Rooms untidy, poorrly maintained, Smelly rooms. Very sub standard facility. Disgrace for Ramada name
Breakfast is sort of sparse. Attached nightclub is still closed.
The staff is very friendly and helpful with advice for local dinners, etc. Also the maids are very friendly and seem to enjoy their job. Carina, the manager, seems to go above and beyond what I have seen other managers do. I would not hesitate to ask her to help in any way.
Charged too much for small dog, $25.
location, service, breakfest,
first room had broken fridge, second had door handle that didn't work right. Rug wasn't clean. Not what I usually expect from a ramada.
very close to the highway.
outside door didnt close all the way drafty in room. toiley kept running. hair in the tub and when we turned on water a bug came out. horrible experience i dont think ill be going to a ramada anytime soon
The bath room was to small. The lighting over the vanity was poor. There were two other mirrors in the room but no lighting to see what you wanted to do. The pillows were terrible. Use regular pillows. Not enough electrical outlet access. Very poor breakfast bar. The equipment did not function correctly. I wanted something to drink later at night and there was no diet or caffeine free available. There was hardly no one there and we were put way in the back of the hotel lot.
The room was clean and comfortable. The hotel was convienient to where we were going. The help was very helpful and pleasant to deal with.
The exhaust fan in the bathroom was obnoxiously loud. Breakfast wasn't that great.
It was a cheap place to stay for a night during a long road trip.
Other than the man area, the rooms are out of date, the plumbing desires attention. Once the rooms are brought up to a better standard, they will be better.
Was only there a few hours, so nothing negative to state in detail.
The room was very damp; the bed linens felt slightly wet. The room smelled like mold. I could barely find it because it sits behind other buildings.
Door lock problem
The room had an overwhelming musty smell when we first walked in, then I think we just got used to it. My son's bedspread had some sort of stain on it. To top it all off, we did have a cockroach friend visit us, but thankfully we had the cat and she took care of it for us. Yuck! Thank goodness we only had to stay one night!!
I like the proximity to the highway and all the dinner places that were around. The WiFi worked great and breakfast was enough to get you going in the morning. It definitely barely makes the minimum standard for a one-night stay.
They don't have a hot breakfast... but hey... they at least have free breakfast.
The rooms were a little outdated but nice overall. They were clean. The pull is a good size too... not too huge.. but not tiny.
Wish I had paid more to sleep for a few hours at the Hampton Inn! The room smelled, the walkways were dirty, peeling paint, and there was a grill outside the room next to ours indicating that someone lived there! We rolled in late and some dude (with his shirt on inside out and backwards, holding his pants up) came up to us when we were getting our kids out of the car and asked us if we could spare a cup of bleach! Ugh!!!
Location...right off 95
Breakfast was a glorified continental... For the same price all around this motel has breakfast buffet motel 6 has the same thing 20 $ cheaper
I expected a Ramada property to be a bit more upscale, that's why I chose a slightly higher rate expecting a better product. It looked like any room I could have paid $10-$20 less for. Like any hotel off the highway. It also felt slightly insecure to me. I would not want to stay there more than one night and definitely not by myself. Breakfast was awful. Even the coffee was bad.....I will not be going back.
Proximity to the highway
Breakfast, really needs to be improved!
Everything! Is there an adjective worse than a dump? If there is, this place is it! 1. The price initially quoted by Booking.com was false! The price at the beginning of the booking process was $45.00 per night. The receipt that was printed out was for $67.50 per night and I had not asked for any extras! I thought that it was a mistake that would be rectified by the hotel, it was not! The manager claimed that the room rate I was quoted was for a "former Ramada located on the other side of town and they have been switching their bookings to us." I was stuck paying that price because I did not have the time at 5am to find another hotel and my credit card was already charged. 2. My credit card was charged as a no show prior to our arrival although we had not cancelled and had a late arrival time. They didn't bother to try the contact number given when I made the booking. 3. The first room we were placed in, which was the room we supposedly reserved, had been used and not cleaned! 4. The second room was not well cleaned. The carpet was filthy, you had to keep shoes on. The cellophane enclosed paper cups located by the coffee maker and ice bucket where stained with a brown substance that had passed through the cellophane to the cups. There was a large dead, unrecognizable bug in the corner of the bathroom. There was a box of tissues with 4 tissues in it. 4. The "breakfast" was bare bones Continental. Cold toaster waffles, bagels, boiled eggs, cereal and yogurt. 5. This place is the worst Ramada that I've ever stayed in!!!
Nothing at all!
1. My room smelled like smoke (non-smoking room). 2. My sheets were dirty! 3. The coffee pot was dirty and the plastic on the cups were open. 4. No Flat Screen TV! 5. NO Wi-Fi 6. The manager (male) burst into my room at 1:00 in the morning saying I was not registered and needed to get out!!! 7. Maintenance knocked on my door early the next morning to inform me of the lock not working. I was trying to sleep after being awake most of the night! Had it not been for the security lock on all the doors, unbeknownst to me, My grandson and I would have been in an unlocked room all night long!!! 8. The manager never apologized for scaring/breaking in on me, and when asked to be compensated, only refunded me $10.00 9. I did not feel safe after that and would have left if I had another place to go. 10. Hearing profanity at the front desk from a different manager (female); So unprofessional! Be careful how you conduct yourself because someone is always watching! I am a Pastor and did not want myself or my grandson to hear that language! 11. I will NEVER stay at that Ramada Inn again! 12. Move the abandoned car with the flat tire!
The location was great. Easy access to the Interstate; as well as, restaurants and gas stations within minutes away. The front desk clerk: Gigi was the only great thing about the hotel itself!
I enjoyed my stay, and found nothing wrong.
room was clean, though carped is dated. Everything worked properly. All features advertised were present. Staff was friendly. Check-in and check-out was fast and smooth. Room service was easily available. Hotel is not located in a cluster of the other hotels in the immediate area, but in a resort type setting, a little back from the main roadway. Breakfast included in the price was adequate. The facility appeared to be secure and safe. If the occasion arise, I would stay at this hotel again.
The air conditioning didn't work in the first room we were assigned.
Breakfast was sub-par at best. I felt like I was walking into a 1970's Motel on the side of the highway somewhere. I had burn holes in my sheets. Because the doors are located on the outside of the building, I heard car and foot traffic constantly.
The staff was very accommodating and helpful.
