I liked location
I could not sleep well. Mattress was worn out. Itched all night.
The room need to be updated and cleaned and refreshed
You definitely get what you pay for here. Around 60$ per night isn't too bad. The bed was very comfortable and everything seemed to work in the room just fine.
The bathroom kinda grossed me out. When we got into the room there were no towels for us to use and there was a dead roach in the corner. Not what I wanted to see in my room but at least it was dead! The door to our room made me very nervous. You needed to slam it shut for it to actually stay closed. I made sure I locked that door every way possible before we went to sleep.
I booked our rooms online. I thought WOW I got a great price, but where is the catch. When I checked out my bill was actually $ less than I expected. Every member of the staff was very friendly.
It could use some general updating. My sons room had an old box style TV that did not work very well. Our shower curtain had to be rigged to stay in place.
Close to my destination and close to the center of town.
Rooms were Dirty. Room 101's toilet leaked at the bottom and the clerked was going to have me stay in there until someone fixed it. I don't think so... The Rooms smelled musty. When I moved to room 208 it wasn't much better...ceiling over the shower had water damage and it looked as if someone basically spray painted over the damage to make it appear aesthetically neat. Hotel dated and it appeared as if the clerk was basically going through the motions...not very customer friendly. I will never stay at this location ever again...And I question Ramada for allowing this Hotel to retain their name.
The customer service was great, the workers go out of their way for you, it was peaceful, and the bed was soft.
It had no stove, my request on my booking wasn't meant. I wa a really sick and wanted extra tea and sugar.
We had a hard time finding the hotel at first. After a call to the hotel we made it the there. We were given a goody bag for one person and there were 2 of us and we stayed 3 days. The thought was nice.
It was on a scary part of town. The first night we did not feel safe. We had already paid and could do nothing about it.
The price was excellent, and the staff was very friendly and helpful!!
My room was scary!!! It appeared to have been broken into, as the window was cracked, fixed with glue, and the lock looked as if someone toke a crowbar to it!! My son who is a marine did not feel it safe to let me stay there by myself!!!
Close to both Camp Geiger and Camp Lejeune. My room was quiet due its location away from the main road. I would stay here again if I needed to visit the Base(s).
The chair in the room was stained (with God knows what). Ice Machine closest to my room was not working. TV could of been nicer (CRT). Noisiest Bathroom fan ever.
The location is the only ok about this place.
This place is a dump! It should be closed. We stayed there over Thanksgiving and couldn't find another hotel with a room so we were stuck there. I have never seen a room so nasty. Booking needs to let people post pictures because I have some that will make you sick!
The beds were very uncomfortable, they needed to be upgraded. I switched my room because of the bed, the second room wasn't any better. The bed sunk in the middle, so the sides were higher.
Flat screen tv would have been better
Older hotel, but clean & close location to Camp LeJeune. Staff was very friendly.
Wi-fi for Iphone wouldn't work.
Staff was polite. Rooms were clean. Breakfast was good.
For some reason I could not get internet in my room, even though they reset the router multiple time.
Jimmy Johns did not deliver
The location was close to where we needed it to be, and the continental breakfast was as expected.
We rented two rooms. I wrote on the booking that we would be coming in late on Thanksgiving and both reservations were cancelled when we got there. We did get two rooms, the hotel is not as nice as the pictures infer. Beds were not remade after day one, had to move rooms due to bugs, they charged the credit card wrong which caused trouble, staff at front desk was clueless. Price was good, but I would have paid more for better service.
this was my third time staying there and as usual it was very clean I really enjoy the Hotel and I had no problems
I'm not sure what happened this time around but the staff this time was so very poor
Clean room, awesome staff.
3 guests were in the room but only had 2 towels.
The location was great. Easy to find the base from here. Breakfast was good.
It kind of smelled like an old ladies house.
bed, cleanliness, roaches
it was a nice enough place. rooms were very good
not very...glamorous outside
Great place to stay was nice and quite
Ice machine on our side was broken had to go further to get the ice but still that was not so bad
Good breakfast; nice staff.
It didn't have a covered walk way to the front of the hotel for breakfast. When it was raining, we had to get wet to get to breakfast. Didn't like that the hotel was right next to other businesses with not so great views. The rooms need to be updated especially the bathrooms. Didn't like that the sink, toilet and shower were all in the same bathroom. Would be helpful if sink were outside the bathroom so someone else can use sink while bathroom is occupied. Mattress should be replaced; very lumpy and worn out.
Breakfast was great and staff was polite and helpful
Didn't have wifi when it said it was available
It was only for one night
One of the beds folded almost in half when you sat on it. The sheets had stains on them..glad we brought our own blankets. .plumbing issues..toilet wouldn't flush..refrigerator didnt work
