them. They are too preoccupied & want to just move on. On the whole though, the staff are friendly (except one!)

I like that the staff was very polite and helpful!

I did not like the fact that there was no self parking, and that valet was $22.00 a day plus tax to park, which was not told during booking!

Nice looking lobby

Although the lobby looked nice and modern the rooms itself was quite old, a bit dirty and some of the furniture had scratches and more. Disappointing. I have visited several Radisson Hotels all over the world including Europe and the Middle East and was always impressed by the quality of their facilities. This hotel is not in the same league. Although service was ok I would give them only a 3 star rating, definitely not a 4 star hotel.

Close proximity to lax. Shuttle service.

Room was very noisy - a rickety old fan which could not be truned off. And had a musty smell.Staff were not overly helpful or friendly. Gym was poor quality.

The bed was comfortable

Slow room service , cold water no hot, had no towels in our room, had to call 3 times

I like best easines of booking and check in-out procedure.

To have nice top level restaurant with a view to the airport.

All good for the price , liked the starbucks liked the fact that you had healthy food to offer , tv sucked should be flat screen and bigger OTHER THAN THAT BED WAS GOOD , STAY WAS PLEASENT

Close to the airport, but you cannot hear the traffic or the aircrafts. That is really good! Good services,free wifi etc.

We got a smoking room, but we have ordered a non-smoking room.
