Room was nice inside.
The hotel looks like it needs a facelift.
Hotel is worm out and dirty. Also, located in the middle of a four year ongoing construction project.
liked the people
Hotel is older and in need of some attention. The dark hallways had many old tvs just sitting there as if they were renovating but forgot to remove the old ones. THere was a water leak from the ceiling in hallway that looked old. There were bugs in hallway. The continental breakfast was decent but not that great (bagels, sugary cereal, and toast). Coffee was terrible. We got up, got dressed and left as soon as we could! I would NOT return.
The staff had to deal with a large number of tired customers with straight faces.
The Entrance into the building had an overflowing tot and garbage strewn all over the floor. I had to check out without spending the night. My room was really stuffy so we left. The parking lot was full of potholes.
Reasonable location for our travels.
Stayed 3 nights after our 2nd night the room wasn't touched. Beds not made. Bathroom not cleaned. Makes me wonder what we were paying for. Super 8 down the street at least does that. I have stayed there as well. They might be my choice next time.
Breakfast was decent
Hotel was very unkept and dated. People were sleeping in lobby in chairs like a flop house.
Total lack of security. Exit door C was completely lacking a latch, Exit door B would not stay closed (supposedly had a magnetic strip at the top of the door but it doesn't work). Bathroom sink drain stopper was stuck in the closed position so the sink filled up with water every time we ran the water. The bathtub drain plug would not stay down so the tub could not be filled this my wife was not able to take a bath. Time Warner cable TV channels (most of them) were not available after 11pm and those that were available would black out for a minute or two at a time, for several minutes so we just shut off the TV. The wooden desk/table had so much wax buildup that my wife's laptop computer was able to slide across the table as though it was on a sheet of ice. And the carpet immediately under the table was full of furniture polish also. We were supposed to stay for 2 nights but we checked out after one night and went next door to the Hampton Inn. My wife and I are now Hampton Inn fans. Shockingly, when I reported all of these problems to the desk clerk she had a very flippant attitude, once she put the phone down while talking on a personal call while (with Steve) I stood there staring at her. My wife and I are finished with Ramada hotels. . I have photos and will be glad to share them with you.
Old building in a bad location. Staff was ok and the bed seemed ok too. Continental breakfast was subpar muffins and cereal. Not worth 120 bucks a night period
Hotel is dated and worn. Bare carpet spots, stains everywhere, room was only marginal. Hotel staff sent us all the way around the building OUTSIDE to get to our room rather than have us go through the bad spots of the hotel. Once up to our floor via the elevator, we had to go down six steps in the middle of the hall to get to our room. Poor design...
It was completely awful!!! We will NEVER stay hear again!! Dirty!! Desk staff was rude!! Our card key would not work on any of the outside doors. We had to walk all the way around to the front door. Terrible experience!!
The people at the fungi room were exelent on welcoming all the guests
Pool was close at the time of my stay and I wasn't told until I read the posting on the wall
The bed was not all that comfortable
room was decent
confusion upon checkin security door propped open bad hinge on bathroom door
I would not recommend this location to anyone. We seriously thought about switching to another option. Staff was inefficient and inappropriate. Maintenance staff hung out at front desk socializing with other staff. We reserved 2 rooms and were given key card to a room with people in it. Non smoking room was smokey and heavily sprayed with cover up scent. Pull out bed had no bedding and they eventually found sheets but no blanket. Breakfast was minimum. Hotel needs a major remodel because there's missing trim, pulled up carpet, and overall poor condition. Pool was closed.
The price was right!!
The check-in clerk couldn't find my reservation even though I showed her the confirmation sheet. She acknowledged the confirmation sheet but it took 30 minutes before she gave up trying to find the reservation and finally said, with apologies, that she'd "let" me have a room.
The facility is very run down and old. Stained furniture and ceilings, and tile work in bathroom falling apart, but was clean. Also, arrived at night and outside lighting was very poor, did not feel secure. Would not book here again at this specific location.
I felt deceived...stayed bc of the pool which was being painted without a drop of water and full of weeds around it and on the weekends the staff told me about the wonderful hot to order breakfast..which never happened bc the chef was sick and the other one on vacation? Really disappointed and felt ripped off
There were some type of stains all over the furniture in the rooms and the hallways pretty nasty would look better without any furniture at all!! Or invest in cleaning them! Hotel seemed very mismanaged even nice granite check in counter was filthy. Someone quick get the windex!
a/c & heater were very loud. Bathtub & sink did not drain properly. Rug was not clean. THIS WAS A POOR EXPERIENCE. NEVER AGAIN. Also, the breakfast was lousy.
VERY PLEASED WITH OUR STAY
Bathroom was clean and water pressure excellent. Parking was easy. Free breakfast until 10am was highly convenient and appreciated. Air conditioning worked well and the room temperature was comfortable.
The building appears to be in need of maintenance. Our non-smoking hallway stunk of cigarettes and was littered with staples and air conditioning units on the floor. The room had stains on the walls, and a large dent as well. Lamps were broken and the clock did not keep time accurately, despite our having set it when we arrived. The WiFi was awful, as was tv reception. Beds were very uncomfortable and the pillows were strangely small and hard. We attempted to leave after the first night but could not find any other vacancies in nearby hotels.
pleasant breakfast area Wi-Fi worked fine in room
Hotel was clearly showing its age - worn carpets, dingy hallways, etc.
bedbugs, stinky, poorly kept lobby
Room was pretty good, just a bit worn. Not bad for the rate we got.
Some of the common areas were pretty well worn, Trash greeted us at the side entrance, and one of the two elevators was out of order. My wife was ready to leave before we even got to the room. Good thing the room was in ok shape, it was late, and we had a good rate. We ended up stayng both nights.
