Nice location, nice room, very nice bed, clean bathroom.Very pleased with this hotel in general.
Breakfast was very unhealthy. Heating unit in room very noisy. Receptionists didn't like us (don't know why) and were very abrupt. Fortunately the cleaning lady was sweet and made us feel a little better!
This hotel is well situated for getting around by foot or by subway. Staff at desk super friendly and our room was alway clean and ready for a blissful sleep after a big night out. Bed super comfy, shower great. Loads of restaurants close by too !
That we had to leave after only 4 nights ! We'll be back ...
Location, good size rooms with own bath/ shower, comfy bed, free wifi
Refurbishment going on which we where not made aware of .
- Location - Price - Room Expectation
- Rebuilding Hall - Breakfast - Suggestion: They don't have scrambled eggs
The location is very good and the bed was comfortable.
The bathroom was not cleaned properly. Moreover, use of aggressive chemicals left a bad smell. We even had to change the room. At the moment there are construction work conducted in the hotel - no word of it appeared in the description . We would have opted for another hotel had we known it.
Room was small but comfortable. Bathroom was clean and aesthetic. Breakfast was sufficient, but not worth writing home about. Staff helpful and cheerful. Being on a high floor helps to mask street noises, yet area quiet at night
Unfinished lobby. Slow elevator. Unable to print boarding passes via business center computer. Bathroom lacking a few wall hooks for towels or clothing. Window curtain in need of upgrade. Heater in room tended to be breezy.
location, staff was really friendly and helpful, clean
conctruction work at the lobby was not mentioned when bookin
I liked the location and the very helpful staff. Wifi is excellent. The rooms are clean.
The rooms are small. If we keep 3 bags there is no space to move around to even go to the bathroom Breakfast needs to be seriously worked upon. There have to be better options than just breads and croissants and cornflakes everyday. Especially considering the price being charged Per night
Room as impeccably clean and remodeled Staff was very helpful Breakfast was great
The staff were really awesome and understanding. Their beds are comfortable and clean. The bathroom was clean The free breakfast was delicious! Location was great All in all, this hotel is definitely worth it.
Have real complaints. The only one would that the WiFi wad slow at times.
Lobby is under renovation.
Bed was very nice. Room was clean warm and quiet on the off street side. Everything worked.
Plastic everything for breakfast.
Location was great - just up from Little India (btw 30th - 25th St/Lexington). Staff were very friendly and helpful even though the frontdesk/lobby was still under renovations. Breakfast was very good and never ran out of food. Clean and modern dinning area made it more enjoyable. Rooms were very clean, spacious and comfortable - you didn't feel like you were squeezed in a closet like other NYC hotels.
When I went up to my room I noticed a very strong smell of marijuana...the closer to my room I got the stronger it smelled. I asked for a new room on a new floor. They gave me one, but because smoke rises, you could still smell it. I was also not given a fridge after I requested one. I would not go back. Staff was very unfriendly.
Even though there was maintenance in the lobby the hotel funtioned well was clean and comfortable, and made room for our suit cases while we spent the rest of check out day in New York and could pick them up later.
Breakfast was a bit restrictive i.e. not choice of egg other than boiled, no bacon or sausage.
The rooms were adequate, clean and quiet.
The lobby was a disgrace!
The front desk staff, especially Julie were very friendly and helpful. Good options for breakfast selection and restocked regularly. Good location.
Room was very small, tight to walk around the beds. The bathroom mirror was cracked and instead of frosting the glass on the bathroom door, it was painted with white paint. Others who stayed in room scratched off the paint.
Requested a handicapped rom but didn't receive one.
Location, price, cleanliness
Building work going on (was not warned), breakfast was nothing much
Location, free Wi-Fi, hot breakfast, fantastically comfortable tempurpedic mattress
Nothing to complain about although there are building works being carried out in the reception area. We were on floor 7 so thankfully were not affected.
Entering the room upon check in, I was knocked off by a strong smell of bleach. Had to open the window (although not allowed) toi air the room.
The hotel was tired looking. The staff was not very helpful. The lock on our room was broken. It did not lock properly. The management was not very concerned when we brought it to their attention. The breakfast was mediocre.
The staff was friendly and courteous, in addition to that the room was clean and cozy.
