Outdated and very dirty room needed painting and updating. If my ride didn't leave I would not have stayed there.

I liked everything
I loved how great everyone was during our stay. The young lady at the front desk I believe her name is nashia or something like that was amazing

Difficult to get to, confusing dangerous traffic patterns, steep hill that would be impossible in winter.
I liked it was across from the mall.

There was holes punched in the walls. The curtains had tape holding them closed. The ceiling was falling down and stained. Room was dirty full of hair. We had to leave and drive around looking for another hotel.
Not a thing

We booked a non-smoking room, but ashtrays and odor exposed the first "fail." Our room change request was not accommodated. Hall carpets were dirty. The room carpet had still-damp banana ground in. While we cleaned up the banana, the floor produced a brown screw waiting to ambush bare feet. The TV remote was also found on the floor between bed and nightstand. The ice machine did not work; a trip to another wing for ice was necessary. The mattress sagged. The mattress cover dislodged during the night revealing gross stains. The coffee machine had a missing part, making it unusable. The check-out slip did not arrive in the morning. A trip to the front desk disclosed that they thought we planned to stay two more days; our booking confirmation shows one night only.
Leaving. Fortunately, the area has numerous other lodging options.

I traveled to PA to visit Dorney Park with my fiance and his daughter (7 years old). We were looking for a hotel close to Dorney and reasonably priced. We booked the Ramada and weren't too concerned with the amenities because we weren't planning on being at the hotel for too long. When we checked in and made our way to the room, the hallways gave us the creeps and our room was hidden towards the back. It felt like we were in the projects. The room smelled like smoke and was small and we were not pleased. We went back down to the front desk and the front desk staff member upgraded our room to a suite with a jacuzzi on the first floor. When we went into the room the first thing I noticed was how icky it felt and the old dirty carpet. I refused to walk without sandals on. The room was outdated and old and had stain marks on the ceilings. There was tissues and wrappers under the bathroom sink in the corner that was not cleaned prior to our arrival. We even found what seemed to be toe nail clippings next to the bed between the end table (that was the final straw for me). My fiances daughter was content with there being a jacuzzi but she's 7 so she doesn't really know any different. I've stayed at a Ramada in NY and it was the complete opposite from this experience. Now I know to pay a few extra dollars for a better rated hotel. Comfort, cleanliness and overall appearance are extremely important. Lastly, when we got home and unpacked our clothes smelled like smoke and we had to wash EVERYTHING.
- Close to Dorney Park (less than 10 minute drive). - Variety of food options nearby. - Right off the parkway. - Front desk staff were pleasant.

The staff had given away my non-smoking room and tried to put me in a smoking room. The room had wallpaper falling and the distinct order of stale cigarettes. A nice customer gave up her room to me.
I like the room, once I got in it.

Reception Staffs were great especially Mrs. Kathi who was a great receptionist and another 2 ladies there . both are following up all customer`s needs and solving any problem if there was.

The place is in need of a paint job. Getting to and from the hotel was a challenge. The "breakfast" was terrible. I won't be back there on future trips.
The room and beds were very nice.

Your book it was horrible !! we did not have a room for us when we got there. They had to call you an get the fax sent over. The rate was just ok! I would not really want to consider you for 1st choice

Bed quilt had stains. No easy accessible elevator for carrying bags or perhaps we didn't find it?
Cost was excellent compared to comparable hotels.

Location difficult to find. Back hallway door (next to our room) not secured - could not be locked. Offered to change our room but that did not take care of the security problem. Front desk was barely interested in our arrival. Overall not our best experience while traveling across country this fall. A refund might be nice.
