great chicago location near shopping and the lake...area is very walkable room was so small, it had only one chair to sit on..i guess it should be called a one person room..with the two of us, it was awkward.. |

The style of the heritage ,but updated was very nice! The location was amazing. The dining/bar area was not open, that was not advertised when we booked. They are fixing it up, so it was closed. I am sure it will be nice when it is done. |

I loved the area, its close to the shopping area, restaurants, etc. everything is just so convenient. The room that was given to us was great value for money, we even had two plasma tv's. Will definitely stay in this hotel again. nothing at all, everything was perfect! |

The staff treated us wonderful from the minute the opened the cab door for us when we arrived. Beautiful new room, very handsome décor. Perfect location to shop the Chicago mag mile. Loved the VIP shopping passes. No all was perfect! |

The staff was very attentive and it was within walking distance of many of the sights we wanted to visit in Chicago. It had the world's smallest elevator! |

location,cleanliness,comfort no restaurant just morning breakfast but there are plenty of restaurants in the area. i especially loved the cheesecake factory which was just a few steps away. |

Su ubicación en la ciudad es magnífica No tiene salones en la recepción y lo que hay es pequeño e incomodo. No tiene cafetería.Para desayunar hay que salir del hotel. El desayuno opcional es de un restaurante adjunto, bueno pero caro. |

立地、設備、室内備品、部屋の快適さなど、満足しています かなり広い部屋なのに、シャワーしかなく、それもガラスドアが半分だったので、シャワーの水が洗面スペース- に飛び散りました。他が快適だっただけに残念でした。バスタブの有無を予約時に確認すべきだったと思います- 。せめてガラスドアになっていれば、もう少し楽だったのかも。 |

Me ha parecido un trato muy cordial, todo el personal muy amable, la habitacion muy comoda, muy bien ubicado dado que esta a dos cuadras del lago, a una de Michigan cerca de todas las tiendas, a metros del observatorio. Es un hotel reciclado con muy buen gusto. Tal vez la habitacion es un poco oscura con luz natural, pero no molesta. |

La atención del personal que ahí trabaja es excelente, quiero destacar principalmente la ayuda que nos suministraron Elizabeth, Jose, la sra. que atendió el salon de desayunos el día 08 diciembre, los porteros, el manager que se encontraba el día 9 cuando hicimos el check out, quien muy amablemente nos ubicó el servicio de transportación al aeropuerto (pido disculpas por no recordar sus nombres) Las habitaciones y en especial las suites que nos asignaron son muy confortables, las camas realmente comodas, pero los banos son bastante pequenos y no muy bien distribuidos para el nivel de las habitaciones, en realidad pienso que se podría mejorar su distribución... |
