The location near the airport, the cleanliness

No frig im the room.

I liked the sleep number beds and the hotel was very close to the airport and the highways, which made getting around San Jose easier. The staff at the front desk were great, they have a shuttle to the airport and easy access to the pool for a quick dip.

I can't think of anything.

Decent, clean hotel.

There was some noise late around midnight initially due to an ongoing conference, but I called the hotel staff who took care of it.

we stayed there due to its proximity to the airport. shuttle service was courteous and prompt.

The bed's were nice

The bed was a sleep number which was nice. Room was clean and comfortable, and spacious. Bowling alley with diner and bar located right next door, which was convenient and fun!

Convenient transportation to and from airport. Good fitness facilities. Clean quiet rooms.

Restraunt was good service good

Bathroom too small, hot water weak, room was worn. I reserved 4 rooms and I git the first floor.

Clean & comfortable

Was not give the code for internet, and was charged 99.00 base where I was stated 84 & tax by booking.com. Too tired to argue with them.

Friendly staff, clean room and great service. Upon request, they were able to drop me at Doubletree Hilton daily where I attended an event for 4 days. Flexible on checking in early (if there was room available) and late checkout.

There was no fridge as described in Booking.com website.

Sleep park fly

Comfortable, clean rooms; adequate free parking; reasonable price.

We were on 5th floor, facing the street. Not sure where all the party noise was coming from in the wee hours--perhaps there a loud club downstairs or nearby? Otherwise, all was well.

Ample parking spaces, free wi-fi in rooms.

Not enough good channels on tv.

My experience was pleasant. The staff was very friendly and took the time to show me how to use the light rail (which is about 3 easy blocks from the hotel). The sleep number bed was interesting. It work about half the time.

When I booked the room, the description from booking.com said that there was a refrigerator in the room and there was not. I didn't follow up on whether I could get a room with a refrigerator because I arrived so late at night. Also, the toilet water ran all night.

住的房间意外的有一个公共露台，可以在露台上喝茶聊天，但是通向露台的门锁坏了，有点担心安全问题。

the staff was friendly enough.

not impressed at all by this hotel. i had to wait a long time for a ride to the hotel,the room was old and in need of much updating,cleaning and repair. it is not close to any activities and not in a very safe location if one is traveling alone; also very expensive for what you get.

They requested me to pay large charge (plus $70) more than the roomrate wich I reserved by booking.com.

Very close the San Jose Airport so convenient for travel.

I liked the location but not the staff.

The staff did not have my room ready then when they did they barged in trying to clean it. It really scared me.
