    location, comfortable

    elevators take a long time which leads to a lot of people in them at once, no stair entrance in site

    The rooms were large and the bed was very comfortable. The staff was very friendly.

    The restaurants left a lot to be desired. The food was so so in the tavern and the breakfast buffet was terrible the hash browns were dried out and the eggs were overcooked.

    I liked pretty much everything about this hotel. The location is great right in the heart of downtown Manchester NH. Staff is very nice & helpful for visitors the rooms are very clean, the beds are super comfortable & any hotel with a CLEAN & NICE pool & hot tub area is always a PLUS!!!!!!

    No free parking or Wi-Fi

    Was here for a show in the convention center - the radisson is always a sure-thing. Room was really nice, clean and very well appointed. Staff was super helpful, it was nice to just get up in the morning, walk downstairs and grab a bite at the cafe (which was pretty good actually) and walk right into the armory to get to work. Made my life a lot easier.

    Pay for parking, $10/day.

    The staff were exceptional and so was the linen.

    The fact that you can't adjust the blowing air (for example with louvered opening) meant that either cold or hot air is blowing on you whilst in bed. But putting a chair in front was fine. Very small issue for a very fine stay.

    ordered breakfast from the menu took a long time to get it. was a little cold. Snacks should be on every floor or in the lobby.

    location

    fire/smoke detector cover hanging off wall, curtain rod/curtain detached - was fixed right away but thought staff should have offered "something" even if just a complimentary drink as we were headed to the on-site pub

    i got charged for parking which as a guest i should not of had to do, and loud guests never quieted down from 330am to 530am

    Comfortable, clean room, comfortable bed (nice looking bedding invites you to lay down and relax). Hotel staff very nice. Parking garage very convenient.

    A modest breakfast could have been included; breakfast buffet was good but I thought it was high in price.

    i loved the location !! we were close to everything .. first time in NH.. prob last time at that hotel :(

    the staff !!! rude.. never told us were the facilities were pool... internet access.. ect insonorisation was awful we could ear people sneeze !!!

    The daytime staff from the desk attendants to the shuttle drivers were extremely friendly and helpful.

    The third shift concierge/desk clerk was very rude and confrontational. I would not go back because of her. From the very first interaction, she was antagonistic and got progressively worse. We had to interact with her on our last day and when we did, I was glad I was leaving. We did not realize reservations were required for the airport shuttle on the last day and a gentleman in a suit drove us to the airport. I do not believe he was one of the regular shuttle drivers and assumed he was management by his appearance, however, his manner of interaction was just as rude as the desk clerk. We were made to feel that are needs were an extreme inconvenience to them which was the complete opposite of the daytime staff.
