Score from 35 reviews Very good
The first thing we noticed was the clock flashing. It was broken and you couldn't set it. The air conditioning was finicky. The coffee pot spewed out chunks when I tried to make tea. It was very disappointing.
I liked that they took the sixteen dollar movie off our bill for our troubles. The location was very close to family and was pretty quiet.
For the price I could have found something nicer.
Nothing stood out as exceptional. The breakfast options were good.
Breakfast was not the best. No pool for the kids to have some fun.
Only few miles away from Blvd mall and other eateries.
Breakfast could be better. It would be nice to have a cooler or small fridge in room.
Everything is good, except for things that I mentioned in "What didn't you like?" section
The beds seemed quite small to be queen size. The WiFi was slow at times. It would have been nice if there were eggs and meats at the breakfast buffet. Some of the equipment in the gym were broken.
Nice quiet location. Loved the fresh waffles at the breakfast buffet.
Bed was old and sagging in the middle and someone was already in our first room we were given
front desk service was beyond helpful. very courtous staff
Not ADA compliant, no electronic self opening doors; no handicap parking in rear parking area; wi-fi is so-so, slow upload speed; in an attempt to "go green" they no longer offer comp copies of Buffalo news or USA Today, you have to use your computer or ipad or use their business ctr to peruse your paper.(but its still listed in their Ramada binder that they offer comp copies; Ramada had offered a comp hot breakfast, no more you get the comp cereal; waffle; mini-danish, coffee, but it was still listed in the Ramada binder. Being wheel-chair bound I found this Ramada Inn to be a lot of hard work for me to get around, I most likely will not stay there again.
Cleanliness; comfortable beds.not much to cheer about.
Great place to stay. Would certainly recommend to a friend. Location is awesome.
Clean comfortable and relatively close to amenities
Little distance from niagara
Room cleaness, breakfast, staff
The walls were thin and we were awoken at 1:00 am by other hotel guest banging on our door to the adjoining room. The lock to adjoining room was broken and the toilet ran all night.
Room was clean and updated. The staff was friendly. The location was convenient, with highway access very nearby. Breakfast was available and complimentary, also a pay option if you wanted something else.
Location is weird there's nothing else around it. Walls are paper thin, we had to run the fan all night to not hear people talking in the next room. One bed had a huge dip In it
Nice breakfast, decent price, and clean
As nice or nicer than a hotel I stayed at in NYC for 2 1/2 times the cost!
Continental breakfast was meagre, and the plastic tableware was something I would expect from a Motel 6.
Room was very large and quiet (which surprised me since there were a large number of college students roaming the halls as we arrived - UB training camp?)
ONE PLY HARD TOILET PAPER. THAT TAKES AWAY FROM THE OVERALL SATISFACTION.
EVERYTHING BUT THE TOILET PAPER
I booked online and whe I got to the hotel the room and bathroom were dirty and wet. Beds where not made and inside they had an air extractor working to take out the wet. I booked an 2 queen bed room and they gave one with one King Bed and two rollaway beds which where very umcomforatble and innapropriate to me and my family. No excuses were given and there was no any empathy with my needs. Defitely a very poor service not oriented to client´s service.
Customer service was wonderful! Shuttle service Responsive and friendly staff
There were two weddings going in and a reunion. Out room was smack in the middle of party central. They moved our room the the floor below, still another party going in at 11pm in the halls and all the rooms around us. By 11:30 we were moved to the first floor at the end of the hall but had to get a till away bed for our daughter. We had to be up and out by 6:30 am the next day. I booked this room around February. Why would they book us in the middle of the parties?? The Decor of the rooms is stuck in the 80's with wall paper and colors. One of the pillows in out bed had a stain on the pillow case and was changed for us. Due to the large party sizes, we had to go out for breakfast as there wasn't much to eat and a small variety.
I did not like the fact that when 10:00 am came around and there were many families with small children still eating the breakfast was taken down. In my opinion that was disgraceful. It would not have been an issue to keep out what was already there just done add anything new.
The breakfast was great. I liked the selection of the foods.
the fact no pool,we had to pay extra for microwave and refrigerator when it is supplied by most other hotels,we were in a handicap room when no one in my family is handicapped, there were some things broke in the room but they did replace and or fixed them,we endined up not paying for microwave and refrigerator.
hotel was clean, staff was good.Breakfast was good.,
The first night, we became very sick from fumes of some sort. Similar to co2 exposure! Had to change rooms and slept with the windows open. The smell was prevelant thoughout the first floor. Not sure what it was. Faint, chemical type odor. No frig or microwave. Had to pay $10/day for a frig!
Two things: 1. The handle at the bathroom, to operate that thing?-, well, let me finish at that... 2. The breakfest, one thing missing-the eggs!!
I wish the fitness center was a little updated.
The staff was friendly, and the room was comfortable for a weekend stay. Breakfast was included. Restaurant was good at the hotel, but if u wanted to go out and eat was pretty close to other place to eat.
Elevator was not responsive .
The server in the restaurant was very accommodating and pleasant even we came near closing time.
