I liked that it was directly across the street from the convention center, since I was there for business.
The jacuzzi had not been working for months and I was looking forward to relaxing in it for the three nights I stayed to relieve stress from my trip.

Close to Convention Center Restaurant in hotel, food good. No need for car required if only utilizing the convention center because it is across the street.
This is probably the worst hotel I have stayed at for the price, don't stay here. We stayed her Valentine's weekend (a lil staycation) and booked thru booking.com 1. Unfriendly check in staff, we were told upon arrival we could not use a visa debit card to pay for our room or security deposit of $50. The lady offered no solutions (other than do you have another credit card?) I asked what am I supposed to do? It's Valentine's weekend? I booked this as a treat for my husband and I. We offered to pay cash, she said no. I asked for the manager. While she went to the back to get the manager a nice lady in line offered for us to use her credit card and give her cash (a stranger in line was more helpful than anyone else). We were only staying over night so we weren't going to be using any incidentals. Finally, a second desk worker was able to charge the room on our debit card and the $50 hold for incidentals was placed on the nice lady's card (we gave her our name and number in case she needed it). After all this was done, out comes the manager finally and we no longer needed his help. I think booking.com should say on their site at booking.com that this hotel will not take a debit card.I've stayed at many hotels and have never had this issue with the debit card. 2. We requested a king room, we get to our room and there are two full beds, again, it's Valentine's weekend. We call the front desk and they say they are all out of king beds! They said the booking is a request only. What?! 3. We go to turn on the TV, it doesn't work. Call the front desk again, they have to send an "engineer" who gets the TV working. 4. Our room is at the back of the hotel with a "great view" of a train track. You will hear trains (and airplanes which are to be expected by an airport) go by a lot! 5. We want to go to the Jacuzzi and call front desk to see what time it closes, they say 11 pm.
I don't like when they gave me the phone number of the internet company to fix the internet on my room. I don't think this is my responsibility they should fix it for me.
Price was very reasonable next time will pay twice as much to enjoy my stay.
Checked in early evening, no instructs as to where ice machine or any vending machines are located asked at the front desk. returned to room only to find out television was not working and as I tried to call front desk,..phone did not work. Took over an hour to fix. Good thing I noticed phone because requested a wake up call at 3:00 a.m. Never stay here again.

I didn't like that I asked for a single bed they gave me 2 beds then I had to get up n switch rooms in the middle of my stay I ordered breakfast and did not received what I asked for
I was specifically promised a refrigerator for my young granddaughter who still takes a bottle of milk. Even my email confirmation stated that' my room had one. I went to tbe front desk several times and they said they would try and find one. I never received a refrigerator nor did anybody ever call me back to give me a status. I had to dump milk every morning because it had gone bad. They did offer to store my milk at the front desk but we were quite a distance from there and it was quite inconvenient
My room was nice and clean. No one bothered us. Our room was cleaned and linen was changed every morning

Room smelled old and musty, huge stains on the carpet, bathroom toilet sounded like it was going to break and the room was so far away from an elevator, felt like a maze just to get to my room.
After a cancelled flight, I had to book this hotel as I sat in the airport terminal. After a miscommunication, the Radisson shuttle driver could not locate me at the airport for the ride to the hotel. Brittany, a very nice young lady working the Radisson reception desk, jumped into a vehicle and drove the airport and found me. This was excellent service! She was polite, friendly, and her attitude and professionalism brightened what had been a stressful day. Thank you!
