Location is great, breakfast is good. Wifi could be a little faster.
Some of the staff is rude and unpolite in the front desk, for the price people pay for the hotel, the least you expected is for them to treat guests better.
All my questions were very well attended by front desk personals, and the consierge and Bell men gave me real support on my inquiries not forgetting the house keeping staff which many times arranged the bedroom later due to our especific needs.
I did not have a bad experience, I should only make a remark on the need of a refrigerator or mini fridge bar especially for those who stay long periods (more than 14 days0
Ideal location, big comfy bed, nice products, nice lobby, staff helpful
Really noisy air conditioning/heating unit that came on periodically throughout the night and we couldn't manage to switch it off.
Part of the staff (specially the ones at the front desk) could be more polite, once they are the "first impression" of any hotel.
Friendly staff. Excellent room, clean & great size. Excellent wifi connection both in room and lobby. Fantastic location.
Nothing we didn't like.
Enjoyed the location and hotel most staff were nice
*Good location *Great value for money *Free Wi-Fi *Good vending machines available
*Location is a bit hidden since they are doing some maintenance on the facade *Hard to park with a car in front of the entrance since it's usually crowded
Could hear the TV in the next room.
The location was perfect for what we were doing over the weekend.
I was very disappointed in the check in process. I had booked 3 rooms and had to check in 3 separate times, one time per room, in interminable lines because rooms were not ready as promised. We did not get our last room until after 7 pm. I know it was the holiday weekend but the checking in process was a nightmare. We waited six hours for sheets for a pull out bed and only got them after waiting again at the front desk for housekeeping to appear.
Location is good, breakfast is also great. Beautiful on the inside. Offers cofee, bars and watrr for guest all over, which in nice.
80% of the staff is rude, unpolite and acts like their doing guest a favor not their job (Front desk Hilary) at the high price of staying one expects the minimum from staff, which is to be polite. Also italian guy at Martinique Cafe. Check out is at 11, 1030 house made had broke into to room almost as kicking us out.
Very good location near metro station, near great stores, Broadway and Times Square.
I hated the carpet in the room filling with God knows how much dirty and microorganisms; the bathtub was never washed for the 9 days I stayed there; the bed was the only thing the cleaner tied up in the entire room though very awfully with short sheets for the size of the bed just to give me the appearance of a clean place; I sneezed so much at night and even when I asked for a better cleaning at my room nothing changed. During the days I was in New York I stayed in my room just to sleep and keep my luggage but it is just not worth it since the cleaning of the room I am in is important for me.
I liked the friendliness of the staff and the location right across from Manhattan Mall and Macy's.
I cut my hand coming in the door from hangers that were stuck on the door for wreaths. I told the front desk. They did nothing and did not care.
Room comfort and business centre ..coffee and location
except the head wall of my bed was next to the other rooms bathroom so you know whenever they flush or the water pump would kill our peace ful state of mind .
Room and bathroom
Bought the buffet breakfast one day - very poorvalue
Staff, front desk person
It is unfortunate that the hotel did not provide luggage storage for to E returned guest. It is also sad that the front office manager did not provide any solution for this until asked.
Perfect location for MSG, shopping, Tourist sights. 100% happy with our stay - early check in was no problem for them, staff were all lovely, informative & helpful. Even with 2 extra large 13 & 15 year old boys, the room on the 12th floor with 2 double beds was more than fine. No issues with noise, cleanliness or lifts. You'll be happy booking here.
Location Room size Clean
Front desk staff -room was not ready at 9pm. We were told reservation fully paid for from reservations director (3rd party paid), we were treated so badly we had to ask for an apology and in no way was an effort done to compensate.
Location is nice.
Room was very small, full of dust, towels with the hair on it; overall hygiene was poor even after reaction on my claims. Besides, they have charged my credit card two times, when I tried to solve the problem with personnel on reception, they said they can't do anything and only after they received a call from booking.com it turned out they actually can solve the problem themselves by crediting back money to the card (not sure about others but if the card is from Europe your money is back to you in a month). Manager I spoke to was kind, after I managed to get in touch with him, but can’t say he was enough interested in the case. As I wrote, location is nice and I know Manhattan is particular when it comes to hotels but there are many others at this price or even cheaper. I travel a lot and this was one of the worst price~quality ratio experiences that I had, this hotel is not going to be my choice in the future for sure.
The staff went above and beyond with our late arrival. Their hospitality was exactly what we needed!
Location very central with subway outside.
Heating very noisy - had to turn off at night to sleep so very cold in the morning.
the staff; location
nothing for children; we could listen to the conversations in the other rooms, tyhat was realy bad.
