Great location and excellent staff. Very good sound proofing. Extremely comfortable beds.

Nothing. We moved here from the Helmsley and it was half the price and twice the hotel. If you need a large room though you may be disappointed, the rooms are more than adequate for a city break but are by no means spacious.

I didn't like the restaurant at the ground floor ,facing to back street,it seems like French-American but actually was not tasty and overcooked what we eat ,especially french fries and breads,except mussels that was delicious !

Location was great with public transportation right outside the front door.

I loved the location and how its in the middle of the Korean area, where could can always find a 24hr place, great for when you travel and are jet-lagged.

The overall experience was decent but the rooms (even on the executive floor) are tiny. The room service is only in the day-time and the staff weren't as welcoming and nice as you should expect from hotels with such rates.

Very well located - one block from Penn Station and 5th Avenue. Clean and comfortable beds. Nice size bathroom with good lighting.

The room with 2 double beds is small but for 2 people perfectly adequate.

The service was friendly and the room was clean at a reasonable price.

Very easy and smooth check in and out! Fantastic location by the Empire State building and subway next door. Loved Korea town where it was in. Very safe. Helpful door staff. Free wifi!safety deposit box in room.

Wifi can be a bit slow my husband couldnt pick it up in our room. I thought the double beds were too small! Great for my daughter who had her own but not for me and my husband felt cramped. Also Bathroom is tiny and the edge of the toilet could have done with some repairs. Coffee not great and machine in bathroom. Could have done with a nicer view.

I loved that they offered parking at a discounted price on the last day of our trip even though we were not staying another night.

The noisy air con. I see the us still using outdated systems compared to Europe or Japan. Also lack of guidance in hotel. There should be a book of what facilties are available in the hotel. e.g I knew there was a gym. You have to ask where. Is acces via room key or not. Is there a shower/ changing room in gym or not ...

room was not ready until 7:45 p.m. january 19,2013...... missed our show . The whole reason for trip. They Just compensated with a coke and beer. why not a free late checkout since we lost almost 4hours.

We had a very pleasant stay at the Radisson and will def go back there when next in NYC! We stayed on the PH2 floor and rooms and hotel environment was very clean and staff were friendly. We didn't mind spending the extra minute in the room because it was so relaxing.

The late check in after landing in the morning but at least they kept our bags for free whilst we went about our business

Central location. Allowed my daughter to check in baggage early and to leave baggage after checkout to fit in with flight times.

Booking staff took all my credit card details and id via transatlantic link so that my daughter's trip could be paid for by me as a present and then only took one night from me and charged her for the rest despite my instructions and ruined my present to her! Sloppy and officious administration work.

the breakfast place too small, waiting time too long, it can take up to 30-45 minutes to wait

Family room, comprised of One Double bed and 1 sofa bed. Rooms were quiet and beds comfortable. Great breakfast. Free Internet access & wifi. Friendly and helpful hotel staff. Clean rooms with Microwave and coffee maker. Would have preferred a fridge to keep milk and drinks in, some other Radisson hotels have a small fridge in room. Good location, close to Macys and Times Square. Overall a lovely hotel in a safe location.

Hotel was fully booked over New Year and Dining Room not big enough to cater for so many people. It is advisable to get down to breakfast before 8am to get a table. Having said this the Buffet breakfast was excellent with a wide range of hot and cold food and the Chefs, Waiters/Waitresses worked very hard to accommodate the guests.

Location is good

It's quiet old. Reception area isn't nice or comfortable. The hotel doesn't feel like a place where you would like to hang out at all. We were spending all the time out, so it was fine. If you want to stay in and relax, then you might want to consider another option.

Top service comment for the beakfast and caffe staff. They are wonderfull. Location: closeness to the Theatre district within 15 minutes walking distance. At the same time away enough from the crowded area.

We got a room at the end of the corridor and because of that the room was smaller than the others. Also some bugs in the bed were noticed...

Hotel charged my card extra 1129$ by mistake. Still waiting for the refund.

The location is great!

The rooms and the bathrooms were samllest than in the pictures.

We booked this the night before check in, so got it at a fraction of the price. However, I would not pay the full price for this room. The location was right on Times Square, however the room was small and nothing special. If you are planning not to spend too much time in the room, and you are wanting a location close to Times Square then this hotel would be good for you (if you can get it at a good price)!

The location was great. It was walking distance from Penn station, the subway was just outside the main entrance and the halal carts were just around the corner. Manhattan Mall, Macy's and other shops were also nearby. Check-in and check-out was a breeze. Since check-in was at 4pm and check-out was at 11am, they let us leave our bags with the concierge so that we can go somewhere else while waiting to check-in/waiting to leave for the station.

Not much space in the rooms but was not a major problem for us since we only used the rooms to sleep. There was free internet in the rooms but at a not-so-great speed. You have to pay extra if you want the high speed internet.

In the center of it all. Easy access to many tourist attractions.
