Staff was pleasant & very helpful
No restaurant for breakfast nor was breakfast included with room fee.
lobby area small not enough seating, front desk check in to small also
BATHROOM SINK BROKEN OUR KEY OPENED THE ROOM BELOW US TELEPHONE DID NOT WORK BLOOD ON THE CARPET.
I Loved everything about this place, location was excellent , the hotel is right on the Magnificent Mile, so all the designer shops and department stores are right there. Also in walking distance to the Holy Name Cathedral and the Looking Glass Theatre and Millennium Park. The room was spacious, simply but elegantly decorated and very comfortable. It was everything we needed , and having a bar fridge and a microwave oven in the room was an absolute plus ! Would recommend it to anyone wanting a quiet comfortable hotel in the heart of Chicago.
No breakfast at the restaurant.
Location and size of room and bsyth
Lighting in room and bath poor . best and air condition is loud motor noise for sleeping
The location was excellent for dining and shopping.
I didn't like the fact I could not stay for a longer visit.
I really liked this hotel. We looked for a twin room and seem to have been given an extra large one, it was so roomy. The kitchenette was great, especially the refridgerator and there's a table and 2 chairs also. We brought plastic bowls and crockery with us, so just bought what we needed (small shop across the road) and had our own healthy breakfast in the room (there are only doughnuts for sale downstairs). Fine size shower. Good location beside the John Hancock Tower and Macys, and it feels like a safe part of the city, I'd prefer it to the Millenium Park area. Very friendly, helpful staff.
Would have liked a kettle instead of a coffee-maker as I'm a tea-drinker, but I don't suppose any other Chicago hotel would have been any different. Would also have liked a second suitcase stand so we'd have one each, but no hotel seems to ever provide 2 of these. But nothing major to crib about, really nice hotel.
The location is great...close to transportation and attractions, yet far enough away for quiet. The concierge staff were knowledgable, friendly and helpful.
The hotel's check out process, while quick, has me concerned about their billing practices. Two days after check out and from a different state I am waiting for the billing to be finalized. Also, while the donuts were great, a better breakfast and lunch option would be nice (and healthier)!
Expensive but it was the weekend of the marathon.
My room was spacious, simply but elegantly decorated and very comfortable. It was everything I needed. I was out most of the day so it was good to have somewhere to comeback to and relax. Good to have a refrigerator and a microwave.
location, building, staff
elevators terribly slow
The suite was lovely and spacious
Coffee maker did not work and ice machine was broken on 10
Overall a good stay. The location is great! Beds were really comfy. Good value for money.
Wifi didn't work very well in our rooms.
Large room. Location.
Small bathroom. Lower level (<8) rooms to the back extremely noisy Bills in the MUG-bar not possible to charge to the room!
Location was excellent, staff very friendly
Lifts very small and slow depending on what u r on you could be waiting a while. Parking extremely expensive
the room was big and clean, and also very silent. free wifi that works good. i would certainly stay there again.
nothing to complain about.
Room excellent, loved the TV being on when we entered, felt welcoming. Great location for those overseas who have no car.
Young female receptionist could have been a bit more welcoming, attitude , everyone must be treated more welcoming and with a smile. We had travelled long and hard to get there but room made up for it. Young female consceirer wasn't interested or helpful when we were seeking directions to unfamilar territory to her.
Great location, friendly staff, very helpful doorman.
Lifts are 2 small & not enough of them, also the rooms are very dated, reception area is tiny, needs more facilities in the hotel.
location clean and new
Location is excellent. The bar is great.
Very Clean, Perfectly Located, Fun Rooftop Bar, Attentive Staff.
Great location! Modern décor!
Bathroom was dated and toilet wasn't working properly.
the location and staff are excellent
I think our toilet seat was loose or broken and the elevators are too slow and small.
Too pricy and too much noise during the day and night from the hotel stuff.
