new facility with comfort and nice staff selected primarily for the convenience of free shuttle to the airport and proximity to airport would not stay in the hotel if i would be visiting the city in itself due to absence of shops/restaurants and entertainment in the vicinity |

The location near San Francisco International Airport was a real plus. Also, free shuttle bus to and from airport worked well and ran on time. We were able to take our bags to our room ourselves without the need to tip a porter which is the requirement in many US hotels. |

Close to airport The hotel staff was uninformed. They did not recognize your booking. I had no reservation in their system. The hotel was clean but nothing was excellent. |

Bra standard. Nære flyplassen. Fin gratis transport til/fra flyplass hver halvtime. Burda ha gratis transport også til nærmeste togstasjon, da flyplass-togstasjonen var overpriset (dobbel pris på togbillett) i forhold til togstasjoner før og etter flyplassen. Bassenget (innendørs) var OK, men manglet omkledningsrom, og toalettet i tilknyttning til bassenget var nedslitt og utrivelig. |

C'est pas la première fois que Radisson ne respecte pas ses engagements par rapport au prix indiqué sur Booking. C'est 117 $ de plus qui m'ont été facturé et il a été nécessaire de palabrer pour faire respecter les engagements de l'hôtelier. |
