The building was updated.
The room size for four.
We got to the hotel we did not have a room! The staff made me look up my own reservation on their Wi-Fi in the corner of the lobby. I was late for a date because of this. The room was shabby. I hated the toilet and tub were separate form the sink. So you had to walk across the room to wash your hands after using the bathroom. NOT GOOD! the Wi-Fi didn't work, NOT HAPPY
The hotel was nice, comfortable, and clean, convenient for our plans.
The staff kept us waiting for a room even though we had a reservation made 2 months ago. Very noisy and difficult to sleep.
The hotel staff was very pleasant and friendly, the restaurant had terrific food at a very reasonable price, the room was comfortable and quiet. Location was perfect for the event I was attending.
Parking initially was confusing, but once I figured it out I actually was able to park very close to my room. Not too sure about housekeeping cleaning the coffee cup I used. It looked like they just replaced the "cleanliness cover" on the dirty cup:-(
Had to stay for a quick layover for a flight that was unplanned. Staff was so kind and understanding since I was checking in late. Room was spacious and clean and I could not here my neighbors sneeze. In house restaurant was good, try the lobster roll and the brownie! Also the shuttle is on time when you call an both drivers where great. Overall, it
Nothing at this time.
They have 24-hour room service, the staff at the front desk was nice, it has an airport shuttle, within walking distance to restaurants as well as fast food. Wireless and wired internet access, signal fair to good. Comfortable beds, very clean rooms, plenty of parking.
It was a long, windy hallway to get to my room. The vending machine was not in service. I had the do not disturb sign on my door (I stayed for two days), but the maids that were cleaning the other rooms were in the hallway having LOUD conversations with one another, and it took them forever to clean the other rooms, so it was over an hour of these shouting conversations I had to listen to. Very annoying and discourteous.
The staff was very courteous and professional appearing. Restaurant food was good.
Upon check in reservation I'd made thru booking.com for a suite DAYS earlier could not be found. I applied booking no, etc.. staff said it was their error and fortunately had a room anyways. First room (suite) was very hot and a/c did not appear to be working. Was told by staff when I called down to wait 20 mins or so. Took a shower while I waited.....room was now 82 degrees! Upon exiting bathroom, my heel came down on a carpet nail that was sticking up out of the frayed rug at entrance to bathroom.....both unexpected and seriously painful!!! Front desk sent guy up to check a/c. I told him I had just cut my foot. He felt around....finally stabbing his finger on the nail. He then took a pair of pliers from his pocket and attempted to beat the offending nail into submission. Amazingly, he did bend it over a bit and instructed me to make sure to step over it. Really! :/ While he fiddled with the a/c, I went to hang up towel in bath and on exit, stepped on another nail further over...WISH I was kidding. Then, told him that my daughter and I would need another room. I went to front desk. They apologized and offered another room and free breakfast (which I had already paid for with my reservation). I pray that they fixed the carpet...and a/c.... before putting anyone else in that room, but I wouldn't bet on it!! Very disappointed in this hotel. It is just awful that you can't walk barefoot in a hotel room. Good thing I am up to date on my tetanus shot! I am not one to expect anything for nothing, but my room should have been free....and every time I step on my still sore heel, it ticks me off!!
The Wi-Fi and people at the desk were very friendly.
The room was very dark and musty smelling.
staff was very courteous. my room key didn't work and they followed me with a new one, when that didn't work they let me in and came back with a third key which did work, and a complementary drink coupon shuttle service in am also excellent
hotel property is dated. wallpaper in bathroom was badly patched, carpet worn and stained in hallway.
There was not a pool.
Libations restaurant was wonderful, food and staff was excellent. Looking forward to returning.
Room service was very good. Rooms were very quiet.
Coffee cream in the room was sour. Needed some type of grab bars in the bathroom.
Convenience to airport
We called for a pickup at the airport. After about 20-25 minutes, a car rental shuttle volunteered to give us a ride because our pickup had yet to show.
Everything. Our stay was nothing short of "fantastic".
Front desk are very helpful. Love that the hotel is totally no smoking.
This is a Radisson run by students. The service at the front desk was terrible. They charged me twice for the room and could not answer simple questions. When I called to confirm my reservation, they said they had no record of it. I would never book at this particular Radisson again. They double charged me for the room.
I liked that the staff was friendly and easy to engage. They made us feel as though we were the only visitors staying at the hotel. I have stayed at many hotels in Providence but the beds at the Radisson are the best!
I fully enjoyed my stay, there wasn't anything unpleasant.
We came for Johnson and Wales and was nice to be able to speak to the students.
I thought for a suite it was small. I've stayed in many hotels and this is how I compare.
The bed was broken but wasn't that big of a deal .just thought I should have gotten a discount for The trouble!!!!!!
Restaurant \ Bar\ Front desk staff was great
Food & location only good
Horrible service. Filthy. The hotel smells horrible. Air freshener in elevtor gave me asthma attack.
Convenient to the airport. Friendly, professional staff Great shuttle service
