Staff was awesome and room was very comfortable.
Tiny elevators and easily plugged restroom
Location, Location, Location. The staff is very nice, polite, helpful and friendly.
The building is old and antequated. Elevators are outdated and totally overloaded. In the family suites the bathrooms are tiny and impractical, the washstands are minuscule. The windows are dirty and the views at the back side are not exciting.
Very close proximity to the Magnificent Mile. Room is clean. The cafe downstairs sell really good donuts.
The floor board underneath the carpet in the room creaks. Rooms are not sound proofed.
Friendly staff Spacious suite Close to attractions Excellent donut shop in lobby
Easy access to all public transportation. Bed was extremely comfortable.
We were assigned a corner room. It was very very small. Do not settle for this. The other rooms are much better.

Large comfortable room in a great location.
Location is great. Staff were helpful The restaurant is great.
Needs a serious reno. Concierge should be there on weekends.
Great location, clean rooms, excellent showers, and good value for money.
Only two small elevators, rooftop bar is pricey, and check-in is a bit late in the day (4 PM).
-Excellent Location -Large well equipped rooms excellent for our family with young children -Good value for money
Although the wifi was free, the wifi connection is horrible
The hotel is older and you can tell they simply painted the walls and added new furniture. I probably wouldnt stay there again but that doesn't mean it was a bad hotel. It's simply Okay.
