Great rooms, nice surroundings, friendly staff.
A little far from Yellowstone.
Very good Restaurant and friendly staff.this hotel is highly recommended.
During our 2-day stay, the running water in our room was not working. There were air pockets and water would stop half way during our use. We notify the management the afternoon of the day we checked in and it was not resolved until 4:00 of the following day. It was not the resort's fault that the water was running. What was an issue was that there was a lack of communication to the customer that this was happening and there were no further communication from their end as to the progress of the repair.
Hot tub, beautiful view by river, lodge feel, chocolate chip cookies in evening
Samuel at the desk was very rude when we told him about no ventilation in one of our rooms. Ended up having to sleep with back door open thus mosquito bites in morning and moths. Management never did follow through. Poor customer service. Also had to ask for 4 towels( there were four of us staying for 3 nights). Did not replace shampoos, or take out our dirty coffee cups.
Delivious food at the restaurant. More European like
No espresso coffee in bar. But anyway it exceeded our expectations. No complaints
Excellent breakfasts with fresh fruit and hot dishes. Good location for walking, fishing, horseback riding and far away from city feeling. Nice hot tub, superb view.
House keeping could have been slightly better, got the impression some staff still being worked in. Room was cleaned late on day and bed not made up. Had not realised that the restaurant was not going to be open in the evening during our stay. They did send an email asking us to reserve dinner but did not explain why (we simply assumed they would not be full in mid-June). Boardwalk to main building is not fully covered from some rooms. Fine in summer but during the winter means you need to wear coat, boots and hat.
Rainbow Ranch offers decent breakfast with various fresh fruits and delicious bakeries. We stayed at a double queens room, which was nearly a two queens' bedroom suite. The two beds were separated in two rooms. Though it was a bit close to the road at the end of the corridor, the view from our private balcony was quick nice. All the staff we met were helpful and cheerful.
The staff was genuinely nice, helpful and accommodating. The rooms were nice and clean and they did a turn down service nightly. The scenery was gorgeous!
No airflow.....needs a fan.
