Radisson Los Angeles Airport Hotel    

There was a young man named Luis on reception when we arrived very tired after a long flight, early in the morning. He could not of been more helpful and is a true credit to the Radisson LAX.

Room was very hot and did not cool down with airconditioning running at 65. Bed was very uncomfortable.

Hotel was most uncomfortable, nothing worked. Don't recommend to any one.

Location to lax airport

Place needs updating.

The location near LAX and the shuttle and the nice staff, especially the housekeeper on the 9th floor. They let me check in early which was much appreciated since I was nearly comatose after a long flight. I also liked the restaurant and my waiter Martin.

The bathroom. Ancient, depressing. Nice toiletries though.

The proximity to and convenient transportation to LAX was excellent.

Almost everything. Really excellent staff, especially the lovely and very knowledgeable young lady at the help desk and the bartender in the lounge.

Could use a computer room.

The restaurant is excellent, and a great place to meet friends.

great location. can walk to LAX. quicker than the shuttle bus.

Comfortable large room, very quiet.

The free shuttle that supposed to operate at 20 minute intervals did not show up at the airport, the hotel phones (2) were both engaged, so after a 40 minute wait we had to take a taxi.

The concierge was friendly.

All the extra taxes. Some of the were a bit ridiculous. Room service tax $15?! That was half the cost of the food!

Hotel staff were very friendly. Woman at front desk was extremely nice and knowledgeable. Very close to the airport and friendly transportation to the airport.

Our room was in complete contrast to the lobby which was modern and eye friendly. You could tell our room had been around for a long time - cracked tiles in the bathtub, bubbling carpet outside the bathroom, etc. Perhaps the rooms need to be renovated? There was no hairdryer (previous guest had taken, or it had been broken and never replaced) and there was no iron in the room (same?). I had to call the front desk twice. No coffee maker and when my husband went downstairs in the morning, he was told that no coffee until 5:00 a.m. (unless we used room service; who can afford room service?). We had to be at the airport at 4:00 a.m.

The Radison was good for what we wanted, easy access to LAX for an early morning flight.

Not as clean as some hotels and the breakfast was expensive

Staff and worth for money.

Convenience to airport as we had a 6 hour stop over from midnight onwards.

Waiting for shuttle bus. Room smelt of smoke Wallpaper peeling in bathroom Carpets in passages stained Girls sitting on floor throughout hotel after midnight - why ? The hotel seemed tired and service offered was minimal . .

Was very convenient being close to LAX .. Also car rental company on premises which worked out great.. Great restaraunt service bye phillipe...

We wanted a place close to the airport as we were in between locations, I.E. China and Toronto. The price was right. Once we arrived, we were very pleased with the food and the service and accomodation and would choose it again if ever in the lax area.
