large room, slide in pool, outside door to our car as well as inside door to breakfast and pool, breakfast, in room & at desk there were pads/forms to communicate repairs needed. OBVIOUSLY they are trying hard to keep this hotel up to date.
Staff was very courteous and helpful. Quiet location.
Rooms are getting a bit older and showing wear.
Waterslide and value for cost were great. Breakfast was more abundant than I expected for the price. Service was great & friendly.
The location was not ideal for my curiosity about downtown bozeman. I like to walk everywhere, so I walked about two miles to the downtown area.
Price was good, beds very comfortable, nice staff
Heater very noisy...doors didn't seal, fan in bathroom very loud, not any choices of restaurants, breakfast poor selection
Beds were very comfortable.
Walls paper thin. Lots of noise in the hallways and in the parking lot.
Nice size rooms, clean, close to interstate & dining, nice staff
I should have asked for 2nd floor or higher. Noisy people above me
The staff was very friendly, the rooms were clean and we had plenty of space. Our kid enjoyed the pool and water slide too
Rates were not the same as when I booked them. But they did work. With me to get me close to my original rate that I got from booking.com
crowded breakfast area
Everything other than the dirty hallway carpets were good
The carpet in the hallways were disgustingly dirty. They needed to be replaced
Friendliness of the staff.
The rooms are lovely. The staff is very kind and helpful. The location is good if you are visiting Bozeman. The pool with the waterslide is awesome. They do have a little continental breakfast. It is fair but what they do have is fresh.
On the web, the Hotel is supposedly 50 Kilometers from Yellowstone. It is actually twice that and more. However, whichever entrance you choose to take to the park, the drive to get there is absolutely breath taking. So in the end, it really isnt a bad thing. It is important however to know how far the drive actually is for timing and if you have children. The lobby of the Hotel needs some change. It is very deceiving. When you walk in you feel like you have booked your family in a dive. When you get the rooms, they are surprisingly lovely. The internet service is excellent if needed and the rooms are very clean. The bathroom has a great sized vanity that is granite. I believe the rooms have all been updated recently. They just need to do something about the lobby. It is so dark and dismal.
Staff was very friendly and answered all my questions. I had forgotten my toothpaste and brush but they supplied my with one. The room was very spacious and very clean.
Only 1 ice machine in building. Hot tub is under the water slide which was a bit unnerving.
Clean! Friendly staff! Good location
Nice size room, clean and comfortable, breakfast was average.
Pool was too small for water slide need a better set up. Pool closed at 8pm on that night for cleaning, and as we were traveling through to see Yellowstone coming in from previous night in Utah we didn't check in till 6pm so kids had to swim before we ate just so they could cause we were headed back to Yellowstone and the Colorado.
helpful, friendly staff
although I had a confirmation, they had no record of my reservation, they were very helpful and luckily had a room with double beds even though it was a busy weekend in town. I chose the Ramada because of their water slide and wanting to spend time with my granddaughter - the pool was too small for the current and traffic pattern associated with the slide.
