I really liked that they held our luggage after checkout because we were going to the Yankees game and leaving that night, so we just came back to pick up our luggage and head to airport. Very nice staff!
Room was tight with 2 queens but the desk attendant upgraded us from 1 bed, so I thought that was nice. For 2 people and a quick trip not spending a lot of time in room it was sufficient for us.
The location was nice. There are shops, restaurants, delis in walking distance.
The free breakfast was horrible. Some food appeared to be aged as if it was saved from previous meals. My room only received only half the cable channels due to no signal. hotel was under construction and my room came with dirty towels.
Good location, few blocks from subway. room was well kept, and wifi worked. Simple but good breakfast.
Bring earplugs if you have a room on the outside as the windows are not well insulated (and as this hotel is on a corner, changes are high). The lobby was under refurbishment.
Position, nice interior design, very clean
The room at top floor next to elevator engine is really too noisy. The should insulate it asap
Nice room with comfortable bed, breakfast incident in price.
Very slow - only 2- lifts.
They are changing the lobby and there is some construction work going on. Nothing that caused any trouble for us. The van to the airport arrived 15 minutes late, but we were still on time for our flight.
They could improve breakfast.
-Location; -Front desk communication; -Safe in the room;
-Taxi service; -Breakfast room (in remodelation); -No windows or cooler in the Bathroom and the bath was not working properly. -Room service not avaiable (e.g. Water delivery) - due to the remodelation.
The Location was exellent
Wi-Fi internet connection did not connect at room, so reception gave me a wire for my laptop but cell phone never connected!!!

Neighborhood. People. Had window that opened for fresh air. Near subway, bus. Lots of restaurants, groceries.
Tiny bath and very noisy in room fan/AC unit. Scary elevator both in size and all sorts of noises, scrapes and jostling up and down.
The beds! The mattresses were tempur-pedics! Great sleep! Also, the location - our 2 sons live less than 2 blocks away.
Had to park on the street, which turned out to be OK.
Old hotel under repair, no refrigator in the room.

Felt a bit unsafe alone Not very clean
The bed was comfortable and the room was generally clean.
The foyer was not very presentable because major renovations were underway. There was no plug for the bath, thus making the bath completely useless. The breakfast was very disappointing: plastic disposable cutlery, paper plates and styrofoam cups, the orange juice was warm and the boiled eggs barely tasted like eggs.
Location was pretty good, close to subway, you could actually walk from the Penn Station if you travel light. The area is Murray Hill, the locals call it Curry Hill, because you are in little india - we love curry so no issues there. theres other great food options a block or two away, its New York. The room is a decent size for the NY.
There doing reno's in the main lobby, and was down to 1 elevator which if your on the lower floor is fine but if your on 12. You will be waiting a long time to get down along with 10 other people who want to pack in the tiny space. The staff was totally useless, bring your own maps of the city and subway, don't expect them to help you at all to plan your stay.
Bedrooms are great (small but very good), very clean Great location, 3 blocks from the metro, safe and nice location Good restaurants around Beds very comfortable, WiFi works perfect. Breakfast is fine
Staff at the front desk is not very nice, very rude, but if it is not an big issue since you don't have to deal with them much. (Just a girl named Julie, she was really helpful)
Turning up to find a massive construction/renovation project dominating the front foyer and ruining the entrance. This shouldn't be a surprise when arriving. It should be mentioned in advance by the hotel. It is plainly misleading and deceptive to conceal the fact that their is a renovation happening during your intended stay.
Tiny room. Very little room to move around. No fan in bathroom. No towel racks in bathroom. Not horrible in any way, just fair.
Quite and Clean, Rooms Are fresh with no odor, beds are comfortable . The young lady at the front desk was friendly and knowledgeable. Have a great personality,
Micro wave and small refrigerator needed.the man in the breakfast room is rude, don't know how to speak to guests, his manners is very , very poor. Calling to get information, the young man was who answered the phone was also rude.
it's considered as a value for money choice. It's just satisfactory in every aspect.
I expected a little bit more expanded continental breakfast.
Good location and very clean. Excellent chamber service.
Breakfast very basic and hostel like service. Also tax not including in your booking
La ubicación es buena.
La proporción precio-calidad no es la adecuada.
Friendly atmosphere Convenient location Clean rooms
None in particular
Reasonable price when getting travel deal however can get unreasonably pricey on other days. Good continetal breakfast. Location
Currently undergoing construction downstairs.
