The beds where soft and comfy
The layout of motel was poor the staff had bad attitudes rooms wasn't clean went in to room with used rags and towels. Bed not made properly it smelled of marijuana and cigarettes and prostitutes hang out side of the place and in hallways
The hotel shares a wall with another hotel, so if you miss the sign, you go all around the property. The hotel is under construction, there is an atrium that is abandoned and hot due to the air being turned off for construction. The trek to my room was long and confusing and the hallway was taped in, giving it a haunted, deserted feel. I booked for two nights, but left early because it was so bad.
HOTEL WAS GOOD LOCATION TO PANTHER STUDIUM
THE AIR CONDITIONER IN ROOM MADE TO MUCH NOISE WHEN RUNNING
Had to change rooms due to cigarette smoke. Under construction.
The stay was unpleasant due to the renovation being done. The room that was assigned had an unpleasant smell, the blanket was full of holes, and the coffee pot was already used and dirty. The bathroom was better than the room except for there being no hot water
The room spelled like mold, and we immediately requested a refund. The manager never once apologized or asked why we wanted a refund. I understand that remodeling was going on but the management should care more about their guest. An apology or slight concern would have changed my mood greatly.
Under construction Bad water damage in room we stayed in Bad customer service
Location and convenience
I checked in at Ramada desk, but was directed through a hallway to a Clarion. Gentleman's Club a few steps away.
Space, cleanliness, complete with kitchen.
The pool and fitness center wasn't open. We had to go to clarion for use if these things . The room was miles away.
The room only!
Your website allowed me to select a check in time of 1400hrs, even though the hotel doesn't permit check in until 1800hrs
It smelled damp and dank, it was understaffed, it just looked totally beat up.
The room was quiet and the bed was comfortable.
The facility is in need of upgrading. The photo of the foyer/registration area on the Booking.com site must be from many, many years ago. There is no food service (or customer service!) to speak of even though there is a dinning room/lounge. The bartender was also the waiter and server and very slllooooooowwww; so I left to find dinner elseware! At breakfast, I was informed that more than half of the items on the menu were unavailable.
Website never said hotel was having renovations done. Lobby and pretty much entire hotel smelled musty. Requested a non smoking room and was giving a smoking room. 1st room none of the lights worked. 2nd room the water worked. 3rd room had a giant dead rich in the room but since it was 11 at night I just accepted the room. Was told by the night manager that the room would be comped but in the morning the desk person told me since I paid on booking.com they couldn't refund me and if I had a problem to take up with the manger who was not on site. Worst hotel experience EVER!!!!!
Dingy and dark. This place looks like its on it's last legs.
The reception office,
Transportation I wait for than one hour the transportation. I had time to see all shuttle hôtels around defiling And had to call twice the hotel to know whats happening
Construction. Did not look as nice as the picture. Had to change rooms because at check in after two additional key tries We had to change rooms.
Nothing was good
I really wish hotels would just say they are doing renovations. Instead, my wife and I had to hike a half mile on the first floor just to find the elevator to the 2nd floor. Then another half mile to reach the room! Then we missed breakfast beause nobody knew the correct breakfast time.(except of course the one guy in charge at home) So then we try to take a shower only to find we have no water pressure. So we have to pack and move to another room just so we can take a shower! The pool was O.K. except for the mile walk because of closed off hallways. Then comes the inevitable check-out. When I tell the onsight manager of our horrific visit, he just stared and thanked us for staying. This guy just stood looking at my wife and I as if he was a caveman just thawed from ice! I mean there were a row of discarded toilets from the renovated rooms outside my room! I mean at least cover them up! If that's what Ramada thinks of my patronage and there appearance, the next time we'll go where we don't have to work harder while on vacation!
The room was nice, and it was clean.
It was a little confusing, because the Ramada is in the same building as the Clarion. We had a little trouble finding where we needed to be. The Clarion staff was more helpful to us and friendlier than the Ramada staff, and we weren't even staying in their hotel.
Very comfortable room quiet.location was just what we needed. Good value as well.
The room was filthy and we were very uncomfortable bringing our children there. We did not get there until after 7 pm after being on the road for 14 hours and we were not able to shower because the bathroom was disgusting!! Ruined the beginning of our vacation and will never stay at ramada again!! I want my money back!!
The room was fine for the price we paid. Our reservation was not right but a rollaway was brought to our room right away upon request.
The hotel was hot. The large atrium and hallways were not air conditioned. Our room was not cleaned on day two when we returned at 4:15 P.M. and we had to call about that. The folks at the front desk (especially Thursday morning when we checked out) were less than pleasant. They were not rude but not good agents. The morning desk person was quite dismissive of us when asking questions.
