The staff went above and beyond with our late arrival. Their hospitality was exactly what we needed!
Location very central with subway outside.
Heating very noisy - had to turn off at night to sleep so very cold in the morning.
the staff; location
nothing for children; we could listen to the conversations in the other rooms, tyhat was realy bad.
restaurant bar lounge view from room bathroom size
The neighborhood is a poor choice for NYC if you are visiting. Constantly hounded by ticket sellers for the Empire State Building. The Empire State Building is the past and nothing much to see for the money. A tourist trap...keep walking...The hotel has seen its day and it was long ago. It is mainly an airline crew hotel. I asked to have my room cleaned and you thought I asked to move the Empire State Building. NEXT!
excellent location; very helpful front desk staff as well as the bell boys & concierge; the complimentary wi-fi worked smoothly; the room clean und well maintained
there is not one thing to criticize
The staff was great and the room was clean however some metal on the drain in the bathroom cut my finger and it a truly didn't stop bleeding until the following day. It was not requiring stitches and the staff gave me a couple of bandaids and had security take. Report
The bathroom drain.
The staff was very friendly and accommodating.
The smallness of the room.
Everything was great. From the staff to the food.
I liked the proximity to everything. Everything was just a short walk away.
There was nothing negative
The staff were all very helpful the rooms were all a good size and very comfy.
quiet room, comfortable bed.
very crowded hotel, waiting for the elevator to go up or down takes a while.
Location, comfy bed, business center.
Heating a/c very noisy, low quality breakfast and very expensive
Staff. The bellhops were awesome. Beautiful building. Great location.
Bartender was so so. Expensive breakfast at $30.
The location The room was very quiet
The room was facing a narrow yard, and almost no light came through the window. The room was on 4. floor. The breakfast was expensive and bad. Speedy's opposite the hotel offers an excellent breakfast to a resonable price.
Room was cramped.family very tired on arrival following horrid taxi experience.greeting on arrival felt rushed. We were stressed.
close to subway, broadway, walking distance to Times Square, empire States
room was dark and small
Clean, close to everything, friendly and helpful staff.
Walls are PAPER THIN. We could hear people in other rooms cough, it was so bad. We could hear everything. We could not even talk in our room past 11:00pm. At 11:01 each night, we got noise complaints from the front desk; so basically not good of you are more than one person per room cuz you can't talk without getting a complaint. Too bad, because it's a nice hotel.
THE BEST OF ALL WERE THE BEDS TO BE A QUEEN SIZE BEDS. I COULDNT FIND ANY OTHER PLACE WITH TWO QUEEN SIZE BEDS ON THE ROOM
THE WIFI DIDNT WORK ON MY PHONE, THE BREAKFAST TO BE THE SAME EVERY SINGLE DAY
I really enjoyed my stay. I chose a classic king room and was pleased with the size. The room and bed were very comfortable. The shower was also nice. I would stay here again and also the location is perfect
Food in hotel restaurant could be a lot better. However, as it is New York, there was no shortage of places to eat!
The bed was so comfortable as was the room. My room was so quiet....I booked 1608 which was one of the top floors and not overlooking the street. Martinique Café in the lobby was outstanding.
The "free" Wi-Fi wasn't great. I got it very sporadically in my room.
Location, size of room, free wifi
Front desk staff was not efficient, doormen expecting tips left and right
breakfast could be better
