Refurbishment is under way, so there is hope, that the stuffy interior will be gone soon.
afternoon staff is much better than the morning staff
the gym was out of order
The comfortable beds and pillows.
Some of the amenities in room did not work.
Staff ok but do not follow through. Had to change rooms 3 times due to filth, strong urine smells, big roaches, low water pressure in the shower, curtains ripped hanging off the hinge. It was awful. The most disappointing hotel stay in my life. I have traveled for years. Worked in this industry and this was the lowest of all. They are a 1 star inspiring to be but not there yet. I am requesting a full refund. Sincerely, Laurena Armstead
Good breakfast choices. Having a bar.
The place is old. Housekeeping doesn't speak English
Good Service at a late hour.
Couldn't wait to leave
1st room they gave me the door was wide open and duct tape over the lock- when I reported this they weren't even surprised
The location to the airport and the use of shuttle was great.
The hotel was in major need of repairs. We had a huge hole in the bedroom wall with the baseboard pulled back. The employees were not interested in customer service.
Friendly. Food fabulas
Under renovation, was in poor condition. No elevators.
Bed was comfortable, location close to airport
They are renovating so there was a lot of noise, a lot of rooms were out of commission and the power went out for an hour in the morning when we were getting ready. Hotel said it wasnout of their control but i dont think guests should be put out because they are remodeling. This hotel is too expensive for the value
we thought the shuttle service was excellent and the proximity to the airport was ideal.
The hotel room was a little "tired!" The toilet had a large crack in it, the headboard was ripped in two spots and the walls had areas that were worn. The hotel just needs a little updating.
close to airport after a long trip
had to wait a long while for bus when tired
It was close to the Airport.
The hotel room had a funky smell to it, the bed folded around me when I laid down like a cheap taco. The heater in my room only had 2 speeds on and oven. The shuttle service from the Airport to the hotel was horrible, I waited an hour and maid 3 phone calls to check the eta. The hotel is 8 min away so it is a considerable wait. The front desk staff confronted me and said maybe you don't know what our bus looks like, he has come by twice and hung up on me. The driver confirmed he never came by the pick up location and another passenger had the same issues. The bar/lounge up stairs feels like an 80's movie scene, I kept waiting for Marty Mcfly to come in and that is the high light. My soup came in a Styrofoam container, the one you get worms in when you go fishing and my Club House was made from all processed meat and cheese. The waitress/ bar tender was to occupied chatting to come check the service so I used the cocktail napkin from under my drink as a dinner napkin. Over all the staff is very entitled and needs to learn the meaning of Customer Service. Ramada is by far the worst Hotel chain in North America
comfortable bed, friendly staff
Looks like there up dating staff was friendly
Located very near the Houston/Bush airport. Free airport shuttle. Breakfast included. Excellent value.
It was a bIt of a distance to downtown and the hotel was older and undergoing renovations.
It felt like the hotel was in disrepair but it was being remodeled. It really needs fixed up.
Ease of access from airport.
Wifi only worked when I stood next to the door of my room. Traveling on business Internet is important
Bar was nice. Pool table a plus. Staff was accommodateing.
There was no coffee in the morning, & nobody that worked there seemed to care. Was very disappointed with the attitude of the morning staff vs. The evening staff; definitely night & day!
The shuttle wasn't running when we arrived but we were told it was so we spent extra money on a cab. The curtain didn't close in the room. The tub faucet was backwards. The deal breaker was we asked for a 6am wake up call and didn't get it until 640 so we were late for our flight.
Very comfortable beds. Looks classy and clean in the entence, lobby and corridor. A poool outside. Nice staff.
The pool is not heated so only possible to swim during warm seasons.
Close to the airport.
Short staffed in the bar and restaurant.
