Location, close to the airport as well as close to shopping and dining establishments. Plus the rate was great value for the money.

The breakfast room is too small for the number of guests. The times for breakfast are also very restricted -- stop serving breakfast as early as 8:30 am when many of the guests are tourists with small children who need extra time in the morning before they are ready to head out!!

The location of the hotel was perfect. Bus stop was just outside. Free internet connection for all and brilliant customer service for planning theme park trips.

The service was horrible. The room stunk like formaldyhide. I was afraid to leave anything in the room because it was in such a disgusting neighborhood. The bathroom door did not shut. The rug was filthy. The entire experience was horrible. The breakfast was ridiculous - white bread and coffee and oranges that were not even ripe. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone except rodents or mice.

I think the hotel has good price, good location and very good acomodations. I recommend.

the area was excellent to get around for shopping and theme parks the price was great not forgetting the most friendly service from your staff mr jonathan he was the greatest pls let him know that.i want to come back to orlando and when i do i am defenetely staying there i live in the caribbean.

negative just wish the breakfast was a little later but that is ok every hotel has their policies

The quietness

The pillows are to big, the air conditioner did not work very well and the refrigirator either.

Fine, comfortable hotel. Limited dining facilities but plenty of restaurants in the locality. Friendly staff.

Position, good room well equipped

Breakfast was too crowded, the area was far too small for the number of guests, so seating was at a premium, we felt rushed as others were waiting to sit and eat. (Breakfast itself was fine)

Showers did not work 2 out of 3 morning so unable to shower or bath in the morning. Not good as we have a small child and tap pressure was very poor as well making it hard to brush your teeth little alone wash!

Its proximity to shopping and restaurants were convenient. The staff was accommodating, and the housekeeping staff was very efficient.

the continental breakfast was very minimal and the area to eat was minimal as well. It was packed beyond capacity everyday, very unenjoyable.
