The location was convenient to Florida Christian College where our son attends. The hotel gave a discount for FCC families. The hotel staff were cold, slightly rude. The room was out dated, drains didn't drain, no mini-fridge, bathroom ceiling had mold growing on it, wall paint and paper were peeling, exterior doors all had dents in them (possible hail damage?), must I say more? Very disappointing. Also, when we checked out they were refusing to give us the price they quoted for the room, and continued to argue with us for 30 mins before finally agreeing to it. The only good customer service came from a lady called "Lisa", who intervened in the discussion and credited our account for us. |

The pool area was very comfortable and the room. The rooms are a very good size for the budget. The hotel is fairly remote for the attractions in the area |

nada me parecio muy lejos de los parques y la verdad decia que era mas cerca segun lo que decia en internet, la atencion no es muy buena muy sucio no asearon en los dias que estuve y muy mal olor muy sucio y muy viejo sobre todo como cohino tanto que me fui un dia antes por que no me aguante y me toco pagar otro hotel no me gusto nada del hotel y la verdad estando en kissime me di cuenta que habian hoteles mucho mejores mas cerca muy bien ubicados limpios y bonitos nuevos por el mismo o igual precio al de ramada por semana la verdad nos fue muy mal me arrepiento de haber ido a este hotel y no hablan español es el colmo que un hotel de talla internacional y con tantos turistas no tenga personas que hablen el idioma ademas fui con mi bebe de 20 meses y no tenia nada para niños ni tenia nada limpio y mucho menos la piscina decia que estaba en mantenimiento y estaba muy fea |
