breakfast could be better
My room was great. Spacious and well-appointed. Bed was very comfortable. Quiet.
The lobby & main entrance. nothing to write home about.
great location very quiet room great service
barmaid was exceptionally rude I don't know what her name was as she declined to give it she was very very rude so much so that I refused to tip her on the third night obviously this made her worse. she let the hotel down as all the other staff were lovely cheerful and friendly so I would stay away from the bar
Staff were the best, friendly and helpful; made you feel like you were really special Location was great as was the food and bar service.
Nothing, we had a great time.
- In the heart of Midtown, close to the theater district, Empire state building, Madison square garden and Macys,... - Metro station just outside the hotel entrance - Art nouveau style of the building - Large and confortable bed
- Staff was ok but not so much kind - Bathroom rather small but ok
Nice location. Comfortable bed. Excellent breakfast buffet included in room package.
Room was small and expensive for 2 queen beds. Closet door was missing.
Relatively good location and quiet room.
The room was nothing like the photos. It was tiny with very little room around the bed, meaning that I had to squeeze around the side to get in. There were no bedside tables probably because there was simply no room for them.
Everything. The location of this hotel is excellent with many attractions and shopping within walking distance. Beds are comfortable and staff are really friendly. We would return.
position good foe shopping and sightseeing - not so close to theatre district and Central Park but not bad
a front counter staff member was rude in respect of rolling her eyes when we inquired about a bus and train stations nearby, if she didn't know or couldn't be bothered a polite redirection to the concierge would have been appreciated A friend tried phoning the whole all Saturday afternoon and was cut off each time till finally at 6pm he was able to leave a message, I reported this as I felt there may be a problem but no one bothered to note anything or check. No tissues or water in room, even when requested Rather pretentious having the doorman open the door each time you enter and leave the hotel, good service in other areas would be appreciated. Breakfast at coffee shop expensive
Location, location, location! Great view from room. Hughe bed. Fair service with friendly doormen and good roomservice. Big room. Free WiFi.
Windows dirty and not well isolated towards cold and streetnoise, but we managed. Loud aircondition but was easily turned off. Carpets on floor (we prefer without due to asthma, but there were no problems with dust). We never found out to turn the heating on and the mornings were a bit chilly.
We were greeted and treated like valued friends. Can't say enough about the staff. Clean, comfortable room; nice amenities. Will book there again.
The best part is the location is right in the middle of everything. Macys literally was walking distance
Rooms were a little smaller than what we were accustomed to but very clean rooms. That's a plus.......
The staff of this hotel blew me away! The hospitality was remarkable and made me feel very special!!!
The temperature in the room was inconsistent at night .
Location - subway is literally only 5 steps away!
Room size was small and absolutely not as big as what the picture shows at booking.com.
IT IS A VERY GOOD HOTEL
THE BREAKFAST IS EXPENSIVE
The location is excellent!!!
We liked everything about the hotel. The location, courtesy of the staff, cleanliness, accessibility. Just one block from Penn station, Subway just outside the hotel, 10 mins walk to times square, wide varieties of restaurants. Amazing place. Good job to all the staff. Keep it up.
Everything was perfect. We were able to check in to our room hours earlier than we should have; the room was a decent size; the view was excellent; the hotel staff were very helpful; and New York itself was simply awesome!!
Nothing at all.
La ubicación es excelente, cómodo, limpio
La señal de de wifi podría ser mejor
Location, location, location. I liked the Korean restaurants as the hotel is located on Korea way... Stuff was very friendly and the hotel is very good for a short Manhattan stay
Staff are friendly and accommodating. The location is definitely a plus...
The room is big but it needs an upgrade to compete with boutique hotels.
location is very good - staff is helpful
small beds - relatively expensive
It was a ten minute walk from Times Square, the subway is right under the hotel, there are several restaurants and pubs within five minute walk, a mall is right across the street, there's a park right in front and the Empire State building is a magnificent backdrop at night about half a block behind it, to name a few things. I would definitely come back next time and I recomend it to anyone looking to be in the middle of everything.
The location of the hotel was perfect, every attraction was just few minutes away and easy to walk to. It was quite at night not much of crowd and sirens around.
The hotel was always busy and sometimes the staff at the reception will be one or two which makes you wait in a long line for a simple inquiry sometimes. but overall we loved our stay
