    The location

    Customer service - staff were rude, impolite and unhelpful Hotel was very filthy - the corridor to the rooms stinks, carpet very filthy, room cleaned once a week Bathroom very filty and stinks Hotel appears to be catering for homeless families who were very noisy most of the time with children running about in the corridors till very late at night There was an infringement of our quiete enjoyment as the rooms were being checked ever so often with very litle notice Overall the worse hotel i have ever lived in.

    The room smelled disgusting. I had to lose my payment (no refunds) because we don't tolerate stay one more night there. It is such a dirty place that does not let you sleep.

    1. I waited more than one (1) hour for the hotel shuttle and finally I had to take a taxi and paid $27 (one way). 2. No friendly staff 3. The room stank 4. The bedding was dirty like towels. 5. Pubic hair on towels 6. Only hot water (boiling) on ​​sink, there was a leaking in the cold water line that was notified, however they never repaired the problem. 7. Big roaches were our room mates

    Very poor management response to problems... Especially bad is manager Rose Martinez and Emily. Probably will NOT stay here again b/c of attitude toward guests of these two people.

    The location was reasonable .

    I got charged twice for my room and after calling many times for a refund I still haven't my money.

    Location is excellent - very close to the airport

    It is NOT clean at all. Remote control for TV was sticky and dirty

    I didn't like anything at all!

    Everything was not up to par had kids Laying in the hall way coloring and tuning in and out of the rooms and you could hear the kids outside in the hall. I also didn't like tht on the website it said I could check in early and when I got there they said I couldn't check in until three. I also had a queen bed but when I got there they gave me a full bed and gave my room away! An it was the same price for the queen room!!

    Indoor pool and jacuzzi.

    Everything else. Very dirty, they took all of the linens and towels from my room, including the toilet paper. I felt like a victim of "bait and switch." Do not stay at this hotel.

    What you pay online is not what they charge you when you get there. If you have to stay there for 7 days or longer they put you in a poor excuse for a extended stay room. House keeping comes once a week per floor so if someone checked out of the room you're assigned to after house keeping day they DO NOT clean the room for the next guest. The room I was placed in was disgusting the carpet was saturated in cat pee the sheets were dirty there was blood on the shower curtain plumbing sucked it was bug infested. What you pay for is not what you receive. I paid to have a mini frige and microwave in my room they gave me a room without. I literally had to complain for two day before they brought them to me and told me if I want to use them I have to unplug the lights in the room. The power plugs were limited because more than half did not work and the ones that did work most of the light blubs were blown out. When I requested to have them replace hotel staff told me to go buy some. Bottom line DFW Hotel was a bug infested poorly staffed health hazard hotel and the city should fine them for violating health codes... Payment is non-refundable

    I liked my room. It was spacious and pretty comfortable.

    Checkout is to long. I had to wait for someone to inspect my room to get my $100 deposit back.

    We could not stay because of the uncleaniness of the facility. We tried several different rooms but the overall facilities were smelly, unclean and unsafe for our 7 year grandson. We left to find safer and cleaner hotel.

    This is a tourist trap! Never in my life I experienced this: You have to bring your own bed linens and towels. This information I only got in the confirmation email of booking.com. I tried to cancel it via booking.com but the hotel refused and they charged my creditcard at the very same day of booking. When I arrived I had to sign each of the dozens of „rules, policies and procedures“ on 8 pages. There you have to give up all your rights of a customer, all against you and in favor for the hotel, and they have fines and fees for everything and charge your creditcard and your $100 cash deposit like they want. They list all the prices of soap, toilet paper, shampoo etc. ($1 each), bed sheets use $10 etc. First they send you in a room which is regularly equipped like a usual hotel room, probably to charge for every single item you use, so that they can keep the $100 deposit. I used my own stuff and the bed linen that I bought before check-in. After some days they removed everything, even the toilet paper and the cigarette-burn-perforated blanket. You are treated like a criminal there indeed. There was not a single smile to be seen from any employee (although at all entrances was a sign „smile – you are video filmed“. When I wanted to check in the receptionist at the entrance hall sent me over to a shabby hided room because I was not a „normal“ one night guest. No friendly welcome there. They clearly show you: If you don´t want to stay here then leave it, we already have your money. Constantly there were several police cars patroling and checking people. Sometimes you could see the hotel security boys dressed in black. Really frightening, believe me I was happy when the week was over in this creepy tourist trap. In such a situation you don´t care that the WIFI in the room is not working. I am wondering why companies like booking.com or priceline have contracts with such a type of hotel.

    The location

    I made a prior reservation thru booking.com and when I got there they told me there were no rooms available the entire hotel is filthy the room was dirty( had to wait for 2 plus hours for the room to be cleaned(travelling for 6 hours) the smell thruout the hotel is disgusting.the pool was very dirty along with the hot tub ( that it was they called it) I would call it warm non-functioning pool of water. The door entrance to the hotel clearly state a passkey card is needed for entry I walked IN&OUT all the time I was there without a card although I had it with me. I did notice many people walk in and out of the hotel ( not sure if they lived there or not) I could go on for along time but I am sure you get the idea. I dont think there is rating I could give this hotel maybe a minus10 oh!!! Yes one more thing staff is very disintersted in the customers and the job they are supposed to be doing I would love for someone from the company that owns that place go there as guest(ie: undercover boss) and see what goes on first hand I am sure there would changes made. Hope someone reads this and sees what I am talking about will never ever look to stay there again "I would ask for a refund but since it was non-refundable I suppose that is out of the question??
