The rooms were confortable and clean, wi-fi worked great, and staff was always friendly.
The air conditioning could use some maintenance.
Had a wonderful, restful long weekend. I am a repeat customer.
I stayed here while helping my son get settled for his next semester at Florida College. Flat screen TV was nice, as was the wifi. Location was about as good as could be hoped for. Staff were all upbeat and positive.
Curtains didn't close all the way...I clipped my curtains shut w my phone case. From walking by several of the rooms I am pretty sure this was not an issue w just my room.
The location was okay only a couple of minutes from Busch Gardens
Didn't feel secure while sleeping someone tried to enter my room and it was not the maid services

Hotel near I-75 , hotel facilities
Staff was very polite and helpful, and had great information about the area. The room was clean and neat and the bed was very comfortable. Luxurious towels and wash clothes. Eating breakfast outside.
Very clean. Pool area was well kept. Nice to have a fridge/freezer, microwave and coffee pot and tea and coffee packets (I don't get that when I stay at disney hotels twice a year). Beds and pillows comfortable. Grandchildren were very impressed. Staff was great. Would definitely stay again and have already recommended hotel to a co-worker.
Breakfast was very acceptable. The only problem was there were only 3 small tables available. There was a nice outdoor patio with tables, however, the tables were wet from morning dew and as always it rains nearly every day here. In all I would give the hotel 9.8. Will come again soon
i liked the fact that there were towels for everyone and i didnt have to ask for more and they had pool towels
Location is very good, swimming pool was nice.
Breakfast poor, bread was old, room had a bad smell, wifi did not work properly and when it worked was too slow.
The location was excellent
staff were helpful. Rooms were in good shape overall.
First smelled. 2nd & 3rd rooms had wet pillows. Didn't feel like going room to room to find one that was good. Seemed like a good value if they had a rentalable room.
my first night some knuckleheads were slamming doors all night we were very tired in morning with a long day ahead at busch gardens.
This hotel is in a good location and they have a great friendly hardworking staff. The rooms were comfortable and clean. The building exterior and landscaping is well maintained and inviting. Enjoyed the pool. The breakfast area is tiny but we made the best of it - sat outside. We would stay here again!!
Would be great if they added the use of the "meeting room" on the weekends for breakfast. More space is desperately needed - please think about it. Also, the a/c in our rooms (we had 2) struggled to keep the rooms cooled. They were on max and never shut off - we were there 2 days.
I loved the price and the pool was well kept.
It was a quaint room.
Nice, clean, quiet room. Own entry. Nice staff. Good breakfast. Great price
Washer and dryer were dated and difficult to get working.
wife was attacked by bedbugs
Location,service and pillows.
Carpet was too worn
The fact u have a clean environment and the Ihops which is convenient and the fact u had a pool and a coffee maker.
Clean Rooms, Flat screen TV, Pool, Quiet area and an IHop in the parking lot. Close to restaurants, shopping and the highway.
I had previously asked one of the persons at the counter about staying an extra night and how much it would be. She told me I couldn't get the travel agency rate but when I ended up staying the extra night anyways the girl gave me that rate. So the fact that the first girl either didn't want to give me the travel agency rate or didn't know what she was doing was a little annoying. But other than that it was a great stay.
Saturday evening July 5th the front desk person was not helpful at all and rude.
Liked the location! Next to IHOP.
Hated the bugs, the Wi-Fi didn't work but for a few minutes and then disconnected, the bathroom door hit the toilet every time you open it no space, the cable sucked along with the picture quality of the TV, the bed made my back hurt and my back never hurts, the room was supposed to be non smoking and when we walked in it smelled like Lysol, weed, and cigarettes! I hated it
The place was very comfortable and clean!
For some reason when I arrived they did not have my reservation.
The room and surroundings were as clean as they come but... What really impressed me was the caring and resourcefulness of the staff! One morning I was in desperate need of a lint roller for a blouse I was wearing. I popped into the office on my way out for the day and asked Archie, the gentleman manning the front desk if he had a lint roller. He explained that he did not and then immediately asked me to wait a moment. He came out from a back office with clear packing tape, generously ripped some tape off, rolled it around his hand and handed it to me ready to go. I was so grateful! The best yet though, is that while I was "taping" the lint off he came back with a lint brush from his very own backpack, a forgotten item from his ROTC days in highschool. Archie went out of his way to help me and it had a profound impact on the rest of my day!
Friendly staff and very accommodating.
rooms a little small.
