It is in a good location...the cleanness of the room is good and the cleaner personnel are very friendly. The receptionist ... I don't even have a word.. They are really need some training on customer service. One morning, I went to ask them if they would help me booking the same hotel in Miami, the answer was "we don't affiliated... " the Next day I was standing for help.. One of the lady putting make-up.. When the other taking on the phone... No one said a word to me for quite some time... "What a manner ". Hire professionals or check your employee... Come on! This is a big business....

Major construction was going on? Water was turned off twice in 3 days. Had I known prior? I would have stayed elsewhere.

Good location. Ramada is building a new hotel near the old one. Because of this, some parts of the old building (including reception, restaurant etc) are demolished or out of service at the moment. Actually, they only offer rooms and housekeeping, there is no other service at all. This situation is not good for a big hotel chain such as Ramada. They should have closed the hotel until the construction of the new building is complete, or at least they should warn the guests before making the reservation. For the time being, they are using very small rooms (15-20 sqm) for reception and breakfast. For the "continental breakfast" you can get only donuts, bread and coffee. There are only 2 tables in the "restaurant" which is impressive because the restaurant itself is not bigger than your room. Probably the worst thing about this hotel is that the bed sheets and towels are so old that their sides are ripped. Also my bed sheet had some little holes on it. Long story short, you can get better service in any cheap pension. Don't go to Ramada Lakefront until the construction of the new building is completed.

I liked the closeness to the all the parks. You can see WetN'Wild and Universal studios right outside your window. All the rooms face the lake. There are plenty of places to eat for a cheap, good price. I would suggest going to look/drive around on Idrive to see all of your options. There is a Walgreens right down the road that has a lot more options and cheaper prices then the little store at the entrance of the parking lot. We are also only a 15-20 min drive from Walt Disney and Sea World. I would suggest getting ot Animal Kingdom and Magic Kingdom before they open. There are a lot less people and you can hit all the major rides without having to wait long. The hotel is hard to find due to construction on the site. There is limited parking so you may have to walk from the store parking lot in front. The pool is closed. None of this is on the website. You may be able to get a discount.

The view from the 8th floor windows of the lake Elevator problems. Lobby smelled like raid, which made me concerned that they have bug problems in the building. Continental breakfast could use improvement in quality of food.

I thought the check in staff was very friendly. No parking, Hotel under construction, felt very unsafe. Room was small and dingy. No plastic shower curtain in the bathroom. Free breakfast was a small room, over crowded, had to make my own waffles. I chose this hotel because the pics looked decent for the price. Was not worth $120 a night!

Central location, good view on the small lake breakfast area very small and therefore very crowded. During our stay there was a big construction area on the outside.

The only thing that kept us at this hotel was the view out of our window of wet n wild....otherwise we did not have a great stay because we were not notified that the hotel was under constructin and there wa no pool had to shuttle to another hotel ( did not like that) and on top of that we waited 21 minutes for a cab ride to this other hotel to go swimming at a hotel we did'nt even pay for.and the room plubing was backwards my seven year odl got burnt getting in the shower because the shower water was backwards.the only reason we did not move was because it was spring break weekend and we were worried we would not find a room close to where we were.

The location is excellent and the housekeeping and maintenance staff are very friendly. The hotel is under construction and we did not see this mentioned when we booked. The elevators did not work very well and the breakfast is really a disgrace. It might be better not to serve this breakfast at all. I would not recommend this hotel until after the construction has been completed.

The hotel is near Universal Studios and have nice restaurants at the neighborhood, the room was fine with microwave and refrigerator, it has a nice view to a lake. The wi-fi internet was great I could check my email and did skype calls from my room using an iPhone. The hotel was building an expansion during my stay, so the park was not very close to the loby, and it has some construction noise during the day. The elevator was also a problem, long time waiting.

I was very disappoited in the hotel. We had a chair in our room that smelled of pee. T roof was coming down by the door. Went to the breakfast and all the food was gone and it was only 8:00 A.M.. there wasn't enough parking as they are building a new hotel in front of the old one. We had to park in the plaza and walk to the hotel. I was very disappointed in the room. Wished I could have changed hotels.

The hotel was under construction, the site never told us that, our lake side view was full of equipement, no weight room , no pool unless you wanted to go across the street to the palms which treated you like you was stealing. Our breakfast was good day one after that they ran out of food by 8 am and wouldnt refill, we either had to go eat out or have coffee and toast, no jam or buttter, waffel machince was broke for three days out of seven. Bedding was never changed our whole stay . so I guess I got what I paid for by booking on line for the first time.

Convient to busses that travel to Disney World and Sea World. We were not told that there was major construction going on at the hotel. There was no place to park close to hotel because of the construction. The swimming pool was closed. The front desk said we could walk across the busy street and use pool of another hotel. But the front desk at that hotel said: "Are you kidding us?" The breakfast (every single day) consisted of bagels and bread that you could toast. Breakfast was in a couple of rooms that previously had been guest rooms. There was a waffle making machine, but the lines to it were very long, and on 4 of the 7 days there was a sign saying 'No waffles today.' I never got a single waffle. But I will not be able to look at a bagel for a year or so. This entire breakfast scene was like in a max security prison; except I have never been in any prison. After being there for 3 days I found out each guest could get a small cup of beer each day. But only up until 8 PM !!!!!! The worst hotel I have ever stayed at. Cleaning ladies were nice and helpful. Don't go there under any circumstances.
