The location is good
1- The Air conditions in the rooms is too bad 2- One of The elevator in the south tower is completely down for our staying 9 days 3- The other elevator take too long time waiting to go up or down 4- The service in the breakfast restaurant is too bad and the food quality also too bad
It's better than the Hilton I stayed in New York and got better services than Hilton, thought I stAyed in the new tower with access to private pool and spa on the 12th floor.
Breakfast finish so early
I liked the room my family and I were given for that price! Couldn't ask for a better room and view! Location was great because we had choices of where we wanted to eat and the kids were busy all the time.
What I was not to happy with was the breakfast in the morning. You need to have more variety for vacationers because we are away from home, but want the comforts of home. That is what keeps us coming back. There was no eggs, bacon, sausage nothing! Also, people were wandering through the halls late a night screaming and I almost got into an altercation due to their ignorance.
The location was great. The view from the room was excellent. The price was great.
The parking was horrible. And they were renovating which made it a little uncomfortable. The elevators to the part of the hotel I stayed wasn't working properly.
The long wait for the elevator in the South Towers and no A/C in elevator.
My boyfriend and I stayed here for Labor Day weekend and it was a great value for your money. The location was great, most eating places and stores were within walking distance. I will say that if you stay in the south tower you are limited to the pool in that tower (it was still a nice pool). If you want to take advantage of an open bar and free food then upgrade and stay at the north tower. Overall, I would say our stay was good! Ps a con- the staff wasn't very good about putting clean linen in the room, we had to call for towels multiple times.
High rise room, excellent view, very clean, big room. With coffee maker, refrigerator and microwave.
South Tower: Only 1 elevator was working and the hotel occupancy was full, so there was waiting time at rush hours.
The actives and location was great. The room was adequate for my sons and I. The view from the eleven floor was awesome.
Construction activity. I feel that the section I was in should have been shut down for customers. Elevator not available and climbing to the eleventh floor and hearing drilling in the early morning on vacation was not pleasant.
Good size room, location to resorts
Room smelt of fish
We did like, the location. .and the beds..
The elevator ,was a nightmare, always full , hot... And the ac unit, a makes to much noise. ..
Is close to all the parks.
the brakefast is very poor.
Nice room, reasonable cost
Smoke alarm went off in room at 2am. Near noisy loud elevator. Phone and air cond not working in room and staff was non accommodating. Need I say more?
It was a good location
Only 1 elevator worked the first night then after that neither elevators worked. The toilet ran all night long. The shuttle bus didn't take you to Disney only universal
Staff was great in the bar, pool, and room area.
Front desk staff lied. Inadequate parking for such a big Hotel. During construction or remodeling visitors should not be subject to any discomfort causing them to find a new hotel during leisure time.
The location, the children loved the pool, the breakfast was niece, the housekeeping staff was very friendly and helpful. The laundry machines were clean. The place is very quiet, comfortable and closed to attraction parks. We had a luxury queen suite that was lovely, with a nice view outside. We did not want to leave.
Some members of the staff could be more friendly. Especially those at the front desk.
Breakfast facilities were poor and didn't feel clean.
location is good, room view is nice, space is good as well.
elevator broke down during our stay, we were in the "old building". so this means taking several stairs, bags and things... just horrible.
Room was clean.fresh towels and pool was great
South tower was horrible and breakfast was poor
The pool on top. The friendly staff and very clean.
Not much food inside the hotel. Also the bar closed to early.
Excellent facilities. Excellent room and view.
Restaurant area and tables for breakfast were not enough during peek hours.
Staff was very nice...
Elevator was very slow and only one of them was working, I didn't like the way one side was very nice and elegant and the other ugly with an elevator that didn't work. The halls had trash bags with trash flying all over.
What was good about this hotel was the location and the view was excellent. And also the pricing was very good.
The experience was aweful! There was a used wash clothes left in our room. We didn't ever receive enough towels or wash clothes for my family of 4!
Lots of places to eat; within walking distance of a lot of attractions, personal services (nail salon & masseuse) and a reasonably priced convenience store. Decent spot if you just plan on sleeping there and will be elsewhere during the day. Easy access to public transportation. Daytime guest services was helpful.
My room was moved to a very creepy corner of the first floor of the hotel w/o explanation (103 was crossed out, 113 hand written on reservation packet). No tub, only a seat and an awkward to use detachable shower head. Opened the window to see a broken apparatus of some sort uncovered and unsightly, along with an assortment of mechanical things instead of the reserved lakeview. Pool/sauna closes at 8pm, which was not convenient or useful because my sessions (I was there for a Zumba conference) did not end in time for me to enjoy it. The guest services worker I spoke with knew nothing about the surrounding area or what was going on in the entertainment scene.
