Breakfast Parking facility The gym
Elevator was not so clean Air conditioning a bit noisy Bullet proof window at reception is a bit scary
Room was clean. Staff was polite. Parking was free.
I could hear every sound in the hall and in the adjoining room.
What I like is I'm from NJ so I am used to the location
When I checked in one of the front desk staff was rude they need to follow & check online reservation when I requested for a smoking room they didn't have it. don't like when they don't speak English at least wait til the customer leaves the desk
Sleep was ok. Location is good cuz its quite local to whr I needed to b.
Facility is dated. Guess it was as clean as it cud b which wasn't very clean
The room was large and had a nice décor.
It had no shower curtain. It was suppose to be a non-smoking room but entire floor and room smelled smoky.
The Area. The Smell. The Price. The Terrifying Elevator. Just Awful.
Breakfast was very good for the price of staying there. Room entertainment was excellent with sharp 43inch tv and multiple stations.
d pickup from the newark liberty airport wasnt time wasting n the room i lodged in was so neat more than my expectation. the breakfast menu was so cool lol.
The remodel was nice.
Hotel shuttle took an hour. Wasn't really a shuttle more like personal minivan. Lobby restrooms broken entire time of stay. I seriously doubt elevators passed any inspection. Furniture broken. No meat at breakfast. Not close to any food places.
See the above nighbourhood and the fact that no shuttle
The room was ok
The staff lack the knowledge of how to treat the guest........ The appliances was noisy
i like everything it just it just need to be a little cheaper or have deals sometimes
A little pricey for the service we received, woke up and the ceiling was leaking terribly.
From the management to the sorry employees...
Room was clean, staff was friendly. Good water pressure.
When I called for a shuttle back from Newark Airport I was informed that I would need to wait 3 hours for a ride. I ended up taking a cab for $35.00.
The smell all over the place. Kids playing for several days. Rude attitude from the stuff. Don't go there.
The breakfast was good. And good location to catch the train.
The old carpet in the room. It was dirty and a smell to it. Wouldn't stay there again.
Front of house staff very friendly and helpful. Rooms were very tired and old but clean and comfortable enough.
Don't go out after dark. Hotel is in a poor state of repair. Hotel doesn't have a complimentary telephone # at Newark Airport P4, so those without a US cell phone will have to make an expensive call themselves to summon the shuttle. Shuttle took 25 minutes to arrive. A $95 pre booking became $107 on payment.
The staff they are excellent the location perfect
yes the whole block needs a good make over up to the city.
Room was average, if a little cramped.
Being picked up at the airport, the shuttle instructions were not clear. We were yelled at by the driver for not being in the right spot and he said he was about to leave us. He then drove like a maniac, nearly caused and accident and had an altercation with a pedestrian. The hotel itself was in a terrible area of town. The common areas were filthy, especially the breakfast area were gross. I wouldn't recommend.
The room and air conditioner were dirty
-The bulletproof glass at the fron desk -The crackhead that looked at me weird -Everything else
It was great stay.
Besides a drunk stranger banging on my door one night which I reported, everything else was fine.
