We had a wonderful stay at the Radisson Martinique. It was very clean, beds were comfortable and the staff was outstanding! We plan on staying here on our next visit to New York.
Loved the lounge/bar near front desk - location was great -beds very comfortable - Valet services were great
Super loud place -evacuation to lobby from 15th floor- asked multiple times what was going on and I couldn't get an answer - talking in hallway as we were goi g to our room resulted in someone coming out to us to complaon and vice versa - During all times of night there were multiple noises-630 am -a couple was so loud and abusive to each other, they were escorted out of the bldg by security -felt very on edge and didn't sleep
All in all a great stay in an excellent location. Room was nice and quiet, small but average for the city.

Weird beam was in the middle of the room blocking passage and taking up lot of space . Could get hurtbby running into it in the dark.
I loved the location and the room, the room service and front desk service was great, and the bed itself was very comfortable. I got lucky with a higher room with a very nice view.
Bathrooms and showers are small. I needed WiFi connection for work and it does not work very fast with the complimentary service, not sure how it works if you pay per day.
The rooms were on the smaller side but I've had smaller in NYC. But the decor was lovely and the bed and linens very plush and comfortable. Nice view. Great location. Friendly room service servers and the food was quite good. I would stay here again.
Check in was a little long
The friendly service in the cafe; the location was superb
Staff was very courtesy during check-in on Wednesday 2/4/15 at about 10pm and our check-out on Saturday 2/7/15 at 8:00 am. Housekeeping kept our room #1139 clean and supplied with coffee, cream & sugar, towels, body-wash, body lotion and mouth-wash.
The room was very cold on Wednesday night 2/4/15 on our arrival. House-keeping got service on Thursday morning 2/5/15 to come in and fix the heating system. We some problem with Wifi connection from our room.
The location was exactly what we neeed and staff personal was very nice and professional and the bed was a dream
I had no complaints.Maybe a small fridge could be desirable inthe room.
Your Staff the men at the door. All your people go above what's needed. All gentleman call Ronnie got cabs and expressed safety hints. Thanks.
I have no issues. Mary Hildebrandt 3404 cummings ave. Eau Claire,wi. 54701
Location is great, breakfast is good. Wifi could be a little faster.
Some of the staff is rude and unpolite in the front desk, for the price people pay for the hotel, the least you expected is for them to treat guests better.
All my questions were very well attended by front desk personals, and the consierge and Bell men gave me real support on my inquiries not forgetting the house keeping staff which many times arranged the bedroom later due to our especific needs.
I did not have a bad experience, I should only make a remark on the need of a refrigerator or mini fridge bar especially for those who stay long periods (more than 14 days0
Ideal location, big comfy bed, nice products, nice lobby, staff helpful
Really noisy air conditioning/heating unit that came on periodically throughout the night and we couldn't manage to switch it off.
Part of the staff (specially the ones at the front desk) could be more polite, once they are the "first impression" of any hotel.
Friendly staff. Excellent room, clean & great size. Excellent wifi connection both in room and lobby. Fantastic location.
Nothing we didn't like.
Enjoyed the location and hotel most staff were nice
*Good location *Great value for money *Free Wi-Fi *Good vending machines available
*Location is a bit hidden since they are doing some maintenance on the facade *Hard to park with a car in front of the entrance since it's usually crowded
Could hear the TV in the next room.
The location was perfect for what we were doing over the weekend.
I was very disappointed in the check in process. I had booked 3 rooms and had to check in 3 separate times, one time per room, in interminable lines because rooms were not ready as promised. We did not get our last room until after 7 pm. I know it was the holiday weekend but the checking in process was a nightmare. We waited six hours for sheets for a pull out bed and only got them after waiting again at the front desk for housekeeping to appear.
Location is good, breakfast is also great. Beautiful on the inside. Offers cofee, bars and watrr for guest all over, which in nice.
80% of the staff is rude, unpolite and acts like their doing guest a favor not their job (Front desk Hilary) at the high price of staying one expects the minimum from staff, which is to be polite. Also italian guy at Martinique Cafe. Check out is at 11, 1030 house made had broke into to room almost as kicking us out.
