The food in the attached club was great. Most of the staff was very pleasant and tried to make it a good stay. It seems there is NO matenaince, only repairs of what is broken not prevention of it breaking. The hot tub was not working the entire 8 days I was there, with the typical answer of it will be working tomorrow. The rooms were really run down, the 6 channels we got in the room were so hard to watch because of the reception. The bed was more like a padded floor. This was a briliant place in it's time, I'm sorry to say someone has let that time pass.

Tired hotel in desperate need of a good clean, and extensive update. Tired looking, very bleak and poor staff. Distinct lack of courtesy.

There are things to do for little kids. Your little kids are not locked up in hotel room. The services are not the greatest...You know all the little things that make you comfortable.

Shuttle van took us to dfw and I was able to leave my vehicle at the hotel for a small fee. The staff was texting and talking while conducting transactions. The young lady forgot to give me my credit card back. After flying out early in the morning, went the weekend out of town without credit card.

Junior Suite was very enjoyable and worth the $ with large, comfy bed (tho beware sheets don't fit properly). Problem with ac was resolved quickly after first night. Easy access to public transportation. Housekeeping are only friendly employees there so don't expect much! I recommend this hotel only for tremendously reduced prices by comparison to all neighboring hotels. Otherwise, if service & professionalism are something you expect, look elsewhere for certain! I am still shocked by actions of the gm and front desk staff! They are not personable nor professional (save Tosha). Was locked out of room while walking dog before showering & checking out. Gm held my possessions hostage by refusing me a working key to my room on final day of my 2.5wk stay; all b/c night manager failed to charge n/r $50 pet deposit upon check-in! Despite no mandatory pet fee on Booking.com, they do charge so be warned! Refused to pay for their mistake. Housekeeping, maintenance + 24/7 cameras saw my dog daily but nothing said until before checkout. 30Min argument ensued & I was not allowed back into room to retrieve bags until I said I need my medications or call paramedics within the hour!!! *Deplorable service*

Unique design, my room had a patio that overlooked the interior atrium/hotel lobby. All of my needs were met by the staff on request. I had read some very negative reviews online but went ahead & moved there anyway (had spent my 1st night in Irving at Studio 6 : ( omg . ) No, it's not the Hilton but if you want the Hilton and can afford it, go there. This place is clearly struggling with upkeep due to our economic times but it is a fine place to stay on a limited budget. Be wary of some of the local characters that hang about, they are by far the most negative feature of this place. The staff could have been friendlier, more accomodating and the smell of chlorine in the lobby from the hot tub there is really strong but it is what it is. Again, if you want a 4 star hotel, pick one and pay for it. This isn't one of them.

Pleased to have clean room, comfortable bed and no problems with hotel accepting my small dog. Mitch, a night auditor on the first night I booked into the hotel was quite unfriendly and nearly caused me to cancel my booking and stay elswhere! The television and a few other amenities are extremely old, so don't expect luxury. Comfort, Yes, Luxurious, No.

They accepted my 10lb Maltese-Yorkie hybrid without charging extra or making me post an additional deposit. Room service was great with my pet while I was at work. The hotel is quiet at night and the bed was comfortable. Occassionally there were undesirable types loitering after dark, although the building is secured by guest key after dark. They do not properly advertise with Booking.com or others that they charge $100 additional deposit (regardless of age) for 7 nights or longer bookings!!! Beware. Additionally, despite breakfast being included, I have had none for a week due to "roof leak" & hotel made no alternate accomodations whatsoever! Not good customer service. Mitch @ night is rude & not helpful.

No likes!!! It was awful!!! I didnt like anything about this place. Booking.com should remove this place from their list of hotels. The place was awful, staff rude, so vwhat was busy, learn how to work under pressure. I stayed on the 3rd floor, the halls smelled like skunk urine. The towels were dingy, and didnt look clean. I would not recommend to my worst enemy

The best part obout our stay was the pool and location.. The hotel was under construction which meant it was loud from 8-5. Cleanliness was poor. Our room had ants and the last day we were there we found a cockroach. We informed the front desk and all they said was ok. The location was good..

It was close to the airport and the price was good. It was very unattractive. The ceiling on the 4th floor look like it was about to fall. It seemed very low class. The lights in the bathroom were on the verge of going out (flickering). The overall look of the room seemed dirty.

Proximity to airport. Free shuttle back to airport. Friendly driver. Smell of chlorine and mold as you walk in. Cigarette smoke smell in hallways. Inexperienced person who answered the phone. How difficult it was to find an address or phone number for the hotel, which I requested at time of booking.

I was able to make a reservation at the last minute at a very reasonable price. I liked the location because we were just staying overnight at the airport and had an early flight out in the morning. The shuttle picked us up promptly at the airport and was available to take back to the airport very early in the morning. The hotel and our room was surprisingly nice for such a reasonable price. The hotel staff was efficient and friendly. No complaints at all.
