“ I loved this hotel! The check-in was fast, the staff were all very courteous, friendly and helpful. I loved the shuttle service, since I didn't have a car, but got to shop till I dropped courtesy of the shuttle. It runs on a convenient schedule, so I never had to wait for very long to go somewhere. ”

Spacious room, view of the little lake, and an on site restaurant. Industrial-like area. The bed was too firm for my personal preference.

rooms and facilities were great,clean and roomy. enjoyed the pond view. wake up call to the wrong room at 5:00 a.m. housekeeping knocking at 8:00 a.m. and again at 10:00 a.m.

I loved the room. It was very spacious and clean. I also loved the Happy Hour menu. I had a relaxing meal and a nice beverage. When I checked in, I was given a receipt for $72.71 but my account was charged $101. why? Even when I checked out, I was given another receipt for $72.71. Where did this difference come from? I would like a refund of the difference or at least, an explanation. Thank you.

This is one of the best stay we have in Portland. Radisson has everything you need: coffee maker in the room, complimentary water, full set toiletterie, hot drink available at the front, ear plug for light sleeper, number one mattress, quick check in, iphone speaker.. What else you could want Housekeeper forgot complimentary water on our second day but nothing serious. Considering what hotel provide, we can overlook this one.

poximity to the airport shuttle to the airport value for the stay you really need to clean the toilets before people stay. I would have moved rooms but by the time I noticed we were unpacked and had be traveling for 20 hours.

This hotel has a sweet little pond some of the rooms look out on. You can also walk around part of it. Ducks and geese abound. It was nice in the middle of a metro/airport area to experience that.

The hotel was great. Room clean and neat. Nice surroundings. Friendly staff. Excellent accommodations for the cost. The mattress on the bed. Too soft and sort of tired. Next time I'll request the Sleep Number Bed, which I have at home.

Renovations and new decor is nice. Sleep # beds are a good idea. Pay per view movies would be good or rentable DVD players. Desk staff needs more training and info about the hotel. My whole parties keys were only made for 1 night and we were told the rooms were equipped with DVD players. Location was super random and hard to find.

The room was very nice and clean, and there was free shuttle service to and from the airport. When we booked on line we were not aware the "free" continental breakfast was not free because of the discounted room rate. The discounted room rate was lost when we had to pay for our breakfast.
