La habitación y el baño muy sucios, con suciedad acumulada de meses. Durante tres días no nos hicieron la limpieza ni las camas. Ante nuestra protesta nos rebajaron un 20% del precio pero tuvimos que dormir con las habitaciones sin hacer. El penúltimo día nos cambiaron a otra habitación (muy limpia, hay que decirlo) pero sin calefacción y con 5 grados bajo cero en la calle. Traslado a este cuadro el comentario anterior. Del hotelno me ha gustado nada salvo la ubicación que es céntrica y bien comunicada. Por lo demás estoy indignado. |

Hotellin sijainti on hyvä: ei aivan kaikkein vilkkaimmalla turistialueella, mutta sen tuntumassa, mukava lisä mm. korealainen ravintola vieressä. Huone oli toimiva ja siisti kaikin puolin. |

CKIN当日はバレンタイン(連休初日)だった為か、狭いフロントで列をなし、ようやく順番がきたのは1時間後。挙句私はカタコト英語のアジア人一人旅だった為か部屋の準備が間に合わない、30分～1時間後にまた来いと言われてしまいました。疲れ果てていた為追求する気力もなく、更に1時間後に行くと担当者が変わっており、特に引き継ぎもされておらず、慌てて探す始末。その後なんとか部屋に辿り着いたが冷房ガンガン、冷蔵庫一体型の電動金庫もコンセントを抜かれており(冷蔵庫の音がすこぶるうるさい為他のゲストが抜いたと思われる)、落ち着いたのはすっかり夜になっていました。4泊しましたが、手違いなのか中1日は掃除をされておらず。売店と兼任のコンシェルジュ、フロントスタッフ、レストランスタッフ共、接した際にはとても嫌な気分にさせれました。とにかく設備ロケーションは良いのですが、もてなす気持ちは皆無... |

location centralissima, pulizia, cortesia dello staff, colazione inclusa nella tariffa, stanza decenttemente grande considerando gli standard di NY, mega LCD in camera sistema riscaldamento un po rumoroso, insonorizzazione della stanza non eccellente (caso di stanza vicino all'ascensore), mancato riempiemento del frigo-bar (non c'era acqua, solo birre e softdrink). |

La ubicación es buena y la habitación era amplia y con cama grande. El baño es un poco pequeño y con limpieza regular (habian pelos en la bañera). La decoración esta un poco anticuada. En los pasillos hacia demasiado frio. En el check-in son muy lentos. Relación calidad/precio mala. |
