I like nice bed and clean
Tha people in the other rooms make lat noisy for the 3 nights. squeaky floors upstairs qept me awake all 3 night.!
When I checked in the hotel staff said the room I had gotten was canceled because an issue with my card. I got two full size beds instead if 2 queens
It was small but neat and very clean! Free breakfast before 10 was a bonus, and checking in was a breeze. It's relatively close to a lot of main attractions! Will stay again:)
The continental breakfast was satisfactory. That's about it.
People were working noisily on the roof at midnight when we arrived. We had to be moved to a new room. They moved us to a room we didn't request, so they had to move us again, around midnight. They were very hesitant to assist. No manager was on site during our entire stay, nor were the employees willing to call the manager. The employees frequently lacked professionalism and friendliness, and were clearly not motivated to do well at their job, when we asked for a new room(s), a new light bulb above the sink, and when we couldn't get into our room because the door lock quit working. The only exception to this was an employee named Joseph, who was friendly and professional. To top it off, we had to leave the hotel in the middle of the night (1AM) since we couldn't get into our room, and we were well fed up with all the problems they had handled so poorly. Leaving the hotel took a lot longer than it should have because the employee named Patrick was 'off the clock,' and refused to assist his coworker Joseph until the very end of our stay, even thought Patrick was just hanging out in the lobby chatting with some friends... This was, by far, the worst stay we have ever had at any hotel. Ever.
The floral print comfortable the set up of the bathroom there was no privacy. The bed was too hard. The floor was dirty the bed sheets had a stain
The staff is super friendly and tries hard
The management doesn't have it together, from payments, to booking, to Internet insufficiency...not worth the fuzz.
Breakfast was good and the space in the rooms was also good.
The wifi sucked! I connected to it trying to check some emails and it wouldn't load, my dad trying watching YouTube and it didn't work. It was kind of disappointing.
Our room was really comfortable and spacious. I had asked for extra pillows amd we got them. Also, the breakfast wasn't bad at all. Can't expect a huge buffet for it being free. Can't beat free!
The only thing that I didn't like was that I requested a room on the bottom and I got a room on the second floor instead.
The staff was very nice at all times.
The area was kind of shady. Shady neighborhood.
Bed was comfortable
There was hair everywhere, the police were there searching someone's room when we left. We had small children and did not feel like it was a good area. I was very uncomfortable. Will NOT be staying there again
Like the free food
Always good place to stay
Clean , easy to all locations
Homeless out on the street
Price is reasonable and the location is not too far from attractions. The free breakfast was delicious. Staff was flexible and allowed me to check out late.
The entire place smells moldy but yet smells of strong cleaning supplies that irritates the eyes. It wasn't just the room, the hallway smells like that too. I couldn't sleep with that smell.
I liked the set up of the guest rooms and the beds were nice too. All the amenities functioned well and the bathroom was clean.
There was a cockroach on the door the first night we stayed.
it was quiet,,, but it was off season I think there was maybe 10 or less guest there. I will stay here again cause it was easy to get to.
internet was was fair some times it went out and you always had to log on.
I liked the price and had no problem finding a parking place. The continental breakfast and beds were okay.
At 3am we were jolted out of our beds due to the slamming of our downstairs neighbor. What followed for an hour was a woman crying amongst a couple screaming at each other. We called the front desk and they did nothing. The next evening we had people next to us that partied loudly until 4am. What is odd about all this is that the hotel was nearly empty and we were never offered a different room to be in. Also there was not one towel that was clean - they all had long black hair(s) on them .
I paid to have a spa bath in the room and apparently that doesn't exist here. I called the front desk to ask him why it wasn't working and he told me spa bath shouldn't be online and he wouldn't even give me a discount or something. I paid extra for nothing. Even though they supposedly don't exist there is a huge sign outside taking about king sIze jacuzzis so they try to rip u off for just a bath tub. Also the staff that cleans is really rude. While she was putting away breakfast she nagged about the mess people made out loud
A homeless person got into the facilities.
The staff are friendly. Breakfast is ok.
The carpet needs to clean smells old & dirty. Not good for the price of 130/night. Our room has door access to the other room which I don't know who occupy the other side.i am concern about our safety.
Our room had a huge bathtub, my daughters & I got to enjoy a bath all together. The room was very clean our socks didn't turn black when we walked around. The big pillows were great and the bed was comfortable for all 4 of us. There was a lot of free parking, and the coffee maker, fridge and microwave was great. The Wi-Fi actually was really good too! It's far away from Disneyland, but it's a worth the drive.
We had NON-smoking room, and our room smelled bad liked cigarettes. We had to blast the A/C and leave the door open to get the smell out. Also when we left for Disneyland we kept the bathroom fan on to such out the smell. There were a about 5 mosquitos I had to kill that flew in from the outside, because I had to keep the door open to remove the cigarette smell. Also a belly up bug carcass was in the bathroom. The standing shower didn't have a shower curtain, so A LOT of the water went all over the floor. I had to clean it up with our used towels.
Very good place very close to Disneyland, accessible to everything I can recommend this hotel to stay.
the shower head is to low for me, coffee maker not working.
Room was clean, close to Disneyland, stores, food, and freeway. What more could you ask for.!
Everything was nice and comfortable. Clean and roomy. The tub was nice:)
To much noice the refrigerator made loud noise and we could hear ppl loudly upstairs.
