Room was neat, clean and comfortable. If you just shut yourself in it is a great deal.
Arrived at night, no lighted sign at entrance, no parking lot lights (looked abandoned). Bar/Grill, food shut down before 9PM. ONE ice machine in entire hotel. Staff was indifferent at best.
I liked how friendly rhe staff was. I also lived the breakfast
The conference area and eating areas were nice and appeared recently renovated. Very close to worlds of fun.
The location is horrible . It was in the muddle of a industrial area by thr train tracks. Very scary area . Not very welcoming . There was always a foul smell out side . The rooms were semi run down . With things such as stuff coming off the ceilings and stains in the carpet .
Clean room, hot water
Television did not work and no maintenance to exchange it.
The breakfast was about the only decent thing about this hotel. There was an ok pool, however no shallow end for little kids. There was a bar/restaurant but it was never open, wasn't open when they told me it would be.
The elevators were disgusting, missing ceiling tiles and the rest were ALL broken! There was one ice machine in the entire building and it was on the 6th floor. Website said free wi-fi and ipod dock in the rooms, we had neither! We were on the fifth floor and the hallways were not air conditioned, incredibly hot! Other corridors were air conditioned. The a.c. in the room was VERY loud! There was something spilled on one of the walls that was never cleaned. The ceiling area by the window was pealing off and bubbled up. The base trim was coming off. Which leads me to believe the windows leak and they pay no attention to it and therefore could have mold. There were broken ceramic tiles on our bathroom floor. The first three nights we were there, we had no liner in the shower only a curtain. The cable service was horrible, only like 5 channels came in. We left a night early and on that night there was a creepy person on a bike sitting outside the front hotel doors BADGERING people for money. The "riverside" aspect is more like a ditch full of water, nothing like the view advertised. This was not anywhere near worth the almost $90 a night that we paid, i have stayed in $40-$50 per night motels that were 100 times better than this place. Worst Ramada I have EVER stayed in!
when we checked in and went to our room the room was not made up ,beds not made towels all over the bathroom floor, had no other rooms this was around 12 midnight, so she refunded our money and left. drove 3hours to get home at 3am.
The rate on this hotel was well worth it! The breakfast was good, not exceptional but good. The location is within an industrial area however close to 2 city Casinos. The room was sufficient for the price.
The location is next to a lake that smelled like sewer. The rooms had a stench upon entering every time. The pool was green, not sure if the pumps worked. Just did not look like a healthy swimming pool. Stayed 3 days and only saw 3 people in it. I think everyone else had the same idea. Bathrooms were very small. Door in the way of toilet seat.
The room we stayed in the table was broken, the light fittings were broken in the bathroom and nasty stains on the furniture. Overall rooms were poorly maintained.
Loved the room and the beds
My son found markers and trash under one bed. The breakfast was small.
I thought it was a beautiful hotel, despite all of the negative experience I had.
Where to begin? The receptionist had a poor attitide...didnt want to do anything to be accommodating, it was almost a hassle or inconvenient for her to help us. The rooms air didnt work...restaurant food was fross and they were out of a lot food. The girls in the restaurant were kind. We finally dwn graded to a room that had air. But it smelled and was dirty wit cob webs and crickets under the vanity in bathroom.
I loved the grill. The food was amazing. The staff was very nice. It was pretty clean and smelled good.
The bar and grill was small, tables were tiny, ventilation in the grill was awful, beds were not comfy, our room ac didn't work, blinds were broke, and location wasn't super... The grill and bar filled up with smoke after cooking our burgers. Our eyes were burning horribly and it was hard to breath.
The room was spacious with two queen beds. The free breakfast wasn't bad, the biscuits were ice cold though.
The hotel was hosting a Comic Con-type convention and our door was knocked on throughout all hours of the night, waking up our baby. Last night, they only provided a buffett type dinner which did not appeal to us. The bathroom was small and we weren't sure why there was a dark mirror in out room. They do swipe and put a hold on your card, even if you pay in cash, which booking says they don't.
The breakfast The pool
Room keys didn't really work. Elevator didn't really work. Had to pay to use the dryer. Most of the staff was not very pleasant.
The staff was the only part of our short stay that was accommodating. The let us get out of our 2 nite commitment.
Out dated, small, hot, old, I was afraid to stay there.
Staff members were nice
very dirty rooms. dirty and old elevators. building needs updating.
The pictures didn't depict reality.
quiet industrial park neighborhood Bed comfortable
no wi-fi as promised bathroom seems to be missing some of its counter space breakfast area floor dirty; wallpaper peeling. Needs a good upgrade.
The place was ran down and nasty. It smelled like mold, it was dirty, and it felt like we were in a cheap motel.
Staff was friendly in all fairness
Hotel was overpriced for the conditions. Pool was dirty, and a lot of foundation cracks were observed. The Condition of the lobby, lounge rooms were furnished with old tables and chairs that seemed worn. The pictures of the rooms were also misleading. Will not go there again. Way overpriced for what you get.
the bed was comfortable
the breakfast was out of everything including coffee
the pool and service
The breakfast was good and staff was nice!
Shower broke and no one showed up to fix it! Never got to shower/bathe and never offered another room with a working shower. The manager did discount the room for one night due to this problem which was nice. But still, no shower!
Close to world's of fun and zoo. Cool indoor outdoor pool
Ac didn't work the best. TV was small. I had made reservations and a friend was traveling and meeting me there my name was on the reservations, my friend got there first and they let her in the room with no proof she knew me she just had my name. That upset me. Not that they let her in because I wouldn't want her to sit outside but with no proof she knew me.
Front desk is not professional
Bathroom was horrible door stuck my wife got locked in for 25 minutes until I got back to let her out no fan in bathroom toilet barley worked very small
