A bit on the noisy side... The room across the hall was playing there guitars till about 2 am... It was alright though... At least I can say they played well... And if I had to get u early the next day that would be s different story :)
The room was supposed to be 70 a not and was billed on my debit card for 93, not happy at all
Service was poor
Access somewhat confusing from rt 57 all else good
I liked the easy access of the room, I would have loved the closeness of the ice machine and vending had it worked...... staff was awesome.
Didn't know of the breakfast wasn't told upon check in, and didn't see it Didn't when I looked at amenities online. So that was disappointing. Bed linens didn't get changed, just made the bed, washcloths were not replenished, and when I called to get more for my shower at 8 am I was today that when housekeeping got in they would bring it to me. The remote only changed the channel, not volume not power. Only Channel control.
location. room was clean. shabby building. no maintenance on exterior. needs a facelift desperately.
most uncomfortable bed and pillows. puddle of water on entrance floor late at night is a huge fall risk in poorly lighted area.
Easy access to highway. I could set the room temperature at my liking with no problem. Didn't have the breakfast, so can't say. If leaving early, u get coffee that has been sitting possibly all night, but it's hot. I saw a large outside pool area, which i imagine would be nice in the summer. I saw a room with pool tables.
This is an old establishment & it shows. You walk in to a poorly fluorescent lighted lobby. My room was in the lower part, farther from the main entrance. There's no secure access to that area. Those doors are open all the time! Being in the 1st floor didn't make me feel safe. The room was large, but it was dirty looking. That carpet has had what looked like a thousand marathons walked on! I stayed 2nts & no one came to clean the room. The pillows were smaller than sofa cushions & it had a thin sheet with a thin blanket. You can hear everyone coming & going. I'd never stay there again!
Staff was pleasant. Location was accessible to where I needed to be.
Hotel is in serious need of remodeling. Wall dirty, paper peeling. Lighting in halls drab dreary . Carpeting in halls dirty and in need of cleaning. Tub fixtures were coming off the wall because the caulking was all broken, tub faucet dripped. Parking lot full of pot holes. Looks like no revocations or maintenance done in 25 yrs
Front desk clerk pleasent and cooperative., location close to restaurants and shopping.Good rest place after visiting Oberlin and before Cleveland
woke up with a sore back. Since we were visiting both Oberlin and Cleveland I may have picked a location closer to the middle between those two locations.
The facility is dirty and run down. The elevator was stuck on the fifth floor in the morning and we has to take the stairs to leave.
Location was convenient to highway and to other restaurants and mal
Cleanliness and maintenance. All trash bins on property )outside, lobby, etc) were overflowing with garbage; faucets leaked and had little water pressure; etc
The room was in fine shape for the most part, a good value
The chairs in the rooms were heavily soiled with I can't imagine what. Didn't feel comfortable in sitting on them, pretty gross.
Bundles of cords tucked under furniture...fire hazard. TV broken, and NO discount given. Front desk staff was fairly rude. Not EVER staying there again.
Front desk girls were nice. They resolved my room situation quickly too.
First floor on mall side. The room was fine but hallway was run down. The 2 nights I was there there were some guys sitting on floor in the hall just hanging around. That was a bit unsettling. The lighting outside was almost non existant. Only one if the walkway lights for the whole side if bldng was on! It was scarey. Side entrance door slams shut loudly
Staff were professional, courteous and willing to please.
It was visible from the highway but there was not one sign directing you to the road to Ramada It was 4:30 in the morning,, not one lstreet light, construction was being done Hampton Inn had a sign with arrow!
Our shower didn't work. The hotel had a big hole in the hallway where maybe a air conditioning unit was at one time. Manager promised us half off the room and the next morning he wasn't there but the desk attendant only could send refund in mail. Even when we paid cash. Ridiculous. We complained and got a refund but 10.00 less than what was discussed. I would not recommend this hotel. I booked online and gave a credit card number to hold room. It was confirmed. Only to get there after the event we attending to find out that they couldn't find our reservation. They In turn gave us a room that was less than adequate. We had to relocate rooms 3 times. Our night was ruined. What a fiasco!
Room was nice inside.
The hotel looks like it needs a facelift.
Grimmy, smelled, seemed dirty. Parking lot asphalt breaking up with huge pot holes and loose asphalt, not taken care of is typical of rest of hotels structure.
Hotel is worm out and dirty. Also, located in the middle of a four year ongoing construction project.
liked the people
Hotel is older and in need of some attention. The dark hallways had many old tvs just sitting there as if they were renovating but forgot to remove the old ones. THere was a water leak from the ceiling in hallway that looked old. There were bugs in hallway. The continental breakfast was decent but not that great (bagels, sugary cereal, and toast). Coffee was terrible. We got up, got dressed and left as soon as we could! I would NOT return.
The staff had to deal with a large number of tired customers with straight faces.
The Entrance into the building had an overflowing tot and garbage strewn all over the floor. I had to check out without spending the night. My room was really stuffy so we left. The parking lot was full of potholes.
Reasonable location for our travels.
Stayed 3 nights after our 2nd night the room wasn't touched. Beds not made. Bathroom not cleaned. Makes me wonder what we were paying for. Super 8 down the street at least does that. I have stayed there as well. They might be my choice next time.
Breakfast was decent
Hotel was very unkept and dated. People were sleeping in lobby in chairs like a flop house.
