I liked the location. Out of the craziness of the Strip, but easy access to the airport.
I stayed 2 nights. Both nights my sleep was interrupted continually by loud noises through the walls and thumping and squeaking and walking from the room above. Ice machine just outside the door was a problem. Very poor construction. I won't stay there again.
The staff was friendly and helpful. And the fact that I was traveling with my dog never seemed to bother them at all. The rooms were also very clean and comfortable!!!!!
The plastic wrap on the mattress, poor WiFi connection and the strong smoking smell throughout.
Everything was fine
continuance locality good beds and clean room food in the cafe
Close to airport for travel
The condition of the room, very friendly staff in each department and food was great too.
Nothing, I got what I paid for. It was worth 20.00. Shower.
The proximity to Lake Mead and Lake Mohave. The staff in the grill were very nice, the cleaning service people were very nice and work hard. The food was okay. All the staff were nice.
Bed was lumpy and uncomfortable, shower was substandard, and despite efforts the smell of cigarettes was EVERYWHERE, the air conditioning was hard to regulate and very outdated, there was no TV channel guide and I had to go downstairs to obtain one. It took a long time to get a complimentary drink, there is a need for a couple more wait staff on the floor of the Casino.
BUFFET HAD MANY CHOICES AT A REASONABLE PRICE. THE GUARD ALLOWED US TO SIT AROUND THE POOL UNTIL ALMOST 11 PM. THE WEATHER WAS PERFECT!
THE 3RD FLR DRINK MACHINE STOPPED WORKING AFTER ONE DOLLAR WAS ENTERED, IT WOULDN'T TAKE THE SECOND DOLLAR. I GOT A REFUND AT THE DESK, & USED THE MACHINE ON THE 2ND FLOOR.
Nice room pretty quiet.
Found a bath towel probably fron previous quest behind the bathroom door.
Courteous staff, great buffet. Clean rooms.
Maids constantly asking in the morning, are you checking out, are you checking out? Odor of cigarette smoke in the whole facility, even on the non-smoking floors.
food and big room
At first was put in a room with an extremely loud neighbor but as soon as I asked if I could have another quieter room , they accommodated me and I was moved to a nicer room and slept well. Casino staff very friendly also .
The room was comfortable and clean. The prime rib was excellent
Loction, front desk help
Waitress poor attitude, poor directions due to old sreet address
My husband has been at railroad pass several times, he really enjoys his stay there because it's not too crowded. It was my first time there, I didn't get too do much because I got sick.
The girl that answered the phone was rude. Her name was Natalie, I think that was her name. I got sick, because I ate chicken quesadilla. The bed was too hard, it was hard to sleep.
The restaurant staff was excellent and we enjoyed parusing the history of the hotel and the area depicted in the artwork on the walls there.
The location was easy to reach. The rooms were pleasant and clean. The food in the coffee shop could be upgraded.
For the lower price, you suffer the casino atmosphere.
The price couldn't be beat. It is close enough to the strip but far enough away that the strip was still a special destination.
For the mini suite we were expecting a love seat or couch like the picture showed but only a table and chair were in the room. It felt like a standard 2 queen bed room minus the second queen bed. The hallways also smell a little musty. All in all if I was watching my budget and didn't want to pay twice as much fir a room on the strip I would stay here again. If I had the extra money I would definately book a room on the strip.
We enjoyed our stay very much
Bed was super comfortable. Stayed in a mini suite and it was really nice. Will stay there again.
Very clean and spacious.
Bed was like sleeping on a hard hospital gurney.
Everytjing was great. Had a tough time getting a cab from Pecos.hotel helped out.
The wait for fhe cab:-D
