Blanche was very unwelcoming and not helpful at all during the check in process. Toilet paper was awful, pack your own.
Very clean. Nice Room. Comfy bed.
I think for the money spent, we could have had a better continental breakfast.
Honestly, just average for what I was expecting. I liked that I didn't have to drive home that night.
There was only one washer and dryer on each floor so I had to use both of them when I did laundry/
We were house hunting and had to extend our stay a couple of times. The staff was extremely helpful and continued us at the original rate we booked at the start of our stay. They also helped by sending fax information for us.
staff member are excellent
Musty smell to the room. Dated bathroom. Poor WiFi
Comfortable beds and great value for money spent.
Friendly staff clean comfortable room
The price I paid was not the price listed on the total price when I booked.
The comfort of the bed. The cleanliness of the hotel room. The lines were fresh and of nice quality. The employees were all nice and provided great customer care, especially Lori.

Everything was great!!! Room was clean nice. Great location will stay Again. If you're looking for great room Stay here at Ramada Morris bridge
small breakfast area, 3 tables inside. There were outside tables, but not suitable if weather is cold as it was.
Breakfast area Bathroom size
Staff Room Wi-Fi Parking
A smell of smoke though offered a non-smoking room.
Impressed with the guest book at the first sight we entered the room. It brought us a rough view of the place we are and where to find location. Definitely surprised by this price. Good location for a long-distance traveler from Panhandle and heading south to Everglades the next day.
The room was great and clean the king size bed was sooo comfy
The staff was very kind and comprehensive with my early check-in
The only window in the room was made so as to be un-openable. consequently, there was no fresh air available, and the room was really stuffy. The air conditioner was moderately quite but did not exchange any apreciable amount of outside air.
I'm glad they didn't use highly perfumed cleaning products. Room and property were clean.
Breakfast could have included eggs and hash browns. Otherwise ok.
Great people at front desk. Clean rooms, comfortable beds. Yes I'd definitely would recommend this hotel. Good room rate also.
Nothing I did not like
Staff is friendly and helpful. Being right off 75, it is very quiet. Wifi is good, beds are nice
Nothing to complain about
My family and I were visiting Bush Gardens and did not want to spend what we usually would on hotel room so we decided to give Ramada a try. It was a pleasant surprise . Hotel was clean , staff friendly & knowledgeable and the included breakfast was amazing for free. Waffle maker , oatmeal , ceral, pastry, bagels and fruit. Nice outside area to eat. Well worth the money ! Feels great to truly feel our money was well spent!!!
There were several downsides for us and I personally wouldn't stay here again. The wifi was useless, I have teenagers and I also needed it. The was very little room to place luggage and clothes. I had to get another room because a double room was just way too small for 4 people with luggage. The worst thing about the stay and the reason I will never stay there again was due to how we were treated. We were there along with other family members and friends for a wedding. We were all booked around the pool area- 8 rooms. Most of us got there Thursday, the wedding was Saturday. We all wanted to sit around the pool and visit Friday. The weather was beautiful and that was the only day that we all had to do this over the weekend. Well about 2:00 they started power washing the pool area and didn't finish till nearly sunset. It was loud, obnoxious and rude. Who books a wedding party all around the pool at their motel and then treats them that way? When I called about 4:30 to ask them how much longer they said about 20 minutes and it would be all nice and clean for us. As I said it was nearly sunset when he stopped. He didn't bother to put the tables and chairs back in place when he finished (they were just scattered in the grass area) and he even left the big gas can sitting on the table where a young couple with a little girl were sitting. We all finally just went out and sat around the pool anyway. The pool closes at 10:00. At 9:40 the same guy that was pressure washing all day came to the pool and sat at the entrance rudely giving us dirty looks and told us we had 8 minutes to leave. We stayed there until exactly 10:00. I guess they just want people to look at the pool and not use it. There was no apology for the inconvenience only rude treatment. One of the members in our group did get a little mouthy when we were getting kicked out of the pool. Just a little bit of diplomacy would have went a long way.
The location was great for us and the price was good. The bed was very comfortable.
When we got to the hotel we noticed how damp and a bit humid the air felt but we figured that's hotel air conditioning. The next day I woke up with a painfully sore throat and didn't connect the dots about the hotel rooms dampness until I spent the day in the room on Sunday and progressively got sicker. In all fairness when we connected the dots and informed the front desk they immediately offered a room change but it didn't make sense at that point as we were checking out a day later. Just let me say it was bad enough that one day we came into the room and the pillows were damp. So yea great hhotel but bring a dehumidifier.
If your into hotel breakfast theirs was decent. The staff are all beyond helpful and sweet. Also the rooms have been updated and are a nice value for the money.
Good price New rooms Clean
clean room, clean pool, close to IHOP and decent free breakfast, good rates
Only because it is an older building, some of the structure was scratched up a bit. Pillows are my thing and these were a bit firm and one lumpy.
Clean, comfortable, staff great, wonderful value at a quaint hotel in a great location for our visit.
The hotel desk clerks were very friendly and helpful. House keeping did an excellent job in keeping the room clean and tidy. Plus it was nice that there was an IHOP located in the same parking lot. Even though there was a restuarnt within walking distance it was quiet. I will stay there again the next time I am in the area.
The pool closes at 10:00pm the pool guy was there at 9:30pm trying to close the pool he was just staring at us. He tried to make us leave the pool area early so he could close up he was very rude to us. The breakfast was bad just a couple of old doughnuts and juice if you call that breakfast
The location was great everything was close by
