Location and staff were excellent.
Very spacious room and superb location
Late check in
Shockingly improve rooms! Really nice hotel and location
The location was amazing. It was in the middle of everything and walking distance to everywhere I planned to visit
The shower was way too small
Location is great 2 blocks from Michigan Ave. Lots of restaurants within walking distance. Staff is pleasant.
a/c did not work. hot at night. broken sofa bed. No breakfast in the morning.
* location * bar at the 18th floor
* I booked 5 nights as mistake instead of 4 - but they insist on the full payment of the last night! even the last night was 4 days far away....
very comfortable, spacious room. great location, attentive and pleasant staff
I stayed in 304 saturday and the room was so hot we couldnt sleep. The bed was uncomfortable and it smelled.the pillows and bed
Free of charge for the express delivery
It's good but no shuttle bus to the McMick Place
The room, the shower and the donuts in the lobby. The location was great, within walking distance of many places. The bed was very comfortable too.
Couldnt get wifi to work on my phone. It did work on the laptop though. Small elevators made for getting close to fellow riders whether you wanted to or not :)
The bar at the top
The donuts in the lobby and the Drumbar upstairs were fantastic.
Handicap room which we did not like or need
The heater fan blows constantly so if you can't sleep with a fan blowing - this isn't for you. On the upside, it drowns out the city noise.
The staff was very helpful
The staff is very welcoming courteous. After you get settled into your room they text you to see if you need anything. The rooms are very spacious and have all of the upscale conveniences that you would find in a luxury hotel.
I was there with my two daughters on a trip to shop for wedding clothes for one of their weddings. The location was excellent. We could walk to all the places we wanted to go to. Our room was a bit cool, so we called and someone came quickly to check it out. The windows had been left open at the top, slightly. He closed them and we were fine. Our room was comfortable and large.
The bathroom was a bit in need of redoing, but it was clean, so it worked for us.
Very good location
A little bit pricey
the restaurant next door
bathrooms small no counter space
Loved the 1 bedroom suite
Hated the elevator, could fit a maximum of 5 ppl. One elevator in a 18 story hotel
Loved the location, we parked and were able to walk to everything we did
Room temperature was set at 85 degrees when we first our room, we immediately turned off our heat, but could not get the room to cool down, called front desk and was told someone would come up to see what they could do and no one ever came, was not able to sleep well as it was too warm, next day someone finally came up and had to open the window to get room to cool down
This hotel is perfectly situated for all that Chicago has to offer. Just a block away from Michigan Avenue and The John Hancock Building, and close to restaurants, museums, and shopping. It's well-kept and upscale. Staff is friendly. Rooftop bar is classy.
