The service was horrible. The room stunk like formaldyhide. I was afraid to leave anything in the room because it was in such a disgusting neighborhood. The bathroom door did not shut. The rug was filthy. The entire experience was horrible. The breakfast was ridiculous - white bread and coffee and oranges that were not even ripe. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone except rodents or mice. |

It was close to International Driver with many shops, restaurants etc. It was also close to SeaWorld, Disneyland etc. The Trolley was very nice for transportation. Free access to computer and Internet - highly valued. |

Close proximty to shopping and eating. Very close to Wet & Wild,Universal,Sea World and Interstate 4. The coninental Breakfast was very sparse. |

the area was excellent to get around for shopping and theme parks the price was great not forgetting the most friendly service from your staff mr jonathan he was the greatest pls let him know that.i want to come back to orlando and when i do i am defenetely staying there i live in the caribbean. negative just wish the breakfast was a little later but that is ok every hotel has their policies |

Position, good room well equipped Breakfast was too crowded, the area was far too small for the number of guests, so seating was at a premium, we felt rushed as others were waiting to sit and eat. (Breakfast itself was fine) |

Jonathan, at the front desk, was super helpful! The staff was friendly. room was not clean when we got there. Bathroom was never cleaned our whole stay. |

Showers did not work 2 out of 3 morning so unable to shower or bath in the morning. Not good as we have a small child and tap pressure was very poor as well making it hard to brush your teeth little alone wash! |

Its proximity to shopping and restaurants were convenient. The staff was accommodating, and the housekeeping staff was very efficient. the continental breakfast was very minimal and the area to eat was minimal as well. It was packed beyond capacity everyday, very unenjoyable. |

Friendly staff, great location, and good complimentary breakfast.There was plenty of space in the room. Great idea to have a microwave and fridge in the room. I have stayed in four star hotels in USA which were not near as good as the Ramada on I-Drive. Breakfast was only served until 8.30 and hard to get a table if you are not down before 8am. |

Friendly staff, spacious room, good price. Breakfast room too small, no seating available. With this few seats, I would prefer if they make breakfast available until later, ie from 6.30 to 10am instead of 6.30 to 8.30. |

After arguments we were allowed to terminate our second night without penalty. It was a tired remodeled other brand Hotel, rebranded as a Ramada at some time; with outside walkways rather than lobbies and only one elevator worked. The rooms were tired, fittings delaminating, poorl refurbed bathrooms, bad smells, torn carpets, overall a very mediocre and poorly presented location. |
