Location & pool the best!
Breakfast was not so impressive.
Linens were very comfortable
Great hotel, great service, will come back again.
Wish the Jacuzzi water a bit warmer and cleaner.
Clean, quiet room.
Lobby and corridors reek of cigarette smoke. Free breakfast not worth trip to bowels of building. No coffee left at 9:00 and some wholesale club mini muffins.
The sort of hotel where you wake up feeling lucky to have survived the night. Started with catching cockroaches, room in a poor state of repair, fridge in the room made do much noise we had to unplug it, tapping noises in the corridor all night. Bedside light didn't work and getting the room key to work in any door was a mission. Breakfast below average, whole hotel very dated but lower floor very dark and unwelcoming (to put it mildly!!) and restrooms dirty and dingy. Checked out ASAP!!
You get what you pay for - in dire need of facelift - very strange odor in hallways - not sure if coming from the restaurant - a cooking spice maybe? Breakfast was disappointing - could use some meat with the eggs - Concerned about safety and security - side door to parking lot had a key pad, however, it was not working - anyone could have entered the building at any time.
The service and the room where fantastic.
The whirlpool was disgusting. Black rim all around and lots of hair in it. The pool was freezing not heated and also very dirty. We where very disappointed that we could not use both. It was very dirty and unsanitary.
the people that work there were very friendly And helpful
the air conditioning filter was dirty I had to clean it out
-bed was comfortable -spacious room -having a fridge & microwave in room -continental breakfast well supplied
-toilet too low and I am only 5'1" - I can imagine what tall people think -external banister was very wobbly (wood seemed to be rotten) thus not providing good support to go up the stairs -phone out of order in first room -closet door fell in first room
Friendly staff, convenient to many attractions
Close to highway,and sightseeing
The room was oddly configured. The sink (normally in the bathroom) was next to one bed. The bathroom was dark and cramped. There was a horrible aroma in the lobby, possibly coming from an attached resteruant. The free continental breakfast was next to nothing, poorly maintained. Do not concider this breakfast a perk for staying here.
Our room was not renovated!! Very old. the fridge in the room made a irritating noise. Had to unplug it. W e arrived early enough to get a renovated room but was told they would be sold out that night so the answer was NO!
The first night was very nice, but when we woke up our room was infested with ants. The staff switched us to a different that was a down grade from the first. 1) no tray in the microwave 2) mold all in the fridge 3) a very loud and poor functioning air conditioner and 4) ants all over the bathroom. They never helped address the ant issue and the didn't want to give us our money back. They only gave us $50 for our headache. The staff was very rude and not helpful. The pool on the final day there had throw up in it and the whirlpool was infested with bugs. Never will I stay at this hotel again.
The motel is a one star motel. The dining room is in the basement and the food is abysmal. The entire property needs a huge upgrade to make it adequate. Booking.com's star rating for this Ramada is ludicrous.
Room was very clean.
Toilet very low and needed to flush twice. Wished for a balcony!Noisy patrons at night
sink was outside the bathroom, and only one sink. There was a terrible odor in the hallway. Also I didn't like the way the receptionist dealt with my call when I called for my husband. It was an emergency call.
good location away from the business and easy to get to places, well organized, staff willing to please, the bed was very good and the bathroom set up was super. loved the soap! pool was nice and hot tub
The parking lot had some repair problems. Some repairs going on in the back of the hotel. Not bad though just bumpy!
the staff was very attentive and legitamately cared about your comfort. For an old hotel, they have done an excellent job so far with the renovations and it was extremely comfortable.
The staff at the front desk were accomodating
The building needed much repair, the hallway was hot and air circulation was non existant with open windows on hot days. The pool was dirty and littered with pool equipment on the seating areas. The cleaning staff was surley and refused to move away from the elevator to let occupants out. The Laundry area and the elevator had mould growing in the vents. The room furnishings were recovered over worn out old furniture. I had to extract my wife after she sunk deep into a chair. The TV was an unworkable CRT type and did seem to receive a few channels (Certainly not cable, maybe antenna) The tub drained so slow that the shower turned out to be a tub bath. Breakfast was repulsive and when we asked for Ketchup the owner snarled and said NO! The breakfast room was well worn and reminded me of my old High School Caffeteria.49.95 would have been the value.
The clean room.
Great value Great restaurant Great location Great staff Nice rooms Awesome continental breakfast
Hot tub needs work ..
I loved the bed and the feather pillows and the awesome price I got on the place for 2 days, also loved that it was very local right off the highway, kids loved the pool and hotub as well.
I hated the very rude manager in charge of the continental breakfast area which argued with me in front of other customers about making my children more eggs and said he was going to make them and then never made them, when I complained to the front desk about him nothing major was done about it either.
Very convenient location, clean room, good service (especially during the breakfast )
Beds were hard as rock, the pool was nasty bot clean at all thos place smells, rooms are dirty, the breakfast was horrible! Eggs out of a plastic bag! Ew! And this place is really old fashion from the carpets to the old tvs. I wouldnt recommend staying here!
