Location in proximity to Muhlenberg College for graduation Crummy hotel compared to the Holiday Inn Express on Hamilton and the Best Western on Tilghman. Old looking and the pillows are disgusting, not sure what they are made of but how can one get a good night's sleep

Nice room with a propper size and clean. The price was also ok. The staff was nice. Pretty good for a highway side hotel. The breakfast don't have too many options.

It was comfortable enough. I specifically requested to be as far away from the freeway, which was ignored and we were located right by the hotel's laundry facility. Employees were coming and going through a door by our room and made a lot of noise!

The price was reasonable, and the room was clean and cozy. We didn't know when breakfast was served, and when I arrived I wanted to pay for the room in cash. When I made that attempt I was told I had to give them a $100 deposit. I gave the front desk my card to hold the $100 and then I was told if I paid with my card then a deposit wasn't necessary. There was nothing indicating I needed to put down a deposit. I never had this issu before when booking a room through booking.com

Location. Front desk staff was not pleasant. One staff member in particular was very loud when I entered as she was talking to another customer on the phone pretty rudely. I will never return because my 2 queen beds room were given away to someone else and I had to settle for a king size bed. I was happy to go to another more classier hotel called The Hilton Garden Hotel off of Airport Road. Excellent customer service was noticed at the Hilton right away from the checking in to the checking out.

Being at intersection of 2 major roads was helpful and it was close enough to get back on highways into Bethlehem for Lehigh graduation. Easy to get to and continental breakfast saved time in the morning. Beds and pillows were not that comfortable but for a 1 night stay it was ok - it served the purpose.

When I first arrived, I was told, (even though I had a reservation confirmation in my hand) that I had not reserved a room., That got me in a bad mood. I was told the reservation was for the 25th (that is the day I made the reservation, the confirmation I had was for the 28th,) Then I was told that they only had 1 room left on the smoking floor, we had to take it. The smell of the entire floor and the room were totally disgusting, (and I am not one of those cigarette smoke wimps, but it was bad). The attendant then at least called and honored our orignal price at least. So, I would suggest either Bookings . com, or Ramada get their game on.

Stort rum med bra badrum. Trevlig personal, en bra bar. Korridor utanför rum hade en konstig lukt, heltäckande matta som orsak.
