See the above nighbourhood and the fact that no shuttle
The room was ok
The staff lack the knowledge of how to treat the guest........ The appliances was noisy
i like everything it just it just need to be a little cheaper or have deals sometimes
A little pricey for the service we received, woke up and the ceiling was leaking terribly.
From the management to the sorry employees...
Room was clean, staff was friendly. Good water pressure.
When I called for a shuttle back from Newark Airport I was informed that I would need to wait 3 hours for a ride. I ended up taking a cab for $35.00.
The smell all over the place. Kids playing for several days. Rude attitude from the stuff. Don't go there.
The breakfast was good. And good location to catch the train.
The old carpet in the room. It was dirty and a smell to it. Wouldn't stay there again.
Front of house staff very friendly and helpful. Rooms were very tired and old but clean and comfortable enough.
Don't go out after dark. Hotel is in a poor state of repair. Hotel doesn't have a complimentary telephone # at Newark Airport P4, so those without a US cell phone will have to make an expensive call themselves to summon the shuttle. Shuttle took 25 minutes to arrive. A $95 pre booking became $107 on payment.
The staff they are excellent the location perfect
yes the whole block needs a good make over up to the city.
Room was average, if a little cramped.
Being picked up at the airport, the shuttle instructions were not clear. We were yelled at by the driver for not being in the right spot and he said he was about to leave us. He then drove like a maniac, nearly caused and accident and had an altercation with a pedestrian. The hotel itself was in a terrible area of town. The common areas were filthy, especially the breakfast area were gross. I wouldn't recommend.
The room and air conditioner were dirty
-The bulletproof glass at the fron desk -The crackhead that looked at me weird -Everything else
It was great stay.
Besides a drunk stranger banging on my door one night which I reported, everything else was fine.
The Breakfast was ok it just lacked meats
The rooms smelled only ine elevator worked which is a fire hazzard which the cleaning staff, and consumers used
Decently clean. Helpful receptionist.
The location of the hotel. The noise in the hallways. Breakfast really bad, expired products.
hallways smell pretty bad ,lost of people drunk and loud for family hotel
Nice firm beds.
Getting bit in the bed by a bug!! After doing research it may have been a bed bug. The pictures on the internet were far enhanced than in person. Definitely not what I expected.
The room smelled stored & the elevator was very small. I had to use the stairs & the dinning/breakfast area was not accommodating for all the guest staying at the hotel. I'm very unsatisfied with my entire stay.
elevator was ridiculously slow. safety is of concern. Breakfast provision did not give adequate choices. some furnitures in the room need to be changed.
The bed was comfortable. The shower was hot with good pressure.
Too many to list. I wouldn't stay here again or recommend anyone to stay here.
Was near Newark airport!!
Rough area, decor was old, noisy room next door.
Way too noisy!
Room was spacious. Bathroom was nice. Also enjoyed the TV channel selection.
No empty sockets for plugging computers, etc. I had to disable one table lamp. Micorwave wasn't easy to use as there were no clear instructions. Elevator and hallway smelled of cigarette or tobacco smoke. The shuttle from the airport was obviously makeshift. Inside looked like a mechanic's mobile workshop. The highpoint for me in a very bad way was being harassed by one smallish old man because I had yet to pay for the second day's stay. He shouted at me to leave the room and the hotel. Also mentioned my country in a derogatory way. In the end, after much argument, he realised it was his mistake that he didn't understand what I'd been trying to say since he began hounding me-I was going to pay for one more day. And that I wasn't trying to steal a late check out. Of course, he didn't apologise when he realised this. Plus, there was no receipt for any of the payments made. Booking.com classified it as 3stars. It's not. If you're feeling very generous, 2stars would do.
